What a nice hotel. Kind staffs

The environment is nice and clean.

Everything ok only the building is old the access card not easy to sense very hard to open the door

As always, a real treat to stay here. Everything is on hand and staff help out without being pushy. Mr Sambeth sorted out my early start to catch the 6 am train with breakfast ready and no hassle getting there in good time. The location with the view across the city and river makes it a special place.

Overall, it's pretty good. The decor is lovely, and breakfast was decent. Cleanliness: It was fairly clean, though the room felt a bit damp. Ambiance: The environment was quite pleasant and had a lot of local character. Service: The service was fine.

Beautiful Hotel overlooking the river. Night lights are breath taking. Food was excellent and at a reasonable price. Staff are exceptionally helpful. Full Breakfast was delicious.

Very nice complex in the front of the main attractions in Phnom Penh, the only cons is that it is too big so if you are staying in Naga2, it takes 10 minutes to move to Naga1 where the pool is

Formerly called Intercontinental Hotel, but it’s name has been changed when there’s a change of ownership. When COVID-19 hit Cambodia in 2020, it was since used as treatment facility for patients with mild symptoms.

The first 5-star hotel in Cambodia as InterContinental Phnom Penh. The hotel hosted mostly dignitaries, celebraties head of states, Royalty, President, etc. It is rebranded as The Great Duke Phnom Penh.

We stayed here last year when it was still the Intercontinental. It's a large hotel a bit dated with a great swimming pool on the 4th floor. Staff was courteous and food was decent and reasonable priced. The only minor con is the location is not as convenient to stay for independent travelers like us since it's a bit far from all the tourists' spots.

Great ambience. No free Wi-Fi, unless you are overnight guests.

The hotel is immaculately clean and has a very modern, impressive appearance throughout the common areas. Room was a family suite and it was cozy for family of 3-4 but note that there is only 1 bathroom. So for family with older kids may not be the best. Otherwise facilities are amazing. Staffs are super attentive and friendly. Service is promopt. Food is delicious in all restaurants!

The room was amazing. The restaurants were really good. The concierge helped us arrange a Tuk Tuk to explore everyday. The driver was wonderful. And the pool and gym facilities were superb. We were the only people at the whole hotel. Receptionist was slightly rude wanting to write down my creditcard details when I had paid with tap already which was approved. Ended up getting a refund because I refused and had to go to an ATM to withdraw cash instead. Note that Trip.com had already reserved money as well through the app.

Nice hotel but no staff were outside the main lobby. The pool was unsupervised and the sauna and spa were closed. The staff were very nice but the place is in the middle of nowhere. If it’s just a golf trip it might be worth it.

What a tressure . After the renovation in 2022, Raffles keep the historic charme of the building and the rooms, the retaurants and of course the iconic elephant bar. Every time I visit Phnom Penh, I stay at this hotel. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful. The pool and gym are clean. The hotel staff are enthusiastic, and the parking security guards are amiable. The foot massage parlor on the first floor of the hotel is also really nice! Plus, there are so many mango trees in the garden outside. It's also very close to the Royal Palace, less than 200 units away

Excellent location front desk people are trying to be helpful but have not too much idea about the city or oi not understand it. Try to get a ferry boat but was completely misled. All in all a great great location would go there anytime again.
