I was not in the hotel , I was in spa …and I didn’t like massage at all ..
First salon doesn’t has comfortable massage bed ..
Second I had discomfort in my neck and back and pain in one feet and what I got?! More pain and discomfort now.. The masseuse was a nice person, but she did the massage unprofessionally. It felt like they weren't trained there. And it wasn't Japanese massage at all and I really felt discomfort and pain, and no one even massaged my back properly, only my neck and legs

Rude reception. No respect for guest privacy. Will never ever stay in this hotel again. Hotels in the vicinity far more friendlier

Wonderful staff service, good location and above all, the best Japanese-style breakfast. Each time I travel to Southeast Asia, I picture myself indulging in Azumaya breakfast. Yet I experienced a horrible night when the huge racket and bombing noise outside at midnight from a neighbouring hotel(or condo) sky bar. I could not sleep well and changed to an opposite side room. The staff service is amazing and good command of Japanese. I was also satisfied with the massage at a reasonable price and the masseuse’s technique. I'm expecting a quiet night. Except this downside,

Thank you for bringing Japan’s service standard to this country. We’re so pleased with our stay. Massage is the best in Cambodia in my opinion.

I like the room which is very cozy and your breakfast excellent. The first time i came there, buffet breakfast but now, i understand coz of the covid.

Nice hotel, run efficiently. Booked through a third party booking agent which didn't give a clear description. (I have taken this up with to agent)
This is a business hotel, not suitable for families or romantic couples on a get away. Pool is only available to women for one hour from 11.45pm. Buffet breakfast available everyday expect Sunday where it is a fixed menu. Very limited on vegetarian, ok if you eat eggs. Also most options are Japenese foods.

My Japanese colleague lost $800 from his bag, which was left in the room. We communicated with the hotel but no one was held responsible for the loss. I don't recommend you to stay here.
