A very spacious and cosy 2 queen beds room we have! The FOC sumptuous breakfast also is a great choice! Love it!

Our second time staying at this property. I love their suites. It has everything. Perfect for a small family staying for the weekend or longer. Small 24hr gym and a decent sized heated pool to keep the kids busy. Three groups at same time will make it feel crowded so just time it. Property is clean, a couple of restaurants in the area, Costco is just across the street. Weird entry to the hotel as it is in a cul de sac. Close to highway exit. Breakfast was enough. I wish there were more selections. Lots of seating. Will definitely stay here again. Only complaint are the pillows in my room were flat and no support and lastly upgrade the shower heads with the corded ones. Also, we are at the 5th floor and kids were running back and forth in the hallway till midnight. I think there was a youth team checked in as well but should be disciplined or kicked out if they don’t comply.

The hotel room was nice and clean. I will go again next time.

Like the overall spaciousness of the room, but a lot of space is wasted on the washroom with a Jacuzzi (which l didn't use). The separate shower (whose size could have been doubled with the available space) is TINY. Also the heating/cooling unit was so noisy that l had to turn it off during the night, not sure if we'd be able to get any sleep with it being turned off when it's hot.

Room was renovated but some old hardware wasn't replaced. Bedsheets looked worn. After years of staying here since its inception in 2015, we are unlikely to return.

Clean and very nice suite. It had a full kitchen with all appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, sink, dishwasher) and all the necessary cookware and utensils, including spoons, forks, glasses, and plates.

The breakfast was great, every day there were four hot options plus fresh pastries.
Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable stay.

We stayed at Homewood Suites in Markham, Ontario for a little over two weeks, in a 1-bedroom King suite on the 6th floor. The room offered a beautiful view of the freeway and city, and on bright sunny days we could even faintly see the CN Tower. With the heavy snowfall in January, the winter scenery from our window was especially pleasant.

Overall, there were many positives. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and it was convenient to be able to save something for a quick snack later in the day. The suite was clean, spacious, and well-suited for an extended stay, especially with the in-room kitchen. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom, bathtub, and toilet were clean (although the flush handle placement was slightly inconvenient). We appreciated the wall-mounted dispensers for hand soap, moisturizer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The staff were generally responsive, and we did not experience any noise issues during our stay.

There were a few areas where improvement would enhance the guest experience. The alternate-day mandatory housekeeping policy was sometimes challenging, particularly as we were traveling with an infant and a pet and needed to vacate the room during cleaning. On one occasion, we declined service because the room was tidy and placed the do-not-disturb sign on the door, yet received a notice stating that cleaning was mandatory. This felt somewhat inflexible, especially when accommodating an infant’s sleep schedule.

Additionally, the indoor air was very dry during the winter months. The dryness noticeably affected comfort, particularly for our infant, who experienced nasal dryness with occasional minor blood-stained mucus due to the lack of humidity. We ended up purchasing humidifiers and an air purifier to make the room more comfortable. The bathroom exhaust fan appears to be centrally controlled, which made it difficult to retain moisture in the suite.

At times, interactions when requesting items such as a crib or playpen felt slightly uncomfortable, as staff seemed to closely observe the room while setting them up.

In summary, the hotel is well-suited for longer stays thanks to its spacious suites, good breakfast options, and overall cleanliness. The scenic winter view was a highlight. With more flexibility around housekeeping policies and improved humidity control during colder months, the experience could be even better.

I love Syogun during dinner time, but was greatly disappointed with the lunch. For the price you pay, there aren't that many selections and the service was not as good as dinner time. My biggest disappointment were the selections tho... They took out almost half of their menu for lunch. :(
I'd recommend for dinner, not lunch.

When dining in the restaurant. The receipt that was given already had service charges added. HST was also added to the service charges. When paying the receipt I wanted the service charge to be removed. I wanted to add my own tip or service charge to the receipt when checking out. They refused to remove the service charge because of automatic billing. I find this practice very unprofessional and this should be illegal. When eating at this restaurant be aware off automatic service charges being added to your receipt plus HST. The food was okay, but not worth the service charge. The service was not worth the service charge automatically charge to the receipt plus HST.

Sushi is good, they have lemon water and bring you a jug. Drinks are included in the price. Black sesame may seem a little weird but its my favourite ice cream ever now. Went for lunch. Will be back.

Best all you can eat Japanese Restaurant. Sashimi and other seafood at unlimited quantities. Very fresh and very good quality. Price is not cheap (around $35 per person for dinner) But it is worth the price paid.

This is an all you can eat place where you order as much as you want from a tablet. Food quality is so so. One thing I don't like is they deliberately drop your orders in your last few rounds of ordering. I can understand their rationale that people often order more than they can consume. But simply dropping orders after orders is no respect to their customers in my opinion.
