Location is possibly the only factor that goes in favor of this hotel. Its old and desperately needs some updates to the decor. The room itself is big and thats the only good thing about. Not enough lighting in the bathroom. The bathtub leaks and spreads all over the bathroom and makes it wet. The furniture is shabby, I had no courage to lift the bed sheets. I stayed only couple of nights otherwise I would have changed the hotel if I was to stay any longer.

This is a good hotel. I stay here often. If you are going here for work, then make sure that you wifi is good before you settle. This time I stayed in room 301, and the wifi was almost non-existent. Good location, can walk to the riverside. Opposite a school, so get some school sounds. Make sure that you have your passport and visa.

Disappointing stay with poor maintenance and service

I stayed for 6 nights, and unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant. When I first arrived, there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. The bathroom was not clean, and the odor persisted throughout my stay.

The air conditioning was not working properly—it was not cold at all. I complained about this issue, but the hotel staff did not take any effective action to resolve it. Their response was useless and not guest-friendly.

Additionally, the TV monitor was not clear, and the lights in the room were not functioning properly.

Overall, I was very disappointed with the room conditions and the lack of response from the hotel. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves their service and maintenance.

Old and Very bad rooms not the same as they show on google maps washrooms condition is also bad and rooms are smelly bad sheet and pillows are also not well cleaned original color is white but now some kind of yellow

The services are pretty good, my previous room had a problem and the officer changed the room immediately.
The receptionists are friendly and helpful BUT...
I found condom pack (already used) in the bed table's drawer!!! So dirty and unacceptable! Hope thwe hotel manager will improve and insist firmly housekeepers to make sure in every part of the room.

The price is cheap… but, we had a lot of bugs, towels always missing, smell of cigarettes, our shower was broken (couldn’t take a shower after a very sweaty day). A lot of very basic hotel stuff was not covered and the service is not very accommodating.

Pros:
Great location, close to restaurants, bars, local markets, and a small ride away from attraction.
Staff is nice and friendly.

Cons:
The room smelt like smoke even when we selected a non-smoking room.
The carpet in the room was covered with people hair. It seemed like it hasnt been vacuumed in months.
The aircon unit, we had it running on 16 the whole time we stayed at this place, and it didn't feel like it git any colder than 25 degrees celcius.
The bed, even though it had clean sheets, I got bug bites.
Overall:
For the price you pay in Cambodia, you can have much more and better accommodation.
I will not recommend any of my friends to stay here.

One of the best hotel for your money. Excellent location big rooms that has everything you need great firm beds great shower new good quality towel and good WiFi breakfast has everything and you can ask your own omelette. I am stating here for few weeks and enjoying a great service from the stuff here they will go out of there way to help you with all your needs. I will sadly come back to this hotel every time I come to Cambodia and I will suggest this hotel to you and to all my friends.
