Beautiful Hotel overlooking the river. Night lights are breath taking. Food was excellent and at a reasonable price. Staff are exceptionally helpful. Full Breakfast was delicious.

Very friendly hotel attendants. Toiletries are also available. Clean rooms. Breakfast buffet is good with wide varieties of food. Few convenience store nearby but there are a lot of restaurants around the area.

The swimming pool is great, but the shower at the pool is not really clean. Maybe because it was kinda late as I was using the pool around 8 pm. The service, the facility, and the breakfast were enjoyable

The Bridge Club could use some repairs and upgrades. We were on the 40th floor and the view was spectacular. Their pool was the best I have seen. We had a 1 bedroom apartment but it lacked dishes and utensils

But the good thing after I requested to change the beddings, they immediately responded to my request

Previously known as intercontinental. Great services from staff. Sunken bed, however they do have fast Wi-Fi and good mix of cable selections from several countries.

Breakfast buffet is huge amd the club diplomat is worth every $$. Even if drive to river side is less than 10 mins and there are plenty of local tuk tuk and taxi options to choose from

Now the hotel become a Chinese-owned hotel, some food is now Chinese style.

Great hotel nearby the old airport. Many food around the hotel but mainly is China food. Room is spacious and service is good. Now is much quiet compare to before when I was here before the Old airport moved

Room was a family suite and it was cozy for family of 3-4 but note that there is only 1 bathroom. So for family with older kids may not be the best. Otherwise facilities are amazing

We had an amazing time during our stay at Garden City Hotel. I'm not sure if I mentioned this to the hotel 😳 but they had upgraded us to the executive suite with a welcoming fruit bowl in our room

This hotel was nice and I think it’s well priced for what it is, half of it looked abandoned and it felt like we were the only ones there 😅 However, the pool was very clean, it had a nice shallow area for younger kids and they even brought us some floaties for the kids to use

The next night it worked better (maybe it needed a whole day to run since the room got a lot of sun). We had a nice view of the golf course and we just brought a chair out to the balcony because there was no place to sit

I also wished the hotel had a better way to get you the discount tickets to the water park. They told us it was 30% off but when we got to the water park they told us that online only we could buy before 10 am

Dining quality is only matched by the brilliant city view at that elevation only to be found in Rosewood. For international traveller, it's value for money if we allow ourselvs to splurge a little

This place is very expensive, but is top notch. I stayed here through the AMEX Platinum FHR. I forgot the girl who was from my hometown city, Siem Reap and the man who gave me Kampot pepper as a little souvenir as well

Superb stay at Raffles. The staff were excellent, particularly those in the Elephant Bar who arranged our gin experience and cocktails. Pool area was also very relaxing.

My room was clean with separated lavatory and shower. The TVs are not the “Smart” variety so one cannot cast from personal devices, although there is a channel from which one can select English speaking movies

The rear hotel room balconies directly face balconies of an apartment building with multiple racks of drying clothes. Any walkable shopping outlets or restaurants were unremarkable

From what I experienced this hotel deserves a much better overall rating level and is doing a good job of earning it post-Covid! While not a new hotel Aurea maintains a cleanliness and comfort level that is much appreciated without expending money and effort on needless frills

I booked this hotel only for one night because I wanted to stay close to techo international airport. And it was super convenient , it was 30 minutes away by car and the hotel helped me to arranger the car pick up

If you bring big size luggage, it may quite obstruct the space. There was quite noisy on the opposite of the resident building with dog barking at late night. Which is quite disturbing which can't blame the hotel
