Fantastic customer service. Great history. Had a wonderful stay.
The hotel was a glamorous stay right in the heart of Toronto. There’s a feeling of old luxury in the rooms and the lobby. The room had been renovated recently but they’re much smaller than newer hotels and only just fits a couple and luggage. The amenities were good, and we used the small sauna and steam room. Everything about the hotel was great despite being so compact. The toiletries provided were...

Amazing location, wonderful hotel amenities and helpful, friendly staff. Enjoyed the stay in the city & the pool was a wonderful reprieve from the heat!
Hotel is well maintained but is old. Shower integrated with bath filler didn’t work well- shower stream weak. Room size very average. Room view ok- looking into Nathan Philips Square.
The best bed I have slept in. The hotel staff are so friendly and the hotel is breathtaking. Highly recommend
There was not a weak part of my stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and extremely happy to help, with exceptional competence in their field. The hotel was spotless and had a great energy. The service was speedy and the food scrumptious.
The hotel was in an excellent location withing walking distance to the City Hall, Eaton Center and other attractions. The Deluxe room had great views of the surrounding buildings. The room needed bit of cleaning which was promptly addressed. The a-la-cart breakfast included in the room rate was very good.
Great Hotel, very friendly staff and a great location. Staff tries their best to be helpful and friendly when it is really busy and crowded.

It is a convenient location with great views of the harbourn
Great place to stay for the leafs game. We will definitely go back there again!
The pool and hot tub were kinda dirty, the hot tub wasn’t working and they told us they’re gonna get an engineer to work on it but they left and never came back
Overall, the room was good; however, housekeeping wasn't proactive and only came when called. The facilities were a bit old, and the closet with the ironing board couldn't accommodate longer clothes.
Requested the newly renovated room instead of non renovated. The hotel staff was very kind and friendly to let us check in at 1.30pm as our rooms was ready. Eventhough we didnt get the connecting room as we requested but we were happy enough to let us an early check in.
The hotel was clean and quiet. The elevators were a little slow, but it was very full.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. It had everything we needed and It was great to use the swimming pool at our convenience. We had the perfect view of the CN Tower from our window. The staff were all super friendly and the location was great. Our room was kept immaculately clean each day. I would not hesitate in booking to stay here again when we visit Toronto.
I had an absolutely amazing stay at the InterContinental Hotel. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and everything the hotel offers is truly there beautiful facilities, a wonderful pool, spotless rooms, and outstanding staff. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Beyond the hotel itself, the atmosphere and the people made the experience even more special. It was one of the best...
The hotel boasts a superb location, adjacent to Union Station for convenient access to the airport rail link, and close to local tour pick-up points. Other popular attractions are also within a 30-minute walk. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with incredibly thick and comfortable mattresses that make you fall asleep instantly. The front desk staff are highly professional,...
The space is spacious and clean, and the service attitude is excellent.
I was recommended by a friend and came here for the first time today. It was just as described by my friend, very good!
The InterContinental Toronto Centre Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Toronto, within walking distance of major attractions such as the CN Tower, Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Centre and Ripley's Aquarium.

Great location, clean room. It would be better if breakfast was included as well.
What you’d expect for a Hilton. Clean, good service and good location downtown close to everything
All was fine except The Market, the supposedly 24hr shop in the lobby for snacks etc., was not open at all during our stay. Missed this a bit as there are no mini-bar offerings in the room.
Check in was easy, room was big, clean, and comfortable. Sauna and gym added lots to the stay. Would recommend to anyone!
Nice hotel in the centre of Toronto . Walkable to shopping and financial district.
I start with the good things. Everyone was friendly and the room was large with a very nice view of the CN tower. The hotel accommodated my request to change from a double bed room to a king size bed room on a upper floor. However, there were many issues with my stay. First, the pool area is in poor condition and the inside patio area has a very dirty rug and the furniture is beat down. The rug and...

Great hotel in the heart of Toronto. Great deskfront staff.
It was expensive and noisy. Otherwise, a clean and well positioned hotel.
Super good location. There is sky walk from UP Express connect to the hotel. The hotel is located next to Union bus station. I took mega bus from Union station to Niagara Falls. It’s very convenient.
excellent location and service
The hotel was located in a very good location. It is extremely quick and easy to walk to the station for trains and buses.
Excellent location, with CN tower just at the door step, and a short walk to the harbourfront and union station. Many restaurants nearby too! Take the UP express from the airport and it's just a short walk to the hotel connected via the link bridge. Don't bother with taxi or Uber, it's 4 times the price and you might get stuck in a jam like me.
Rooms are big and clean! My stay was perfect!

The hotel staff was patient and polite. Food was good too but on the pricier side.
A big conglomerate of a place. The room was ok, but I personally didn't like it. I found it depressing, maybe you won't?
I stayed here for a quick overnight layover and found it super convenient, especially the shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, which I really appreciated after a long international journey.
The room was clean and comfortable, though the shower area felt a bit like a hockey locker room. I’m not sure if I was put in an accessible room. As someone who lives...
I stayed at this hotel and while the room and location were fine, I’m very disappointed with the handling of my deposit. I followed all check-out procedures, but the deposit was never refunded, despite multiple follow-ups. It’s frustrating and unprofessional, and it’s affected my overall experience. I hope the management takes this seriously and resolves the issue, as this is not the level of service...

Great hotel in an amazing location in a safe area! Bed and pillow wasn’t the comfiest but nice. The bartender Darryl in the Thirty Lounge was amazing! Nicest person , if you’re staying here go down and say hi to him and order a drink, I guarantee he brightens your day!
Our stay in Holiday Inn was truly wonderful, and I’m happy to give this hotel a full five-star review. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Their kindness, understanding, and willingness to help meant more...
Hotel has very friendly staff and good security. Food is also great. However, our room was very small and smelt like toilet water. The pool area had the same smell and was very dirty. Also, their parking garage only goes up to 5 foot 7, so...
Wonderful experience for staying in Toronto! Near the Metro station. Variety of tasty breakfast buffet. Good facilities and reasonable price.
Great location. Close to many sites in downtown including Yonge-Dundas and close to Union Station (walkable). Will definitely come back.
Stayed at the Holiday Inn for two nights and had a great experience overall. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the metro, the Eaton Centre, and the CAA Mirvish Theatre. InterContinental is better than Hyatt.
Good location with great view to the fall , just need few minutes to downtown for dining . Can say I will come back this hotel again .
The room is very old and the hygiene is not up to standard. And the price is expensive. At this price, I strongly recommend staying at the Hilton in the city center, which is more cost-effective. There are few hotels here that do not provide valet parking. Hyatt is one of them, and the parking fee is more expensive than other hotels. No photos, the environment is bad and I can't take pictures.
Clean and well located hotel. No cold water in the shower in the morning. Expensive breakfast with poorly priced items.
Good location, convenient travel

The staff even entered the room without any request. The breakfast was good.
The overall hotel facilities were good, especially food is excellent.
A very good hotel with great service, sanitation and hardware. The price of hotels of the same level in North America is basically the same, much more expensive than that in China. Breakfast is not a buffet, it is all ordered.

Very comfortable and housekeeping is very good.
The down stair LANO restaurant is the best place to have a cup of coffee, there are all kind and nice waitresses and waiters. The TOCA restaurant offers the best breakfast options in everyday. It’s a great 8days staying memory.

It was a great experience staying in an overseas hotel. The breakfast was also good.
The hotel is in a very good location, in the city center, and is convenient to everywhere, especially the TV tower. As pros, the location is really perfect. It's right next to the CN tower and get to the Union station in around 10 minutes through sky walk.
As cons, room cleaning may not be enough. We were staying in three people, but the amenities were only for two people during our stays (if we asked, it was coped).

The hotel staff were excellent. Incredibly friendly and really tried hard to break our shy little guy's shell. Our TV wouldn't work, which was an issue, but the biggest problem was at check in. The management was very kind and able to help us, but we witnessed others who...
Next to Pearson Airport, you can see the runway from the window. The facilities are convenient. The air conditioning in the room is a bit loud. Parking requires an additional fee. The staff is friendly.
DoubleTree by Hilton Good quality Like
The location is good. It's close to the airport. It's very convenient because there's a free shuttle bus to Toronto Pearson Airport. You just need to make a reservation in advance. The driver seemed to be subtly asking for a tip, but I didn't give it separately. If you're not a Hilton member, the water in the room costs 2.5 CAD per 500 ml bottle. It was surprising. I didn't drink the water on purpose...

The front desk staff was awesome - super helpful whenever I needed anything. I was also really happy with the housekeeping - no waiting around for rooms to be serviced, it was done every day nice and early. This hotel has everything you might need: bar, restaurant, coffee, pool, hot tub, gym, convenience store, small spa. Very nice, clean, comfortable and many amenities. Nice mall across the street
Excellent customer service! The pool is lovely and has a whirlpool and sauna. There are table tennis, tennis and other activities for fun. There's a small gym. The restaurant inside is good. The room was nice, but the curtains don't close all the way, so it was bright at night and in the morning. The location is great. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.
Very nice, clean, comfortable and many amenities. Nice mall across the street. Access to the subway is at the mall as well, very convenient. Breakfast buffet was a little pricey but very very good. If we had started more than one night we would probably return. Many many options, even for Celiac people! We were stuffed by the time we left.
I loved the amenities like the pool and common areas. My only concern was that some rooms overlook the common areas and it can be very noisy which is to expected. The common areas do close at ten PM so the hotel does enforce quiet hours. The beds in the room were comfortable and staff was pleasant.
This was the nicest Holiday Inn I've been inside of. Right across Yorkdale mall, it's a great spot, indoor salt water pool adjacent to the dining area; very reminiscent to a hotel resort set-up). Would highly recommend if it fits the budget.
Used this Holiday Inn for an off-site meeting. Affordable, scalable for different groups and phenomenal staff. Location is accessible by guests as it's off the highway and across the street from a subway station. Friendly, professional and knowledge staff. Had a billing issue and staff made every effort to ensure I had all my questions answered and resolved the issue. Catering service was provided...

This property has a great lobby, nice spacious rooms, and one of the better pools I have seen at a hotel. Only 10 mins walk from train station, CN tower and aquarium. Floor carpeting looking a bit grubby, changing area for pool needs an upgrade. Breakfast is okay as long as you don't mind scrambled egg everyday. Problem with only one working elevator during my stay which resulted in a 30 min delay getting downstairs and staff refused to extend the breakfast service closing time
The room is spacious with a small kitchen. There are charges for bottled water. Breakfast has little varieties. There is an heated indoor swimming pool and jacizzi which is quite relaxing.
Like this hotel but the last people who stayed set alarm and ruin our morning. Way too early! The alarm ran 3 times! I tried to tell the front desk but it seems like they didn’t understand.
Booked a 2 bedroom suite and the room smell like vomit and they ran out of 2 bedroom suites and they offered 2 single room suite with no other compensation. There was much lesser space in the 2 studio suite and they did not do up the sofa bed for the third person too. Service was bad throughout asking me to solve my own issue like finding my bonvoy number and going down to change my room keys etc....

Excellent service and clean environment! Highly recommend this hotel in North York area…
Convenient location, washroom is dirty. The staff need to do a more thorough cleaning before a new customer checks in.
The hotel location is good and you can reach it from the subway through the North York Centre. This is my only positive comment for this hotel.
I’ve stayed here a half dozen times for my trips to Toronto. It’s continent because it’s right on top of the subway, and a quick 15-20 minute ride to downtown.
It was years ago that I’ve stayed here, but it was my go to. Rooms were nice. For the price you pay per night, the parking is highway robbery.
One of the most affordable hotel I found in the area. The service was slow when I signed in, the computers weren't working properly. The rooms are nice and spacious, a bit o the older side but clean and well taking care of. It includes a nice gym and decent size pool.
Very nice hotel, comfortable and quiet rooms, well appointed, and tastefully decorated.
The standing guest room lights take some exploring to learn how to operate them, and the shower (in a lovely bathroom) could really use a safety grab bar.
Front desk staff were very polite and helpful, as were the restaurant waiters (and the breakfast spread was excellent).

Great stay. Super comfortable beds and great customer service! Well worth the price to be in DT Toronto. 5mins walk to Union Station and 15mins to SkyDome.
We arrived late at night at Union Station and then walked with our luggage to the Novotel. Some signage inside Union Station might be helpful in allowing us to stay inside as much as possible before exiting towards the hotel.
