5 star hotels in Phnom Penh

Valued for money with good location few minutes to walking street and king palace

Very nice complex in the front of the main attractions in Phnom Penh, the only cons is that it is too big so if you are staying in Naga2, it takes 10 minutes to move to Naga1 where the pool is

It’s a one of the best choices. Nice breakfast and reasonable price. Lots of enjoyment

Very friendly hotel attendants. Toiletries are also available. Clean rooms. Breakfast buffet is good with wide varieties of food. Few convenience store nearby but there are a lot of restaurants around the area.

NagaWorld Hotel & Entertainment Complex has become one of my favorite places to stay, and after visiting multiple times, I can confidently say that it never fails to impress. Each stay feels both familiar and refreshing, which is something very few hotels can achieve. From the moment I arrive, the atmosphere always feels welcoming, professional, and thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and enjoyment...

1. We were very pleased with your frontline staff, Ol Bunthoeun. This is the second time we have met him. 2. On our first occasion, he checked us in seamlessly. My wife asked where to buy Cambodia's famous coconut mousse cake. He attempted to help us find. That was 15-18 Sep 2025. 3. This time we had a very pleasant experience in that we were presented with a coconut moysse cake, plus a fruit basket...

Formerly called Intercontinental Hotel, but it’s name has been changed when there’s a change of ownership. When COVID-19 hit Cambodia in 2020, it was since used as treatment facility for patients with mild symptoms.

The first 5-star hotel in Cambodia as InterContinental Phnom Penh. The hotel hosted mostly dignitaries, celebraties head of states, Royalty, President, etc. It is rebranded as The Great Duke Phnom Penh.

6 starts hotel. Nice for high class level.

An old InterCon hotel. Now it’s Great Duke. Make the Duke great again! Lol

We stayed here last year when it was still the Intercontinental. It's a large hotel a bit dated with a great swimming pool on the 4th floor. Staff was courteous and food was decent and reasonable priced. The only minor con is the location is not as convenient to stay for independent travelers like us since it's a bit far from all the tourists' spots.

Great ambience. No free Wi-Fi, unless you are overnight guests.

Undoubtedly a perfect score! 💯 This is a fantastic hotel with impeccable service, an excellent location, and absolutely stunning architecture. I believe the hotel was built upon an existing old structure, and the style is simply breathtaking. Especially at night 🌃, it has a super cool vibe – my photos honestly don't do it justice. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and had everything perfectly...

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt in Phnom Penh. The hotel is elegant, luxurious, and truly classy. The atmosphere feels refined and comfortable, with beautiful design and well-maintained facilities. The service was professional and made the stay even more pleasant. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for a high-quality and stylish hotel experience in Cambodia.

The hotel is in the heart of Phnom Penh, a mere 5-10 minute walk from the Royal Palace and the Mekong River. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of tropical fruits and Western pastries. The staff were all lovely and very polite. While the room wasn't huge, it was incredibly comfortable.

Very poor service experience. The service throughout the stay was extremely disappointing. The staff did not greet guests at all, and from check-in to check-out, there was absolutely no service provided. I was initially very interested in this hotel and had certain expectations, but the staff’s indifferent and dismissive attitude made the experience extremely unpleasant. The front desk staff were...

Wow where do I even begin! This property is so beautiful and the staff are amazing! We only stayed two nights, but we fell in love from the moment my partner and I arrived! The attention to detail here is unmatched! When we arrived we were greeted by Monita, Chariya, and Saman! They helped us with our bags and showed us around the property! The hotel itself mixes both modern and old french architecture...

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Hyatt in Phnom Penh! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. The breakfast is amazing, and lunch and dinner were just as impressive. My room was super comfortable, spotless, and well designed — a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The pool area is cozy and inviting, great for unwinding. And the FiveFive...

very comfortable and convenient hotel for business trip, and nice assistance from all receptiin team Dy, Tey, Noch and smey.

Stayed for three consecutive nights. The environment and service were both excellent. Highly recommend!

Fantastic rooms and world-class service from Mr. Peter If you are looking for a place that feels like home, this is it. The rooms are spacious, clean, and incredibly cozy. I was also very impressed by the service; Mr. Peter, the Front Desk Manager, was a standout. He was incredibly helpful and did his absolute best to accommodate every request I had. My only minor critique is the breakfast. It felt...

I got a free upgrade to their deluxe studio which is great. The room is big and clean and equipped with the washing machine (wash and dry) with a full fetched fridge and a dry pantry to cook if required. International socket in the room so you don have to bring along the travel adapter. The customer service was really good especially Peter the front desk manager. He has been accommodating to our...

The hotel is immaculately clean and has a very modern, impressive appearance throughout the common areas. My guestroom was a highlight—well-designed, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard. Additionally, the internet connection was fast and reliable, which made it easy to stay connected during my stay. Overall, a very high-quality environment.

The lobby manager is Malaysian and speaks both Chinese and English. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Excellent hotel and five star staff. Very clean. Great breakfast.

Room was a family suite and it was cozy for family of 3-4 but note that there is only 1 bathroom. So for family with older kids may not be the best. Otherwise facilities are amazing. Staffs are super attentive and friendly. Service is promopt. Food is delicious in all restaurants!

The room was amazing. The restaurants were really good. The concierge helped us arrange a Tuk Tuk to explore everyday. The driver was wonderful. And the pool and gym facilities were superb. My husband and I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return. A thank you to all the staff for their assistance and help in making our stay memorable.

Location is perfect. Service was excellent, all the staff were very efficient and paid a lot of attention to details. I think i got upgraded to better room, and it’s included access to club millesime which made the stay even more worth it. Breakfast was on point, everything was amazing, good experience. Oh and they gave small bouquet, so cute

From someone with a long background in the hospitality industry, my expectations for Sofitel Phnom Penh were naturally high-and the team exceeded every one of them. From the moment I stepped through the glass doors, the warmth, professionalism, and generosity of the staff made my stay exceptional. I'd like to recognize Ms. Rida at the Front Desk for a wonderful check-in, Mr. Vuthan (concierge) for...

Possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. While the Sofitel Phnom Penh is a beautiful classic building what makes a stay there so special are the fantastic staff. We have just spent 5 beautiful days at the hotel and were warmly greeted by Keo for check in and then provided with warm service in the club lounge by Phano , Nita and Piseth. Routinely while walking around the hotel staff would greet...

Nice rooms. The problem they have is that if you leave the room and come back after a couple of hours, the air conditioning switches off and the room is quite hot. Takes a while to cool it down again

Definitely Number 1 Ultra Luxury Property in Cambodia! Everything is superlative, accessible location, great views, best rooftop in Phnom Penh, many FB outlets. Amongst all what Rosewood does really well is impressive personalized service from line staff to Managers. Great culture of luxury hospitality indeed. Highly recommend and definitely will return. I doubt you can stay at a Rosewood anywhere...

Exceptional service and food choices. Absolutely delightful hospitality and interior design. Elevator operation is thoughtful and offers unqiue privacy. Dining quality is only matched by the brilliant city view at that elevation only to be found in Rosewood. For international traveller, it's value for money if we allow ourselvs to splurge a little.

We stayed only one day / night as part of our transit home, and it was such a great experience. The service was top notch, and everyone from front desk to tour guide to drivers were so kind and friendly. They took great care of us. We were upgraded to a Mekong Suite and it was gorgeous with a beautiful view of the city. Breakfast was wonderful too. Would love to be back one day to stay longer and try...

This place is very expensive, but is top notch. I stayed here through the AMEX Platinum FHR. The service is stupendous. I forgot the girl who was from my hometown city, Siem Reap and the man who gave me Kampot pepper as a little souvenir as well. I think I was upgraded to one of the rooms that has a very nice view of the river and the market from the 32nd floor. The room is spacious, clean and luxurious...

If Paradise Has Turndown Service, It Probably Looks Like the Rosewood Phnom Penh I’ve stayed in many hotels, but none quite like the Rosewood Phnom Penh — a place so elegant that even my reflection in the lobby mirror straightened its tie and started behaving better. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me like royalty — and I assure you, that’s quite a feat, as my lineage includes more tax...

What a nice hotel. Kind staffs

The environment is nice and clean.

Everything ok only the building is old the access card not easy to sense very hard to open the door

As always, a real treat to stay here. Everything is on hand and staff help out without being pushy. Mr Sambeth sorted out my early start to catch the 6 am train with breakfast ready and no hassle getting there in good time. The location with the view across the city and river makes it a special place.

Overall, it's pretty good. The decor is lovely, and breakfast was decent. Cleanliness: It was fairly clean, though the room felt a bit damp. Ambiance: The environment was quite pleasant and had a lot of local character. Service: The service was fine.

Beautiful Hotel overlooking the river. Night lights are breath taking. Food was excellent and at a reasonable price. Staff are exceptionally helpful. Full Breakfast was delicious.

Superb stay at Raffles. The staff were excellent, particularly those in the Elephant Bar who arranged our gin experience and cocktails. Pool area was also very relaxing.

Bar is pretty good, room also. Problems with English speaking near the pool and problems with toilet which was clogged before check out;((

Super clean room and a really quiet courtyard. The place just feels nice and peaceful. Didn’t expect to sleep that well, honestly. Simple stay, but very comfortable. Would come back.

What a tressure . After the renovation in 2022, Raffles keep the historic charme of the building and the rooms, the retaurants and of course the iconic elephant bar. The staff in each part of the hotel been friendly and a very charming way. Its a fully pleasure to stay here on this quiet place in the middle of then town. I stayed 3 nights and its been great every moment. Looking forward to come back

My stay at Raffles Hotel Le Royal in Phnom Penh was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm Cambodian hospitality and impeccable service that truly made me feel like a valued guest.

Stunning Hotel in very convenient location and very caring staff. Will certainly recommend and hope to return.

Lovely place with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. It’s a bit quiet around the area, but that’s actually what makes it perfect for a relaxing break with family or friends.

Good location and good facilities. The only thing I'm not happy about is that the water wasn't hot.

Great service. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Would return

I enjoy the stay there. The room is huge, clean and modern. Good for spending sometime just around 20-30mins drive out of town n relax.

The location is lovely and as you arrive there’s a real wow feeling.  The service is excellent and the whole team are delightful. The pool was beautiful and the gardens were really lovely.  It was really quiet when we were there so the restaurant was often empty besides us which  felt a bit strange. The food was fine but could have been hotter, it felt that presentation took priority over heat....

Very nice place well kept good staff

Every time I visit Phnom Penh, I stay at this hotel. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful. The pool and gym are clean. The hotel staff are enthusiastic, and the parking security guards are amiable. The foot massage parlor on the first floor of the hotel is also really nice! Plus, there are so many mango trees in the garden outside. It's also very close to the Royal Palace, less than 200 units away

Really good apartment hotel! Rooms are the best, food is fine, good breakfast choices.

Srayiny again. It is my favourite place to stay in Phnom Penh. Excellent and so helpfull staff, large rooms, excellent location

Excellent location front desk people are trying to be helpful but have not too much idea about the city or oi not understand it. Try to get a ferry boat but was completely misled. All in all a great great location would go there anytime again.

Joined and covering the “Sound of Peace – Piano Charity Concert at Himawari Hotel Apartments” an unforgettable evening as renowned Singaporean composer and pianist Dr. Nicholas Ho brings The Sound of Peace – Piano Charity Concert 2025.

One of the popular meeting venues in Phnom Penh for government, NGO, and private company. Here, you can organize the meeting and have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Food is fine serving at the oyster restaurant where I usually enjoy the lunch at the meeting there. The location is in a great place along the river, river walk way, and the Royal Palace.

The Chinese restaurant on the ground floor serves very yummy food. The prices are a bit steep though. The sky bar restaurant offers a different menu and the food is not equally tasty but the price is cheaper. Diners can use the swimming pool. I just wish the floor is non-slip. We have not stayed at this hotel but have checked 2 rooms. We were turned off by the cigarette smell. Small rooms, modern decors...
