Everything ok only the building is old the access card not easy to sense very hard to open the door

As always, a real treat to stay here. Everything is on hand and staff help out without being pushy. Mr Sambeth sorted out my early start to catch the 6 am train with breakfast ready and no hassle getting there in good time. The location with the view across the city and river makes it a special place.

Overall, it's pretty good. The decor is lovely, and breakfast was decent. Cleanliness: It was fairly clean, though the room felt a bit damp. Ambiance: The environment was quite pleasant and had a lot of local character. Service: The service was fine.

Very nice complex in the front of the main attractions in Phnom Penh, the only cons is that it is too big so if you are staying in Naga2, it takes 10 minutes to move to Naga1 where the pool is

Great deal, I would definitely recommend. The staff is friendly, and the amenities are great! Pool, gym, laundry, etc.

I really love this hotel despite the fact that they don't clean the room properly. A lot of cockroaches on the floor and on the bed. The pillow cases and bedsheet were not changed before they allotted the room to the next guests, the smell and color plus hair(not mine)will tell. But the good thing after I requested to change the beddings, they immediately responded to my request.

I love the location, also the room I am on a window side where I can view the whole city of Phnom Penh. The room is clean and spacious. The staff are nice and accomodating. The pool is big and the gym is complete of equipments.

Rooms clean but a little on the small side. Had to upgrade as the basic room doesn't have a desk to work at. Really nice breakfast.

The staff is very polite and loyal, it’s just that the room was not so clean and there were no hygiene products, I had to call the reception several times to bring me toothpaste, toothbrush and razor. Formerly called Intercontinental Hotel, but it’s name has been changed when there’s a change of ownership. When COVID-19 hit Cambodia in 2020, it was since used as treatment facility for patients with mild symptoms.

The first 5-star hotel in Cambodia as InterContinental Phnom Penh. The hotel hosted mostly dignitaries, celebraties head of states, Royalty, President, etc. It is rebranded as The Great Duke Phnom Penh.

We stayed here last year when it was still the Intercontinental. It's a large hotel a bit dated with a great swimming pool on the 4th floor. Staff was courteous and food was decent and reasonable priced. The only minor con is the location is not as convenient to stay for independent travelers like us since it's a bit far from all the tourists' spots.

The hotel is immaculately clean and has a very modern, impressive appearance throughout the common areas. We were the only people at the whole hotel. Receptionist was slightly rude wanting to write down my creditcard details when I had paid with tap already which was approved. We had an amazing time during our stay at Garden City Hotel. It was our honeymoon. I'm not sure if I mentioned this to the hotel 😳 but they had upgraded us to the executive suite with a welcoming fruit bowl in our room. Exceptional service and food choices. Absolutely delightful hospitality and interior design. Elevator operation is thoughtful and offers unqiue privacy. Dining quality is only matched by the brilliant city view at that elevation only to be found in Rosewood. For international traveller, it's value for money if we allow ourselvs to splurge a little.

What a tressure . After the renovation in 2022, Raffles keep the historic charme of the building and the rooms, the retaurants and of course the iconic elephant bar. The hotel is located centrally and the front guest upgraded my room for this stay. The room is spacious, with full equip of amenities, bed is comfy and sofe bed is nice. Breakfast is decent in term of taste and spread. The only improvement will be the gym and laundry facilities.

Convenient location right next to the Central Market. Bus stop at the entrance of the hotel. Breakfast was satisfactory but could use some fresh juice options. The midnight snack noodles was a really nice touch with Khmer and Chinese options. With free washing machines available, it makes the hotel a solid choice for a Phnom Penh visit.
