Room was clean and spacious. Love the idea of full size shampoo, co dictionary, body wash, hands soap and body lotion. The heater in our room was quite noisy when kicking in and shutting off, but atleast it worked. The free breakfast had a great variety and plenty of space for dining in. Price was also reasonable.

If you're going here for work and got the room based on the fact they say they offer breakfast, go elsewhere. Breakfast doesnt start until 7 which eliminates anyone that works in the trades that start work earlier. Probably on purpose so they can save some money. Rooms are not cleaned very well, showers were built for shorter people so if you're taller your hunched over to have a shower. Desk chair was broken. Will not be staying here again

"CAUTION " the hotel smells really bad. It is connected to an Indian restaurant and it's really tough to get passed the strong pungent smell. I don't care what the staff said, the ventilation systems are connected. Even the inside of our room smelled bad. We wouldn't stay here again, even if it was free. Also, a very noisy hotel due to traffic on the highway.

Stayed here for one night. The hotel is located on the highway, lots of fast food options around. The hotel was clean and so was the room. It had everything we needed with a balcony on the room over looking the pool. Breakfast was ok, omelette available as well as continental options. Perfect for an overnight stay in Cranbrook

Had a wonderful 5 days at the hotel. Super friendly, and the room was very clean. The restaurant Bay leaf has really good food. The pool was absolutely amazing with places to sit around. They have a washer and dryer that works well. It was a very peaceful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

This used to be my favorite restaurant but last time I went the food was horrible! I heard that it changed ownership, if this is true, YOU SUCK! WHY WOULD YOU CHANGE THE FOOD?!?! of it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Most of the poor ratings are based on a Chinese restaurant being bad at making Western cuisine. Duh, order Chinese food, their ginger beef and won ton soup is the best in town, prices are decent, portion sizes are huge, and by God does that delivery guy have an epic moustache

Terrible for celiacs, do not eat the gluten free pasta. They're happy to serve celiacs dishes that have zero flavour and aren't fully cooked. Service did not care about us until there was a complaint made. Over-priced.

Food was okay, kinda fresh. All staff was nice except for the caucasian waitress in her 60's was really rude. She would not smile and was rude to my one year old son. Not a place for kids.

After hearing lots of raves for this restaurant, I decided to go check out our with my woman and a friend. I cannot say that the service or the food quality was to my satisfaction.
The restaurant was not very busy and yet the server was not in the most pleasant of moods. It was almost as though we were a bother (please understand also that this feeling was also perceived by my companions).
The food had plenty of variety, but the buffet table definitely needed some attention. Many of the bins were close to empty and the food that was in was drowning in sauce or dreadfully dry.
The price was also quite elevated considering. My woman was craving a food item that was not in the buffet. It would not have been hard for the restaurant to throw on a little bit of an item they should normally serve to satisfy their customers... but that was not possible. That food item could only be served at lunch smorgasbord apparently. I had no other choice but to order it on the side at the full price, on top of the buffet price.
I am not likely to revisit this location as there are many other options for Asian cuisine in Cranbrook.

With new management there Denny’s has improved sooo much. The female ( filipino) who is manager at night is so amazing, kind and beautiful. I love going there- the food is good and when the odd time they mess up our food it’s fixed. Thank you. I highly recommend this place my hubby and I love it.
