No elevator, be ready to climb stairs. AC worked well, simple cheap room, clean, no refridgerator or kettle. Bathroom is "wet" style where shower is in the open area.Bathroom had a good exhaust fan. There is a table, 2 end tables, trash can and a wardrobe woth a few hangers.
Bed was very firm, blanket was more like a throw, domestic type rather than hotel style. Wifi w
as very week so second day the reception switched me to a room closer to the front of the hotel, the problem was resolved. Laundry and convenience stores near by as well as some Restaurants and street food. Easy walk to Oressey Market (8-19 min). 6 min walk to Olympic stadium where many locals go to Exercise, walk play volleyball, tennis, basketball, martial arts and many other things.

A functional but pretty soulless place. The staff are friendly and helpful but the sheets felt dirty and unclean. Also with a duvet and no top sheet, you just know that it has not been washed after every stay. Also the WiFi was patchy on the top floor where my room was

We had our worst stay so far. I booked hotel and paid fully but when we arrived they informed us that they are fully booked. A group came to hotel and to make them accommodate they just gave our room to them. They moved us to another hotel just at the next street. Group of people were staying at out left and right room. They were laughing, screaming, moving between rooms all night until 4 am. The staff didnt help for this and it was hard to explain them as they do not speak English. The room was super dirty that I never seen such a dirty room. There was condom and cigarette from previous guest... the one star is for they offered free breakfast and lunch but I refused it. My purpose of stay just had a night sleep which we did not have.

Great place to stay. Rooms are big, everything works well (aircon, tv, shower...). Staff is kind and will clean the room whenever you ask for it. Right next to the bus companies for Vietnam. Prices in the area are lower than in the more touristy areas such as Riverside.

Lovely place to live with friendly staff. If you need any assistance don't hesitate to ask. Room is clean and comfortable with good price and location is close to most places.

Great hostel/budget hotel. Rooms were clean, AC works well, and the staff is very nice. It's located in a more residential area which was nice because it was quieter.

Fine budget inn. Can be a bit dim, no elevators, but otherwise everything is clean and comfortable. Showers and air conditioning works perfectly. Its a little far from major attractions but tuk tuks are always available. Free water refills and coffee in the foyer.

The bed rooms are same big bed in the middle of the room, bathroom good size.
Now the air-conditioning barey works but cools down a little.
The hot water non existent.
The tv is small but very good sound.
They have moto to hire reasonable price 7USdollars a day.
The only thing that annoying is that when i finished my moto ride which was very stressful. The guy at the front counter tried stealing from me and i had to confront him.
He short changed me 2000 reil, which isnt much but were does it stop.
If he is trying to short change you on purpose, then what else is happening.
Trust starts small, for 2000 reil he gets this review.
