I stayed only three nights between late February and early March. The hotel is relatively close to downtown, just six subway stops from Union Station. The front desk is open 24 hours a day and the staff is very kind. However, there are two serious issues that anyone considering staying there should keep in mind:
I was without internet service for almost an entire day. I was traveling for work and internet access is very important to me. I understand that outages can happen, but it shouldn’t take so many hours to restore the service.
The hotel assigned me room 2701 on the 27th floor. The room was comfortable, but throughout my stay I had to endure loud noises during the early morning that woke me up repeatedly. I couldn’t clearly identify what it was. It might have been the elevator, but at times it sounded as if some kind of work was being done. What I am sure of is that the loud metallic banging noises could not have gone unnoticed by the hotel’s management.
For these two reasons, I would not stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Town Inn. Located in central Toronto, around 7 minutes away from Bloor Yonge. Easy to find. The room was spacious.

Place is perfect for a short stay, room was spacious and clean, nice service and good location

The hotel's location is excellent, and the lobby and rooms are spacious. Having a simple coffee machine and kitchen access is a great plus. However, there were a few minor downsides: the lobby heating was insufficient, the shower head couldn't be adjusted, and the water pressure was low, resulting in a weak flow. On one occasion, the room wasn't tidied and the trash wasn't emptied, which, while not ruining the overall experience, was a bit odd for hotel service. Overall, the hotel is decent. But if it costs over $1300 a night with these issues, the value for money is questionable, and whether it's worth that price needs to be considered.

Everything we’d need to cook great location parking could be better with only street and paid lots

I had a very comfortable stay at Town Inn Suites Hotel, located at 620 Church Street.
The location is fantastic — right by Yonge-Bloor and steps from Church and Wellesley, the heart of Toronto’s vibrant Pride neighbourhood. It’s a lively area with plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and easy subway access, making it a great base for exploring the city.
The suites are very generously sized, which really stood out. They feel more like full apartments than typical hotel rooms and are fully equipped with everything you’d need for either a short or extended stay. They also recently renovated the apartments to make them a bit more modern and fresh. This makes it especially great for families who want space to spread out and feel comfortable rather than confined to a standard hotel room.
The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
A couple of small notes: the driveway is a bit narrow, so it can be tricky navigating in and out, particularly if cars are stalled or waiting at the entrance. Also, while each unit appears to have a balcony, there is no access to them — likely for safety reasons. There is a gym in the building, but I was told it is reserved for residents only and not available to hotel guests.
Overall, a great option if you’re looking for a spacious, well-located stay in downtown Toronto with a welcoming atmosphere.

The biggest advantage of this accommodation is definitely the location. I also found the price to be affordable and reasonable.
That said, there were also some downsides. In the kitchen, the pots and frying pans provided were very old and worn out. In addition, the sink leaked, so whenever I used water, it would drip out and I had to keep wiping it up.
As for the heating system, it seemed to have a lot of dust in it, which caused my nose to feel constantly stuffy and made me cough. There was also quite a bit of dust in general, as some areas did not seem to have been cleaned thoroughly. Since only some of the windows could be opened, it was also inconvenient to ventilate the room properly. The refrigerator had a slight odor as well.
These are areas that seem to need improvement.

The family had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. A special thank you to Stephanie at the front desk, who was always friendly, accommodating, and quick to help with any request, which made our visit feel truly welcoming.

After booking this place, I checked the reviews and they were pretty bad. I got scared and started regretting my decision, but I couldn’t change my reservation. So I decided to trust that everything would be okay and I’m so glad I did!
The place is super cool. I really love how it feels like an apartment for an amazing price.
The staff were also very nice and welcoming. I truly think this place deserves better and more honest reviews. The service and location are really good.

I did not have a good experience this time because it was super noisy, drilling sound and construction, not to mentioned testing the fire alarm and the loud speaker blasting with a message about testing the alarm every few hours. This construction was scheduledto run for a whole week.

Have they informed me about the scheduled construction before taking my money, I would have chosen a quiet place for my stay.

I like this place but I was very disappointed this time.

My absolute favourite sushi in the city! Servers are friendly and quick, and the fish tastes fresh and delicious. Best roll is red dragon roll!
18.12.2017 Daniel
So great sushi, fair price and fast service. Loving it.
04.11.2017 Louie
Overpriced and rude. They put too much sauce on their rolls which makes everything taste too sweet. Not a proper sushi place.
26.10.2017 Clark
My favourite sushi restaurant in Toronto. I have only done takeaway. The white dragon is the best.
28.08.2017 Philip
Decent all you can eat sushi with great selection, both sushi bar and kitchen/cooked food type. Comfortable seating for different occasions. My regret is the beef sashimi...it's frozen and not the greatest in flavor.

Had the Ramen today never had anything else before. The ramen barely had any noodles the broth was bland with barely any flavour and the chicken didn't taste like grilled chicken, never going back again, there are other places with much better Ramen for about the same price . Service was good and quick though, unfortunately the food was a disappointment.

Very surprised on how good this was because it is a fast food place. Really close to work. Is a bit expensive, and I wish it had less rice. But overall good taste

Great, fresh sushi. Many, many menu options and a brilliant and friendly staff make this place a must-try!
17.11.2016 Alexander
Great sushi. The salmon sushi were delicious and their rice is amazing. The staff are really friendly and sweet. When I was there during lunch hours - there were more staff than people, which provided a great service experience. The downside is that it is an overly expensive location. The quality is higher than in most sushi places in the area, but the price is steeper to an even greater degree.
18.01.2016 Matthew
Friendly people behind the counter. Good sushi for take out stuff. Wish they had a better selection when I went in. Also wish their combos were labeled better - like they are on the website.

Here's all you can eat but there's some food that isn't all you can eat. In all you can eat menu, you can eat Japanese food like sushi and tempura and such and Chinese and Tai food. In my opinion, I like this restaurant and good for those who wanna eat Asian food.
26.09.2017 Sadegh
We really like this place. It’s next door to our place and a great place for a modest night. We like the steak and almost every dish here.
13.09.2017 Howard
Had the grilled chicken bento lunch box. The chicken had a rubbery texture to it. It seemed like it was from those frozen TV dinners. I'm not one to complain about food to the kitchen...I've seen the movie "Waiting"
I will not eat there again, it's unfortunate i had good experiences there before.
06.09.2017 Alice
Terrible service extremely rude staff. Questions the customers dietary restrictions and doesn't even provide an alternative choice. Choose a take-out option and was given so many dirty looks. Do not recommend to anyone ! Won't come again !
02.09.2017 Jean
I go there whenever I'm in Toronto; I love the food and the service is usually adequate... But not when I was there on the evening of February 13 unfortunately. The waiter was abrupt, nearly curt and could not address me in sentences longer than three words. Well at least he did thank me as I was leaving.
