Nice hotel with lots of eating options close by. I had a king room with a great view of the CN Tower. The bed linens were clean and comfortable. Hotel wasn’t bad, but there’s no amenities in the room at all.. not even water… every time I wanted to have some water, I’d need to go to the lobby and ask for some bottles, same for toothpaste (there’s basically no amenities in the room), the coffee machine was nasty as well.

The room was spacious with a great view and a convenient location, within walking distance to the Eaton Centre and Union Station, surrounded by major corporations like KPMG. The deposit was refunded quickly; the pre-authorization was released instantly upon check-out, unlike other hotels in North America where it can take up to two weeks.

The only issue was checking in took a while with only 1 person at 4 pm on a Saturday. I used this hotel for the Toronto marathon and it fits perfectly! They offer also a carbs dinner for a very fair price and an early breakfast starting on marathon day. There is no smart tv but a lot of channels a free.

Everything was quiet and clean EXCEPT the bath and sink drains in the room were extremely slow. Standing in water above my ankles by the end of a shower. Things don't get this way overnight so I expect infrastructure maintenance isn't as timely as it should be.

When I checked in I was upgraded to water view but 2nd floor so didn't see much. Room was very clean. A permanant sign showing what time the inner doors are locked at night and to use your key rather than a piece of paper taped to the glass would probably be a better idea.
