I had a very good stay here. The rooms were neat, clean, and quite spacious. All the staff, including the reception team, were extremely welcoming and friendly, which made the experience even better.

Breakfast was good and well organized, and the checkout process was quick and easy. I especially appreciated their honesty and professionalism—after checking out, I realized I had forgotten my phone charger in the room. When I called them two days later, they had safely kept it aside for me. I was able to return two days after that and pick it up without any issue.

Overall, it was an excellent stay with great service. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

Immaculately clean, comfortable and well appointed guestrooms, really nice pool/hot tub area, surprisingly good breakfast! But what really stands out is the exceptionally friendly service. The staff is wonderfully attentive. Shout out to Santiago on the Front Desk; he was super helpful and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

This hotel is absolutely great! The service is impeccable, pool and hot tub were warm (and salt!). We stayed here before heading to the airport, and they made every effort to help and provide information to us when weather was a huge concern for departure at Pearson. You won't be disappointed in this place, and we will definitely be back. Rick and Erin M.

Overall it was a decent stay. Rooms where nice they had a couch and a TV if your staying for more then a few days the extra room makes it more comfortable the breakfast is not amazing but thats usually how things go. Indoor pool was in clean condition room was clean the bathrooms are basic nothing stood out to me as a issue I would recommend and would consider going back for my next visit.

Front desk apologies not getting me a 3rd water bottle, although we were 3 adults booked on this stay! Next to the front desk there were snacks and water bottles available. Rooms is ok shape, thus the workmanship and the finishing material are just below standard. Commercial grade plumbing all over. Not enough towels. Breakfast very much limited. Coffee weak and full or grounds, canned fruit salad disgusting.

I had a great stay at Cambridge Suites Mississauga. The customer service was honestly amazing from start to finish. The front desk staff were super friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. One staff member in particular was incredibly kind and made the whole experience feel very comfortable and stress-free.

The rooms were also really good — clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Everything felt organized and taken care of, which made the stay even better.

Overall, this hotel really stands out because of its excellent customer service and comfortable rooms. I’d definitely recommend Cambridge Suites Mississauga and would 100% stay here again.
