Formerly called Intercontinental Hotel, but it’s name has been changed when there’s a change of ownership. When COVID-19 hit Cambodia in 2020, it was since used as treatment facility for patients with mild symptoms.

The first 5-star hotel in Cambodia as InterContinental Phnom Penh. The hotel hosted mostly dignitaries, celebraties head of states, Royalty, President, etc. It is rebranded as The Great Duke Phnom Penh.

We stayed here last year when it was still the Intercontinental. It's a large hotel a bit dated with a great swimming pool on the 4th floor. Staff was courteous and food was decent and reasonable priced. The only minor con is the location is not as convenient to stay for independent travelers like us since it's a bit far from all the tourists' spots.

I was surprised for the money you pay and quality you get. The facilities were very clean, their pool was superb, they also had free laundry room. I will definitely come again.

The hotel located at floor 28-floor 41 in an office building. It's 30' to airport and nearby central. There is a supermarket/mall very close to this hotel.. with walking distance. Design is great, decent rooms. Some noise from the street, but probably less than in other hotels. The gym is huge and very modern. There is not much near the hotel in terms of restaurants or places to visit.

Location is good with restaurants around the apartment. It is near Aeon Mall too. No issues with the cleanliness. Well maintained. Most set-breakfast were freshly cooked upon ordering, and we enjoyed delicious breakfast a the roof-top restaurant. Thumbs up for the customer service.

Absolutely loved my stay at Emion Phnom Penh! The free coffee in the room was a delightful surprise, and the complimentary room upgrade was a fantastic gesture. it was an extremely luxurious hotel for us. the swimming pool, hot pool and gym were out of this world. they even had a steam bath and himalayan salt room. the location was very near all the major attractions and right outside there’s a very yummy spring roll kiosk to satiate our supper cravings. the staff were very accommodating and friendly. i would recommended this hotel for sure

1. The receptionists could speak fluent Chinese which is perfect for Chinese-speaking travelers. 2. Breakfast options are super limited. It does not seem to be a five-star hotel to me. 3. Location is super good. 15 mins max away from airport. 4. Amenities are not very new and there is always a smell of smoke in the room.

The hotel building is relatively new, however the room was a bit run down. Very few TV channels in English. No hair dryer. The hotel location is convenient for those willing to stay close to the airport. There are very few cafes and restaurants around in the area. Commuting downtown takes at least 15-20 minutes by tuk tuk (10 usd).

Everything is good. Tuk-tuks can pick you up at the lobby entrance, which is convenient and free from traffic jams; all service staff are very nice. But except for the toothpaste, it is difficult to use, like a lump of flour, this toothpaste really affects the experience.

The room was not only spacious and comfortable but also thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of a business traveler. Outstanding location convenient to the main route in Phnompen. There are tour package guides available on front desk for order. Room is spacious and clean with small refrigerator. Small size tv, not many choices of channel by the time of this review. No microwave however, the front street is full of street food stall for your tastebud adventure.

It's now called High Sky Hotel. Very comfortable rooms in a quiet area with great views. Breakfast is good. Price is very good for the facilities. Some negatives. WiFi is not so reliable and only 144Mbps. Location is away from the main tourist spots in the city and costs about USD5-7 by tuk tuk each way to get there.

I have booked the room at the hotel. The price is little bit high, 40 USD for single room (although they converted the double room into single room). The hotel is not really in good location. It takes around 15-30 mins to go to central area and the tuk tuk from hotel are usually high (1-2 usd higher). The breakfast is not really good, only a few dishes.

The building outside looks a bit old but it is Cozy and luxurious inside. It is located on the riverside with nice and fresh view. The service is a bit off which u can tell right away. However, some staffs have done their best service which could be compensated for others. They saved too much electricity for the meeting room. The food is nice.
