We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is tucked away in a beautiful location with views of the Rockies, making it feel peaceful and scenic. Having a casino on-site was a fun bonus for evening entertainment. We also ate at the casino restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious! I highly recommend the hot wings, the fettuccine, and definitely the tiramisu for dessert. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff is friendly. Overall, a great experience and we would absolutely stay again.

Came here for a company gathering before. The staff were very welcoming. A local guided us on a night tour. It's a hotel converted from a boarding school, so it's very historic. The renovated high-floor rooms are excellent and very quiet. Saw a lynx (big cat) nearby!

I would normally not give a review with 1 star and chalk up to IF you cannot say something nice or good about something or someone don't say anything at all. The room was not good, looked and smelled like a 1-star motel ugh ..... sheet seemed cleaned, bathroom so so, shower did not drain, microwave was gross and mentioned this twice to front desk, they didn't care....... We mentioned it when checked out also, they said nothing ... horrible customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I wish the showerhead allowed better water pressure,, also, the coffeemaker was not working correctly..

There was lint on the floor in the room, the bathroom had water streaks on the wall that could have been cleaned off.
It was difficult to plug in our CPAPs due to no power plugs on either side of the bed.
The room layout was good, very roomy. It would have been a better experience if there was a higher standard of cleanliness applied to the room an hallway. A dirty plate and half dozen glasses were left on a table in the hallway when we arrived and we're still there when we left the hotel a day later. The hotel has great potential but there is no care or pride in the facility that I could see.

The roads around the resort were full of snow and black ice. This may change my mind in the staying here over winter months.

Staff are NOT friendly. Especially the night check in guy. We have worked with him before. Each interaction is NOT warm and welcoming.
