I'm torn on this place, I want to like it because the staff was great and it has a good location and potential but the rooms ( I switched a few times ) were not in great shape. Aircon was an issue in each room, one had a filthy wardrobe and bed we're just ok. If they work on a few things and make a few adjustments this would be a good spot. Nice little roof top bar but not many people.

Lift available - very good for my weak legs. In fact, hotel should clearly indicate this on the web like booking.com to let patron knows. When I did the booking, I was not sure at all.

The location was amazing and the staff are super friendly and helpful! The view was beautiful and the stay was comfortable

Nice hotel next to river, lovely veiw of Mekong. Hotel staff friendly, but they seem to be a little untrained, which means that the service here is a little slow. Plus they seem to be slightly understaffed.
Good breakfast and food at the rooftop restaurant and bar. Be forewarned the Rooftop Bar and restaurant gets a little crowded and noisy at night ,so I would have to avoid the top couple of floors to not be interrupted as far as sleeping is concerned, but other than that it's a nice little hotel.
A great View, and good food in the restaurant and nice cold drinks in the bar.
Good place to stay as far as value and price are concerned.

It is now 4 Rivers Hotel, same family owns it. Great location on riverside. There is a lift. The 5th floor gets noise from the Sky Bar from 4pm to midnight. The balcony room also gets noise when it is windy, some metal parts rubbing. Big TV, fridge, safe.

Expensive for the low quality. small room, mattress really bad and small breakfast included... only the view is good...

Very decently priced hotel with utterly confused staff but with my FAVOURITE river-view balcony rooms in Phnom Penh. Great food and views on the roof-top (Star Bar). I just keep coming back ;-)
