The staff are exceptionally attentive and proactive, consistently ensuring that every need is met in the Gold Lounge—offering to prepare drinks and provide food without my having to request assistance
The high quality of service, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the professionalism of your staff clearly reflect the excellent standards of your establishment. I would especially like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr
The concierge gold check in experience was absolutely incredible. Every single staff member that we've encountered were so kind and helpful. Our incredible room was clean and spacious
Valet staff were so kind and helpful. Cleaners were so kind and thoughtful. Fairmont staff also left us a sweet dessert to help us celebrate our 10th Valentine's Day anniversary
Everyone at Fairmont Queen Elizabeth has truly gone above and beyond to ensure that we had the most incredible time and we are absolutely grateful to everyone here
His helpful guidance and responsible approach ensured that I felt comfortable and genuinely welcomed from the very first moment of my arrival

Excellent location, convenient for getting anywhere. Breakfast exceeded expectations.
Enjoyed our stay at the Montreal Marriott Chateau Champlain! The only issue we had during our stay was the workers strike happening at the time, which meant we weren’t getting our rooms cleaned every day
The hotel was located in a good spot, near many attractions in downtown Montreal. The service is friendly and the rooms are nice. However, you can hear clear as day with the room attached to yours
This is one of those places where you can spend a lot or not, depending on what you want. The double suite was amazing! Great views, modern room (super cool toilets!), tons of space. The meal options are a fresh change
Lots of variety for breakfast and an evening tapas type offering for a couple of hours with a main dish changed each day. For instance, yesterday there was smoked meat and today there was poutine
There's even different options for parking. Even the metro system is accessible from the building. If you want a luxurious feeling stay without the luxurious wallet hit, stay here

I stayed for a week at Delta Montreal and had a very good experience
I also appreciated the large balcony with good views of the city, which made the room feel even more spacious and enjoyable
Overall the stay was nice and the room was a good size, but the carpet was clearly old and it was actually sticking up (see photo). Other than that, no complaints
Visited Delta in Montreal last weekend and was greeted by Barbara. She was very attentive, kind and welcoming, which made our visit pleasing! The hotel amenities were also very clean and we enjoyed the swimming pool!
The rooms were extremely cold, poorly insulated and the heater was very noisy. The staff was nice and moved me to a better/less cold room, but I do not recommend staying in this hotel over the winter.
Marriott Platinum and above members get free breakfast: weekdays in the lounge and weekends in the restaurant. A nice touch was seeing Fairmont Bagels offered at breakfast in both spots

Good combination between price and quality. It’s a little old but classy, it look like good for business and vacation as well, nice details on your room for snow season
We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Bonaventure. The hotel is on the 10th floor of Place Bonaventure with underground parking which is super convenient. The heated outdoor pool was amazing to relax in
Good location spacious room . Families ok. Facilities ok. Swimming pool outdoor not hot enough for us but good for instagram
Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Common areas including pool are just excellent. Absolutely worth the price IMO
It was a very popular spot! We ate in the dining room a couple of times and enjoyed the food both times! Rooms are large, king bed was comfortable and our view of the duck pond was great! Felt like we were in a rural setting, not downtown Montreal! I highly recommend this hotel!!
This is our second time staying here. The hospitality is absolutely wonderful. Every staff member is wonderful to interact with and so helpful. The pool is dreamy and such a nice perk. The rooms are quiet and comfy

The only thing missing is a squat rack, but that's to be expected. The breakfast buffet was included in our room fee, and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety
I travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels. Top notch service from check in to check out, from every single staff person
Valet, front desk, housekeeping, bartend, everyone was so awesome! My room was basic but everything worked well, it had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay, I even opted to stay in one night instead of going out just to enjoy the room and property
The combination of outstanding service, excellent location, and refined comfort made my stay unforgettable. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Hotel Monville to anyone visiting Montreal
The location is simply perfect. The hotel sits in a strategic area close to everything you might need. There are countless restaurants and cafés just steps away, making it ideal for exploring the city on foot
It is truly a five-star experience. Hotel Monville will undoubtedly be my preferred place to stay every time I visit Montreal, and I will certainly recommend it to my colleagues and family as well

I also am a Travel Agent and will have no problem recommending my clients to stay here. Thank you especially to the Front Desk staff on upcoming stay, you made magic happen for getting the rooms we needed
We are a Provincial Sports Team that stays often at this hotel when we have High Performance Training at the INS. The front staff work diligently at ensuring that requests are met, when available
The hockey parents seemed to enjoy themselves responsibly and the hotel was very quiet by 8:30pm each night so that the rest of the guests could sleep early if necessary
When our team comes back, they always have great reviews about the staff, hotel, rooms and overall accommodations. Also located in a great area close to Metro
A good place to stay for anybody who has work to do east of downtown.
Special praise to the restaurant "Le toit rouge", excellent breakfast and also dinner.
Location is great! Very near to biodome , planetarium and olympic observatory, the hotel has the service to take you to the subway not extra cost, very good service

The staff was friendly upon arrival and listened to my requests. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. I will always come back to this hotel whenever I come back to visit Montreal
Margarita pizza is good choice to dinner 😊
Very convenient and well-located (in relation to the metro and airport). The room was very spacious. My only minor regret is that the pool wasn't open yet.
I don’t know if this would be a 4 star hotel in my opinion. It’s a good hotel, although a bit aged and the location is okay in my opinion
There is no free breakfast included, but there is a Ben and Florentine beside it which was really good
I had to visit Montreal to attend a friends surprise birthday party on 7th February. However travelling from Toronto and it being a day with adverse weather conditions i decided to stay at this hotel

The service was excellent, the staff were all very kind, attentive, and greeted us every time we entered. The room was large, and clean, the bed was comfortable, there were 1. 5 baths, it was like an apartment
Traveled there from Ontario and every staff member was bilingual which was amazing. Beautiful spacious room, building exterior was beautiful old architecture, and the location was perfect for many attractions
The concierge email was also super responsive. We bought our room through the Black Friday discount and we would really loved it!
Stayed for the weekend in January (-20*) and walked everywhere with no issues. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again
The staff was all vibrant and welcoming and very accommodating. They remembered us and helped with everything they could! The soaps in the bathrooms were nice. The bed (king size!) had nice sheets
Right across the street from Notre-Dame Basilica of Montreal, this hotel was located in the perfect old Montreal area

We'd just gotten some incredibly good and hopeful health news - so as we walked up to the host stand of the Lounge, just inside the door, and I was crying
I would give this hotel 4 stars. Overall, everything was very good and I really enjoyed my stay. The teams are, in general, extremely kind, welcoming, and professional, which makes a real difference
The only disappointing point was the spa. While the welcome was very good, the massage itself was unfortunately not up to the level of the hotel
I wanted to thank her again for being such a lovely human - but the next time we were in the city but she was not there. We have been back two or three times since and not seen her
) There was a lovely blonde woman working the host desk who was incredibly kind and thoughtful and caring, going out of her way to take care of us and make us feel comfortable
The highlight of our stay was an unforgettable dining experience at Maison Boulud—every dish a culinary delight. A truly memorable experience for our family

Aquí tienes el review corregido y redactado en un estilo profesional ideal para Google Maps, en inglés canadiense:
During the month of December, I made a last-minute reservation to spend the Christmas holidays in Montreal and ended up staying at the W Montreal
The hotel restaurant was excellent, and the bar is a great feature — perfect for arriving tired, enjoying a drink, and then heading straight to bed. The hotel is very clean, and overall, I had a great experience
With my first stay at the W Montreal in their penthouse, we were shocked to find easily the best hotel room in all of Montreal. It had:
- Insanely high ceilings. - A very beautiful view from the balcony
There were a couple of points that I hope they fix for future guests:
- The projector system required tech support as the video wasn't working and after a first fix, the Netflix/Prime connections needed another fix
- The shower system had three different modes and for some reason, two of them only had cold water. There might be something that we were missing, but it's weird that the third mode had hot water just fine
A huge shout out to Mireille and her team for the Birthday celebration preparation. We ordered balloons, flowers, rose petals and some small gift sets and everything was wonderfully and perfectly prepared

Excellent accommodations, clean, good house keeping and services
The location is also excellent and very convenient. I’ve also had good experiences with the staff and valet service, which are professional and efficient. These things are why I continue to return
The welcoming was so warm and nice, from every single person working there, from the front desk team to the doorman, the valet parking, the pool guy, and of course the cleaning staff that always made sure our rooms where perfect
We had a minor issue with a light bulb flickering and someone came to replace it within 10 mins of us calling the front desk. We parked in a garage a few blocks down that was reasonably priced so it was a quick walk over
Overall, I still enjoy many aspects of this hotel, but these issues—especially the long-term closure of the jacuzzi and the confusing TV situation—are disappointing and should really be addressed, particularly for a hotel that markets itself as a 5-star experience
The smell throughout the hotel is amazing. The restaurant was beautiful and food was so good. Didn't get to experience the spa services this trip but intend to go back again. It's nice that they are pet friendly as well!

I booked knowing full well it wasn’t going to be the most amazing stay but it was not as bad as some of the Google reviews make it out to be- it’s just dated
The front desk staff were rude and had a poor attitude. We simply asked a question about parking, but they seemed unwilling to help or provide any additional information. The hotel itself was also very noisy
Everyone who works here was really nice to use, and we had a great view of the city, which fun to watch the world go by. It is right across the street from China Town, and an easy walk to the Old Port and the water
It’s like walking distance to everywhere in downtown. In my three days trip, we barely take any transport when we’re roaming around in downtown area. And the staffs are super friendly and helpful
:-)
We said “average” amenities because it was average. Nothing over the top, but what we looking for a nice place to stay near the Old Port
Next to Chinatown and metro station for quick access. Rooms are dirty and there dust in the ceiling just on top of our bed. Cheap, but expect it be old. Good thing, is that it's not that noisy

Make sure you remember to borrow the access card to use the elevator to get down to the parking level after check-out. I forgot, but another guest held the door for me
My 65" tall SUV was fine driving in their underground parking. Longer review:
Very easy to find once coming off hwy 15. Made use of the underground parking
Friendly, courteous, efficient staff. Enjoyable, clean facilities.
Better more numerous exit signage from P2 would be beneficial.
TLDR: Convenient location right off hwy 15. Check-in/out process pleasant. Rooms were clean, reasonably well equipped kitchenette
However, the hotel was going through renovations without notice, front entrance was blocked so you had to use the rear, load noises at night, restaurant was situated in a conference room with limited signage and no bar
The Le Nouvel Hotel was conveniently located, however during our stay we booked 5 rooms, somewhat clean (I did find a long piece of hair in the bathroom that didn’t belong to me), staff friendly and accommodating

Housekeeping cleaned out our room without having to request it. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Breakfast came with our room which consisted of fresh pastries
The location was great! Next to the congress centre which was perfect for people who are here for a conference.
The Convention Center parking garages right down the street are so convenient to just park your car and forget about it until it's time to leave. I can't recommend Le Dauphine enough for your next Montreal stay!
The luggage storage is a great option if you arrive earlier than your room is ready so you can drop you things and start enjoying the city. All the staff I have interacted with have been kind and helpful
The staff were so nice and helpful to recommending places nearby. They have a list at the desk if you ask! Really good about checking in luggage all day! Hehe
The rooms are spacious and clean, and I love that there is no carpet anywhere! The Dyson hair dryer and the mini fridge are big pluses during my stays

The staff provided good customer service throughout my stay and were especially accommodating — even keeping my luggage safe after check-out, which was greatly appreciated
It was very okay.. although the rug is the rooms.are really old. Good location and the staffs are very friendly.
Breakfast was good with a nice selection and the location is great for the airport bus, old town and downtown. Would definitely stay here again, hopefully when it's a bit warmer 🥶
If you don’t know what a luxurious room looks and feels like, you will complain about this place because you have nothing to compare it to. If you stayed here by choice and not because you had to, you will complain
Again, you couldn’t do better. This place might be cleaner than the houses of most who say it’s dirty, stay home then. I'm writing this review because you who wrote the bad reviews made it hard for me to choose
This hotel was a nice experience. I was expecting to feel pain from sleeping on the bed, nope, not this one. This is obviously not your typical hotel room; it’s more like a condo setting, very spacious

There are countless restaurants within walking distance. Without a doubt the best part of the stay was the people. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful, while patiently listening to us
We loved our stay in Montreal at LHotel. It was the perfect spot to explore old Montreal and beyond. We stayed a total of 4 nights and we enjoyed its great location, amenities and they made us feel very special
Being in an older building doesn't mean it is not kept in good condition and we had no issues with anything during our stay. You are quite literally 2-3 blocks from the Notre Dame Basilica and Rue St Paul
A special thanks to Paul who went above and beyond to give us recommendations and helped us with our transportation needs. We stayed in a king room that included a small sofa for a sitting area
The surrounding attractions are within walking distance. It is also convenient for eating. It is very close to Chinatown. It is just that parking is not very convenient. The hotel needs to park for you
It was an extended weekend get away for a special occasion as a couple. It is such a unique hotel with an eclectic feel with very interesting decor and furnishings

Really nice rooms. Quick check in. Only issue I have is the room has a joining door and there are people staying in the room next door. Freaks me out a little bit. Otherwise, room is good, clean and spacious. Thanks
The room is clean, toilet clean, i like the soap provided. The setvices also good, i requested to checked out at 1pm, they allowed. The location also near downtown, old port by walking
I used bus 747 to the YUL airport, the bus pickup point also near arounf 350m only from hotel. I read the review before said a lot of homeless but near hotel during I stay njust 1-2 only but not near hotel
Great service from the start of my stay. We reached a bit early and receptionist was kind enough to check us in without any delay. Valet parking service was blessed especially given the parking issues in the area
Just one suggestion for the hotel, it would be great to have a couple of complementary water bottles in the room. Overall it was a great stay and I will surely book here again
Car was parked underground which helped during winter months and valet service staff were great. I really enjoyed the lounge area especially because of coffee machine and tea

Great place to stay in a great neighborhood. Rooms were clean and spacious, the suite was excellent overlooking the street. The bedroom was in the back away from the street so the noise did not bother us
We had a wonderful stay here tonight with our two sons. The hotel is very quiet, and the sound insulation is excellent, which made the night very peaceful
Breakfast is not provided but there is a little cafeteria off the main lobby where one may buy fresh croissants, coffee , hot chocolate and chocolates! Then right next door is an amazing bakery with restaurant selling the most delicious fare
even three bigger knives with one being a bread knife. of course!! The bath with shower had a safety bar which along with the general layout made this a most accessible room. I slept so well in my huge king size bed
I stayed here recently for three nights for a family gathering, had booked a two bedroom suite. Stay was overall very pleasant. Our suite was clean and spacious, with windows that opened and a small balcony

We were gifted an upgrade, the beds and pillows were very sleep worthy, the bath linens (and bathrobes) were a very good thread count, the room was very nicely equipped and the staff were very hospitable and thoughtful
Book directly with the property versus a third party platform. We stayed in Room 301 - Murphy bed, bathtub + separate shower, large desk, solid windows/low street noise, fully equipped kitchen, comfy lounge furniture
My boyfriend and I traveled from the US to this hotel. At first, the immediate area is slightly off putting but once we entered the hotel and met with the manager Nabil we knew that we made the right decision
The vibes of the hotel were so cool! This hotel has everything you could need! Full kitchen in the room, large bathroom, balcony, washer dryer, and sauna and steam room on the 6th floor which were amazing
Just stayed there for 4 nights with my husband! We had a great stay. Our room was clean and spacious. I loved having the coffee bar and snacks in the lobby. The best part was the customer service

Kutuma is a true boutique gem in Montreal. We loved the atmosphere, the location, and the overall experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special, memorable stay
The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful — you truly feel taken care of here. Our room was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. It felt cozy yet luxurious, and we slept incredibly well
The family who owns the place is wonderfully kind and generous--we were upgraded from a king room to the suite, which had been recently renovated. It was comfortable, very clean, with modern nice finished
The attention to detail really stood out. The restaurant attached to the hotel was phenomenal — one of the highlights of our stay. The food was outstanding and made the experience even more special
This is a belated review as we stayed here in November 2025 for one night while traveling to see family. This is an absolutely wonderful family-run hotel
