We had a wonderful stay here tonight with our two sons. The hotel is very quiet, and the sound insulation is excellent, which made the night very peaceful. The bedding is incredibly soft and comfortable, and the room felt spacious and welcoming. Everything was perfect for a relaxing family stop. Thank you for the warm atmosphere and hospitality — we will be happy to come back!

I just loved this hotel! The location is perfect. Right amongst wonderful bakeries , restaurants and useful shops. The parking is underneath and convenient. The receptionist carried my bags up for me) I walk with two canes and the help was graciously offered.
My room had a little kitchenette with a kettle, toaster , keurig machine and real china and cutlery.. even three bigger knives with one being a bread knife.. of course!! The bath with shower had a safety bar which along with the general layout made this a most accessible room. I slept so well in my huge king size bed . The room was away from the street and very quiet. Breakfast is not provided but there is a little cafeteria off the main lobby where one may buy fresh croissants, coffee , hot chocolate and chocolates! Then right next door is an amazing bakery with restaurant selling the most delicious fare..
All this for $165 a night in November.

Great place to stay in a great neighborhood. Rooms were clean and spacious, the suite was excellent overlooking the street. The bedroom was in the back away from the street so the noise did not bother us. Everything you need within walking distance. Glorious indoor parking with e charching included. Staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend.

I stayed here recently for three nights for a family gathering, had booked a two bedroom suite. Stay was overall very pleasant. Our suite was clean and spacious, with windows that opened and a small balcony. It faced towards the back of the building and there was very little noise from the street, very quiet and we slept great. The climate control was provided by a modern wall mounted unit that operated efficiently and quietly (not those annoying old units with a compressor that wake you up during the night, as in many older hotels). I wish the carpet had been updated to more modern flooring, but it looked reasonably clean. The kitchenette was functional and well supplied with essential cutlery, cooking basics and small appliances (salt and pepper, oil would have been a nice addition!) The staff were courteous and efficient, great service. The location was extremely convenient, transit within walking distance (buses on the street and Metro station a short walk away). Many small shops, restaurants, cafe, bakeries nearby, also a 24h grocery store and a drugstore. I also appreciated the convenience of booking online directly via their website, and the options to also check in and out online. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located not far from St. Joseph's Church, visible from the entrance, within a 10-minute walk. The street in front of the hotel is the main street of the area, lined with restaurants, supermarkets, and markets, making it very convenient. It's only a 2-3 minute walk to the subway station; a subway ride to the Old Town takes about half an hour, and a taxi costs around 20 Canadian dollars. I booked a superior suite, which was basically a one-bedroom apartment. The room's renovation was probably only two years old; although the materials were simple, it was relatively new and clean, and fully equipped, even with pots and pans. We were assigned a room on the back street, and the bedroom was inside, so it was completely quiet. Most importantly, the price was excellent, offering exceptional value. Oh, and if you like desserts, don't miss the tiramisu at the bakery across from the hotel.

I am writing to express my strong disappointment regarding the cancellation of my reservation.
I booked a room at your hotel in June 2025 for a stay in May 2026 during the week of the Grand Prix. My reservation was confirmed and I had every reason to believe it was secure. However, shortly after the Grand Prix tickets went on sale, I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled due to an "overbooking"
This explanation is difficult to accept. I booked more than ten months in advance, and with modern automatic booking systems, overbooking should not occur under these circumstances. It is hard not to conclude that the cancellation was motivated by an opportunity to rebook the room at a higher price due to increased demand.
This kind of business practice is unacceptable. When customers receive a confirmed reservation, they expect it to be honored. Cancelling bookings to take advantage of higher rates reflects very poorly on your hotel and raises serious concerns about how you treat your guests.
I will not be recommending your hotel to others and will be sharing my experience to warn other travelers. A reservation should mean something, and unfortunately in this case, it did not.

The room is large, the hotel has its own paid parking lot, and is within walking distance to the nearby church. There is a supermarket opposite, which is very convenient for buying food.

Traveling with friends, a large suite on the last day, a king-size bed room and a twin bed room to meet different accommodation requirements. Especially the large kitchen and dining room, you can also have a small gathering

Usually service and food are good here. This time, service was slow, food cold and sloppy. Isn’t it basic Server 101 that if at end of the meal, more than half the food is left on the plate, the server should ask if everything was ok? Not this person. They simply cleared the dishes and offered us dessert. Really disappointing when you’re out for a good time and good food, but a lousy server ruins that experience.

A classic. Missed eating there. Nothing exceptional per se, but food was very filling. It's cheaper to take take it to go than to sit down, but the atmosphere is nice and friendly.

After waiting to be seated I was taken to the bar area and given a menu. No further action was taken. I was quite hungry and looking forward to a good meal. However in the end nobody even noticed me walk out. I went elsewhere.

Efficient and friendly service. This location has a closed off bar area, a large dining room and a nice terrace. It's a chicken place, but I do enjoy their steak. My only criticism is that over and above their great deserts, they should offer more choices than a yogurt as a healthy option.

Nice place to have dinner. Very nice service. Unfortunately they had ran out of gazpacho and the salmon tartar was having a bit too much vegetables to my taste. Their lemon cake for desert is gorgeous.

Authentic Italian restaurant you get free bruchetta while you wait for your order, a couple of items where not able to be ordered, since the restaurant is always empty but the food was good so is the service!
