The decor is lovely, and breakfast was decent. Cleanliness: It was fairly clean, though the room felt a bit damp. Ambiance: The environment was quite pleasant and had a lot of local character

The breakfast was extremely good as well, not a very huge selection but whatever served was excellent

Very nice complex in the front of the main attractions in Phnom Penh, the only cons is that it is too big so if you are staying in Naga2, it takes 10 minutes to move to Naga1 where the pool is

They are spacious, modern, and extremely well-maintained. No matter how many times I return, the rooms always feel fresh, clean, and comfortable. The beds are especially relaxing, making it easy to rest after a long day

Every time I check in, the staff greet me with genuine warmth and efficiency. Whether it’s the front desk, concierge, housekeeping, or restaurant staff, everyone seems well-trained and attentive without being intrusive

Very friendly hotel attendants. Toiletries are also available. Clean rooms. Breakfast buffet is good with wide varieties of food. Few convenience store nearby but there are a lot of restaurants around the area.

Over and above, my wife was delighted with the bouquet of flowers in the room, on the bed and in the toilet. It is your exemplary staff, like Mr Bunthoeun, that makes us come back to Nagaworld again and again

The swimming pool is great, but the shower at the pool is not really clean. Maybe because it was kinda late as I was using the pool around 8 pm. The service, the facility, and the breakfast were enjoyable

After arriving, I realized that my previous concerns were unnecessary. The money was given in change, there were no motorcycle gangs, and the hotel was not bad

I stayed there for two days and could run along the Chao Phraya River in the morning

The Bridge Club could use some repairs and upgrades. We were on the 40th floor and the view was spectacular. Their pool was the best I have seen. We had a 1 bedroom apartment but it lacked dishes and utensils

I love the location, also the room I am on a window side where I can view the whole city of Phnom Penh. The room is clean and spacious. The staff are nice and accomodating

Customer service with their staff from reception to the restaurant staff is wonderful and I really recommend this place to those who are visiting Phnom Penh. My only complain, not much food in the area at night

However, there were a few downsides. We saw two cockroaches in the shower during our stay, which was unpleasant. Also, the walls are quite thin, so if you have noisy neighbors, you can hear them laughing, talking

We stayed here last year when it was still the Intercontinental. It's a large hotel a bit dated with a great swimming pool on the 4th floor. Staff was courteous and food was decent and reasonable priced

The first 5-star hotel in Cambodia as InterContinental Phnom Penh. The hotel hosted mostly dignitaries, celebraties head of states, Royalty, President, etc. It is rebranded as The Great Duke Phnom Penh.

Breakfast buffet is huge amd the club diplomat is worth every $$. Even if drive to river side is less than 10 mins and there are plenty of local tuk tuk and taxi options to choose from

The hotel is a true oasis and the staff stands out with Khmer hospitality. The hotel got rebranded from InterContinental Phnom Penh and is probably the best five star hotel in town

Now the hotel become a Chinese-owned hotel, some food is now Chinese style.

The breakfast was delicious, but the cleanliness was just average. There's a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient!

Great hotel nearby the old airport. Many food around the hotel but mainly is China food. Room is spacious and service is good. Now is much quiet compare to before when I was here before the Old airport moved

The shower door seal wasn't tight either, causing water to leak onto the toilet side after showering, making me think the toilet was leaking! 😭 The facilities were really old and damaged. Breakfast was similar to before

Dara Airport City Hotel and Spa is a very good hotel near the old international airport Pnhom Penh. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable

I got a free upgrade to their deluxe studio which is great. The room is big and clean and equipped with the washing machine (wash and dry) with a full fetched fridge and a dry pantry to cook if required

Things to improve on: - the water pressure in the toilet for the shower head - the 3 pin plugs to be made accessible in parallel with the desk in the room (currently below the desk)

The restaurants were really good. The concierge helped us arrange a Tuk Tuk to explore everyday. And the pool and gym facilities were superb. My husband and I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return

Possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. While the Sofitel Phnom Penh is a beautiful classic building what makes a stay there so special are the fantastic staff

Nice hotel but no staff were outside the main lobby. The pool was unsupervised and the sauna and spa were closed. The staff were very nice but the place is in the middle of nowhere

I literally love the room especially their golf view are highly appreciated to see outside view from city center. Nice location next to Cambodia new stadium and close to big water park

We were the only people at the whole hotel. Receptionist was slightly rude wanting to write down my creditcard details when I had paid with tap already which was approved

This hotel was nice and I think it’s well priced for what it is, half of it looked abandoned and it felt like we were the only ones there 😅 However, the pool was very clean, it had a nice shallow area for younger kids and they even brought us some floaties for the kids to use

The next night it worked better (maybe it needed a whole day to run since the room got a lot of sun). We had a nice view of the golf course and we just brought a chair out to the balcony because there was no place to sit

I also wished the hotel had a better way to get you the discount tickets to the water park. They told us it was 30% off but when we got to the water park they told us that online only we could buy before 10 am

There are definitely many options for your stays, but if you want to be a little extravagant and enjoy the view, Sora Bar with live music, and just the experience at one of the tallest hotels in Cambodia, definitely check out Rosewood Phnom Penh

If Paradise Has Turndown Service, It Probably Looks Like the Rosewood Phnom Penh I’ve stayed in many hotels, but none quite like the Rosewood Phnom Penh — a place so elegant that even my reflection in the lobby mirror straightened its tie and started behaving better

Dining quality is only matched by the brilliant city view at that elevation only to be found in Rosewood. For international traveller, it's value for money if we allow ourselvs to splurge a little

This place is very expensive, but is top notch. I stayed here through the AMEX Platinum FHR. I forgot the girl who was from my hometown city, Siem Reap and the man who gave me Kampot pepper as a little souvenir as well

I booked this hotel only for one night because I wanted to stay close to techo international airport. And it was super convenient , it was 30 minutes away by car and the hotel helped me to arranger the car pick up

No doubt the hotel is at strategic location, near with embassy, safe. First glance into the hotel, reception was spacious and very welcome by the staff. Room as review by other people is rather small

If you bring big size luggage, it may quite obstruct the space. There was quite noisy on the opposite of the resident building with dog barking at late night. Which is quite disturbing which can't blame the hotel
