Room was clean but very basic which is in line with the price. Hot tub was broken and only lukewarm. The water was green in the hot tub. To be fair the ad only mentions a whirlpool and doesn't say the water would be hot. Still a little disappointing.

Came here for a company gathering before. The staff were very welcoming. A local guided us on a night tour. It's a hotel converted from a boarding school, so it's very historic. The renovated high-floor rooms are excellent and very quiet. Saw a lynx (big cat) nearby!

There was lint on the floor in the room, the bathroom had water streaks on the wall that could have been cleaned off. It was difficult to plug in our CPAPs due to no power plugs on either side of the bed. The room layout was good, very roomy. The room itself was nice and comfortable, no issues there. But the fridge in my room was super noisy and kept me up most of the night. It made it hard to rest properly, which was disappointing. Overall an okay stay, but definitely hope they fix the fridge noise for future guests.

Sink was completely clogged and was not useable. We got in late and had to get two young kids to bed so didn't attempt to have staff take care of it during the stay. Let the front desk know when we checked out the following morning and they said they would have their maintenance crew take care of it. Also bathtub drain would not close so no bath. Otherwise very clean and quiet.

Overall the room was well appointed and comfortable. However, the toilet and shower had not been well cleaned and I had to report this. It was rectified the next day (stayed 2 nights). Reception staff were apologetic. However, I was disappointed at this was needed and expect a good standard of cleanliness.

Room was clean and spacious. Love the idea of full size shampoo, co dictionary, body wash, hands soap and body lotion. The heater in our room was quite noisy when kicking in and shutting off, but atleast it worked. The free breakfast had a great variety and plenty of space for dining in. Price was also reasonable.

I specifically booked this property so I could swim after a long working day, to discover pool was out of order. Had I known, I would have booked a different hotel. Very disappointing and ******* should have noted it on the site. Convenient having a Dennys on the property and other stores close by but for price, other hotels for not much more, would have been a better option.

every thing was clean and tidy, but -- I booked the room for 3 adults and the room I received was very small. hardly enough room to move around and only 1 adult could use a bed because it was jammed against a wall. Over all, would stay again with 2 adults.

The heat was off when we got there dispite it snowing outside, the bathroom counter had a film on it, the kitchen sink took a long time to drain, you could see behind the drywall at the shower head, and you could feel every spring in the mattress.

Good value for the price. Hotel staff courteous and professional. Room had clean sheets, hot water and a functional heater. For a motel along a hwy it provided what it advertised. If you want all the amenities of a 4 star hotel book one. If you’re looking for a place to crash at an affordable price this place checks all the boxes.
