It was so good that I wondered if there could be a better place for the price. The free hotel breakfast was also excellent.

The shower room is very good with sufficient water pressure. Breakfast is a set meal with several sets to choose from, and it tastes very good.

The facilities are very new, the breakfast is delicious, especially the 24/7 free airport shuttle, which is very convenient for passengers who need to stay one more night in Yellowknife for a transfer

We had a super positive experience at this place. For a low-budget short time stay it was just what we needed. It was affordable, clean, close to the airport, the shuttle service was great, and the people that work at the hotel were outstandingly nice and kind. They had great customer service! The sheets were new and clean, pillows and bed were comfortable. Although it was not a beautiful 5 star hotel like we are used to we weren’t disappointed. We think we got good value for what we paid. I was not a fancy place but we had a net positive experience.

Friendly staff, nice large rooms and bathroom, clean, had a great complimentary breakfast at the attached restaurant. Easy shuttle to the airport. Everything you would want for an overnight. Would stay again for sure.

Great hotel close to the airport. Humongous King size bed. No odd smells in the room. Complimentary bottled water in the room. Hot tubs on the roof we're awesome. Service was great. Although next to the airport, it was relatively quiet.

I stayed here Sept 14 for the night and had a wonderful stay! Check in was fast. We had a queen suite for a great price and the room was large. It smelled and looked very clean, the only downside was the shower water pressure was below average. They leave robes in your room for you to use. We used the rooftop hot tubs which were very nice and relaxing. We did not eat at the restaurant, but there are lots of options nearby. Despite being so close to the airport, I found it more quiet than a lot of the other reviews say. I would stay here again for sure!

Excellent meals, great service. The staff is very attentive to details.

Was not impressed with some of the food items and especially services. Started off with staff failing to recognize a need for high chair. Then either a mix up of food order or chef failed to execute steak orders properly as we had two steak order of which one is medium well and one is medium rare. My medium rare came after the medium well order and not only was it overcooked, the cut of the steak was fatty and chewy. The waitress also had the child meal side dish wrong as we asked for steamed veggies and what ended up on the table were carrot and celery sticks with dressing. To finish off the sub-par evening, staff failed to deliver the dessert and when asked, still not delivered until we almost left. Then the ice cream delivered was very soft close to melting. Though the staff appear to be courteous, the lack of attention to details was disappointing. For the price of food and gratuity paid, it was an evening to forget. Not impressed at all. Won't go back.

Friendly staff. Interesting food options and wine. Decor is good but light is really bright even into the evening. Would be better with dimmer lights at night so u can watch the airplane fly by the window and create a more mellow/relaxing mood.
