It's a very nice stay, the location was very good and I booked through Ctrip, it was very friendly.
We have stayed at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel many times over the years, and it somehow always feels like coming home.
What really makes this place special is the people. Brian in the lounge is one of those people who instantly makes you feel welcome. He remembers guests, takes the time to chat, and creates a warm, easy atmosphere that you look forward to coming back to.
We have also stayed here...
Nice location. Beautiful hotel. Wonderful service. However if you are looking for a romantic place…that’s not the place for you. It’s more a business hotel. With conventions happening everywhere and people seating at the tables with laptops pretending they are working but in reality they just have a miserable job and want show off pretending they are so busy and important. Do miss the breakfast at...
Nice hotel with lots of eating options close by. I had a king room with a great view of the CN Tower. The bed linens were clean and comfortable. There was a fridge, safe, decent sized TV, desk, chair with an ottoman and the amenities were nice. Check in was super easy and very friendly. I would stay here again.
Our stay at the Sheraton Hotel Toronto was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, shopping, and restaurants.
Overall, I love my stay at this hotel! I thought it was quite nice and the room was everything that I needed it to be. The bed was quite comfortable. I had a great sleep. I wish the bathtub was a bit deeper, but that is such a minor thing in terms of a basic hotel room.
My only real complaint was that the room service was extremely overpriced, considering it came in a Cardboard take away container...

The hotel was amazing & the people very friendly.
Absolutely beautiful hotel would highly recommend a stay here jane on reception was very very helpful.
Swiftly check-in/out process. Really easy to get around because of the prime location. If you're flying in to YYZ, you'd just take the train to the Union Station and walk a few steps to get to the hotel. Nice sauna next to the fitness room. Only thing I would report is that the housekeeping starts early (around 9AM), so I was awaken by the knocking in the morning.
In general I loved the stay, we had a king suite with a city view and loved the space and the facilities that the hotel offered. We couldn't use the pool and gym, but hit up both The Library bar and Clockwork for evening drinks. Breakfast at Reign was great esp if Victoria was your server. I had early mornings and her energy with everything from placing your order to getting your food and requests...
When we are looking to come and stay downtown, we truly love and pick this hotel. From the moment you check-in until you check-out, your satisfaction is the hotels top priority.
I loved receiving text messages asking if everything was to our satisfaction and if they can assist you with anything. I wish I remembered the young lady that checked us in on Friday afternoon, she was great! Loved the customer...
Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday special, surprising her with a handwritten card, a cake, and a room upgrade. We loved our room—especially the view of the CN Tower—and the toiletries were a lovely touch. I also really appreciated the hotel’s commitment to sustainability.
We made full use of the pool, sauna, hot tub, and steam room, all...

The hotel's location is great, just a 5-minute drive from Union Station, which made check-in super convenient. The breakfast was excellent and very filling. I specifically booked a lake-view room this time, but next time I'd like to try a room facing a different direction. The service was also fantastic. After checking out, we went to Niagara Falls and were able to store our luggage at the hotel for...
The view is fantastic, highly recommend.
Excellent and very good location, with valet parking service
There was a constant noise coming from the toilet that prevented us from getting any rest. Even though a technician came, he couldn't fix it. However, everything else was fine. We had a good stay!
The stay was very comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located in Downtown Toronto. Views from the room were excellent.

First time in Toronto for a birthday trip, excellent choice choosing Intercontinental. Staff were VERY professional, kind and friendly which made us as tourists, have a very smooth trip. They recommended some amazing food options nearby (as the restaurant attached service was no where near our expectations). We were out exploring the city and came back to our room surprised with some amazing birthday...
A huge shout out to Ayo and Manager David, came here for a birthday celebration and they made the experience fantastic. They upgraded us to the top floor with a great view of the city and even sent up a little happy birthday desert to the room. Had such great service and the breakfast buffet is a 10/10. Will definitely be staying here again!
My family and I stayed here back in September. Great location! The room was clean and the bathroom was well-stocked. Intercontinental Toronto is using one of my favourite scents and it was a pleasant surprise. Also, the bathroom has an actual door. None of that glass sliding door business many hotels are doing nowadays. The staff are super friendly and professional. Kudos to Ardiz for making our stay...
I recently had the pleasure of visiting InterContinental Toronto Centre, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of downtown, with easy access to major attractions, dining, and entertainment. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance felt elegant yet welcoming, and the staff greeted me with genuine warmth...
My husband and I booked in for a luxurious staycation for my birthday. Everything was very beautiful and the experience was very smooth. Ardiz at reception was lovely and went the extra mile for my birthday, including a room upgrade with a stunning view of the CN Tower and the lake! Also loved the pool. Would absolutely recommend for a peaceful stay!
We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. It had everything we needed and It was great to use the swimming pool at our convenience. We had the perfect view of the CN Tower from our window. The staff were all super friendly and the location was great. Our room was kept immaculately clean each day. I would not hesitate in booking to stay here again when we visit Toronto.

Beautiful rooms, and beautiful lobby bar/restaurant!
Hotel wasn’t bad, but there’s no amenities in the room at all.. not even water… every time I wanted to have some water, I’d need to go to the lobby and ask for some bottles, same for toothpaste (there’s basically no amenities in the room), the coffee machine was nasty as well.
Amazing place, would definitely recommend my friends. We stayed there for few days, great location and awesome staff
managed to get a bargain through trip.com at the hilton hotel in toronto. was a lovely experience and the staff were very helpful. very clean and beautiful interior. rooms were lovely too.
The room was completely empty, nothing in it, not even a pair of slippers. You have to bring everything yourself.
The room was spacious with a great view and a convenient location, within walking distance to the Eaton Centre and Union Station, surrounded by major corporations like KPMG. The deposit was refunded quickly; the pre-authorization was released instantly upon check-out, unlike other hotels in North America where it can take up to two weeks.

Amazing cleanliness and accommodations when asked. Great location, views, and very close to everything. Only note is it would be great to have adult swim time secluded from the kids hours, given the pool size. As well, updated coffee machines in room. Overall great stay!
The staff were so attentive, facility clean, and provided exceptional customer service every step of the way!
My fiancé and I came from Ottawa for the Auto Show - we chose this hotel because we knew it was close by and looked great! I didn’t realize it was attached to the convention centre itself and union through the tunnel system. The location is perfect and makes getting around a breeze.

We enjoyed our stay at Delta Hotels Toronto. This was a great location and we were able to walk everywhere! The room was great, the view was beautiful, and it was very clean. Stayed at the Delta for a quick weekend trip to Toronto.
The service was excellent, staff allowed us to check in about half an hour early. On checkout day, I asked about the best way to get to the airport (taxi vs. Uber) during rush hour, and the staff kindly went out of their way and arranged a private vehicle, which was very convenient.

The desk chair height wasn’t adjustable but other than that nothing too uncomfortable. Room service and housekeeping were efficient and happy to help, demonstrating a pleasant attitude towards guests.
The hotel offers an airport shuttle service every 30 minutes, though it's less frequent compared to nearby hotels like Holiday Inn. Check-in is only available after 3 PM, and the rooms are quite small, so you'll have to wait if you arrive early.
The breakfast restaurant is an independently run operation, not managed by the hotel, and costs $30 per person, which isn't great value for money.
Despite...
Too many people in the lobby. Very crowded. No staff provide services. Shuttle bus regularly runs half an hour to and from airport which is not enough.
Bathroom shower included basic amenities namely bath gel, shampoo, and hair conditioner.
All was excellent, with the exception of my security deposit of $250.00 from a stay on February 7/8th, which STILL has not been returned to me, despite me calling several times and not being called back VERY DISSATISFIED
Had a great one night stay here! Price was reasonable and was close to many different restaurants. Room was spacious, modern and clean. The only issue was checking in took a while with only 1 person at 4 pm on a Saturday. Even when we tried to call down for assistance there was no response, likely due to the business and lack of staff available. Overall, a good stay and we will likely be back again

Not bad at all! The room was spacious and very clean. It was quiet, so I had a really comfortable night's sleep. I'd definitely recommend this hotel; the location is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere.
The hotel is located near College Station, which makes transportation incredibly convenient – the location is pretty good. Room cleanliness was average, but the facilities are quite old. The downside is the soundproofing is really poor; I frequently heard noise. Also, the Wi-Fi is terrible and often wouldn't connect. Breakfast options were standard and didn't change daily, but it tasted pretty good...
It was very clean and the location was amazing too. But it’s a little loud at night - I guess just a big city problem.
Very easy to access to a few big department stores. Super great location and good service but the facilities are a bit old
I visited during the Chinese New Year, and the price was great! It's close to downtown, and the breakfast was good too! Totally worth it! Oh, and I almost forgot about the heated swimming pool. It was really a good experience! Plus, there are Chinese staff at the front desk.
Great, I'm happy haha.

False fire alarm was very scary in the early morning which is the bad experience for us.
We had booked a room in order to park our car while away. When we arrived we were informed that the parking lot was full and we would NOT be able to park there. We had to fine parking elsewhere.
The room were in was nice, very quiet, and the bed was comfortable.
Since my flight got cancelled, I got a hotel voucher from the airline and I chose Holiday Inn because of the convenient distance to the airport. Upon arrival, the front desk/receptionist, Nadine was very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt welcomed and first impression of the service was 10 out of 10. She signed me up for the IHG one rewards card, and gave tips on how to collect points immediately that...
Been here twice. Rooms are always clean and staff always available at the front desk. Beds are comfortable.
Note that breakfast is at 7am which I do think is quite late for an airport hotel.
Regardless, I would stay here again - given the affordability, quality of rooms and amenities.
We will definitely stay here again for any travel out of the Pearson Airport in Toronto. Rooms were great and excellent service was provided by Vishal and Omar at the front desk. The shuttle service to and from the airport was very much appreciated. Our flight back to Toronto was delayed and it was not a problem parking our vehicle the extra day. Absolutely no worries! Nice comfortable hotel in a great location. Clean and tidy adequate room. Coffee machine and fridge in the room. Everything we needed for our stay. We only stayed one night but I will definitely be coming back. Thank you to Alan at the front desk for a warm and friendly welcome

Good service in a extraordinary location
This hotel has a excellent location but honestly lacks any soul. Everything is ackward from the pool, the rooms are lackluster and the staff look very sad. The house keeping staff were extremely kind and friendly.

When I checked in I was upgraded to water view but 2nd floor so didn't see much. Room was very clean. A permanant sign showing what time the inner doors are locked at night and to use your key rather than a piece of paper taped to the glass would probably be a better idea.

The room was amazing and very comfortable, with thoughtful details like a pillow...
