NagaWorld Hotel & Entertainment Complex in Phnom Penh

1. We were very pleased with your frontline staff, Ol Bunthoeun. This is the second time we have met him.
2. On our first occasion, he checked us in seamlessly. My wife asked where to buy Cambodia's famous coconut mousse cake. He attempted to help us find. That was 15-18 Sep 2025.
3. This time we had a very pleasant experience in that we were presented with a coconut moysse cake, plus a fruit basket. Over and above, my wife was delighted with the bouquet of flowers in the room, on the bed and in the toilet.
4. It is your exemplary staff, like Mr Bunthoeun, that makes us come back to Nagaworld again and again.

Valued for money with good location few minutes to walking street and king palace

Very nice complex in the front of the main attractions in Phnom Penh, the only cons is that it is too big so if you are staying in Naga2, it takes 10 minutes to move to Naga1 where the pool is

Very friendly hotel attendants. Toiletries are also available. Clean rooms. Breakfast buffet is good with wide varieties of food. Few convenience store nearby but there are a lot of restaurants around the area.

I stay here twice a year for business trips, and it's so convenient that all the staff speak Chinese! The breakfast selection is great, I just wish it started at 6 AM. If my flight is at 9 AM, I don't have time to eat.
