The hotel lobby's leisure area is incredibly spacious and grand. Each seating area is quiet and relaxing, perfect for unwinding while listening to soothing music.
Great location and well-equipped facilities, it exceeded my expectations.
This hotel is an exceptional choice and a must-stay destination in Montreal. The staff are exceptionally attentive and proactive, consistently ensuring that every need is met in the Gold Lounge—offering to prepare drinks and provide food without my having to request assistance. The room itself was impeccably clean and modern, earning a perfect 10/10 rating.
The concierge gold check in experience was absolutely incredible. Every single staff member that we've encountered were so kind and helpful. Our incredible room was clean and spacious. Valet staff were so kind and helpful. Cleaners were so kind and thoughtful. Fairmont staff also left us a sweet dessert to help us celebrate our 10th Valentine's Day anniversary. Everyone at Fairmont Queen Elizabeth...
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the management and staff of Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth. My stay at your hotel was truly pleasant, comfortable, and memorable. The high quality of service, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the professionalism of your staff clearly reflect the excellent standards of your establishment.
I would especially like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr....

Excellent location, convenient for getting anywhere. Breakfast exceeded expectations.
Enjoyed our stay at the Montreal Marriott Chateau Champlain! The only issue we had during our stay was the workers strike happening at the time, which meant we weren’t getting our rooms cleaned every day. The customer service was on and off during our stay. I loved that this hotel was walkable to all the places we wanted to get to. Overall, I loved the stay and would return!
The hotel was located in a good spot, near many attractions in downtown Montreal. The service is friendly and the rooms are nice. The gym was fantastic. However, you can hear clear as day with the room attached to yours. This is very disruptive at night and all throughout the day having to listen to someone cough and sneeze all day...
Very nice hotel, quiet despite being downtown and close to a very busy hockey arena. The room was clean and comfortable.
One thing to mention is the access to the tub/shower. Access is via a sliding door...and although I am not handicapped (my mobility is restricted due to hip arthritis and was extremely tough to enter/exit the shower. This could be an anomaly because my stay was booked through my...
This is one of those places where you can spend a lot or not, depending on what you want. The double suite was amazing! Great views, modern room (super cool toilets!), tons of space. The meal options are a fresh change. Lots of variety for breakfast and an evening tapas type offering for a couple of hours with a main dish changed each day. For instance, yesterday there was smoked meat and today...
Great hotel, clean and well furnished. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
There is a Nespresso machine in the room and a kettle for tea drinkers. Breakfast buffet was amazing, and they offer a la carte option as well. Gym and sauna are available to guests.
The hotel is located minutes away from Rue Ste-Catherine, the old town and Gare Centrale.
Overall, great experience.

We booked this to visit our son who is at McGill. It is perfectly located to enjoy and walk to everything downtown. The parking underground was easy and less expensive than many other lots. The room was larger comfortable and clean. No complaints at all.
Recently stayed for 2 nights at this Delta. Nice hotel in a very convenient location. I was upgraded to the club level room given my status. Overall the stay was nice and the room was a good size, but the carpet was clearly old and it was actually sticking up (see photo). Other than that, no complaints.
Visited Delta in Montreal last weekend and was greeted by Barbara. She was very attentive, kind and welcoming, which made our visit pleasing! The hotel amenities were also very clean and we enjoyed the swimming pool!
Check in way easy. Paid a flat fee for all day parking. Room was clean and location was central to most things.
The rooms were extremely cold, poorly insulated and the heater was very noisy. The staff was nice and moved me to a better/less cold room, but I do not recommend staying in this hotel over the winter.
I stayed for a week at Delta Montreal and had a very good experience. Marie-Josée (MJ) and her team keep things running smoothly — they were attentive and efficient throughout my stay, and their warm hospitality really stood out.
The rooms are slightly dated, but they are large, clean, and very comfortable. The beds and bedding were very clean and made for a restful sleep. I also appreciated the large...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Bonaventure. The hotel is on the 10th floor of Place Bonaventure with underground parking which is super convenient. The heated outdoor pool was amazing to relax in. It was a very popular spot! We ate in the dining room a couple of times and enjoyed the food both times! Rooms are large, king bed was comfortable and our view of the duck pond was great! Felt...
We reserved a more expensive king room a very long time ago, but finally we got a double bed room on our first day without any refund, what we got is only complementary breakfast, for a couple it’s extremely bad experience.
We ask for daily cleaning and I do remind the staff at the front desk before I leave the room for journey on a day, but we found that the cleaning lady forget cleaning the room...
This is our second time staying here. The hospitality is absolutely wonderful. Every staff member is wonderful to interact with and so helpful. The pool is dreamy and such a nice perk. The rooms are quiet and comfy. The location cannot be beat. I miss it already. Thanks Hotel BonAdventure for a wonderful trip!
Great hotel. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Common areas including pool are just excellent. Great staff. Location could not be better. Absolutely worth the price IMO.
Only suggestion is that they improve their signage for access from the Metro - I think the opening of the REM might have changed routes (corridors in the underground path networj) that are open. After three days we still had not...
We stayed there last summer.Beautiful view, location is very convenient. Services are great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel lobby was very well organized and decorated. Pool facilities were clean. Staff was very polite and professional. Definitely going back and would recommend to our family and friends.

Exceptional. I travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels. This one- wow. Top notch service from check in to check out, from every single staff person. Valet, front desk, housekeeping, bartend, everyone was so awesome! My room was basic but everything worked well, it had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay, I even opted to stay in one night instead of going out just to enjoy the room and...
My stay at Hotel Monville in Montreal was truly exceptional. I booked the hotel because of its outstanding reputation, and I quickly realized that it fully deserves every bit of that praise.
The location is simply perfect. The hotel sits in a strategic area close to everything you might need. There are countless restaurants and cafés just steps away, making it ideal for exploring the city on foot...
Monville is my goto currently. I was in 714. Love the upper floor rooms, the gym is great, breakfast offers a lot of options. The staff I dealt with was nice to very nice. Was able to get more coffee capsules but the desk person was a bit rude, which was surprising since they are typically so nice. Forgot my valet cards for the Tesla so I had to park my car myself under the Humanity(sp?) hotel/condos...
I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Monville Hotel in Montreal! I made my reservation directly through Abir and her team, and from the very beginning everything was seamless and professional.

We loved our stay at Hotel Monville. We arrived early and the staff was kind enough to assist us with an early check in. The gym at this hotel is fully equipped--treadmills, dumbbells, machines. The only thing missing is a squat rack, but that's to be expected.
The breakfast buffet was included in our room fee, and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety. Fresh fruit, sausage/bacon, eggs, waffles...
King bed was nice and comfortable. Room on the smaller side. Customer service was lacklustre - made it feel more like a 3 star hotel than a 4 star.

A 4 star hotel with 1-star wifi. Can't even handle messaging without getting disconnected. But the people are awesome, very friendly and I talk to them every time I am here. And the new renovated rooms are much better
The staff were very friendy and responsive to all requests. There was a hockey tournament and the hotel was well managed. The hockey parents seemed to enjoy themselves responsibly and the hotel was very quiet by 8:30pm each night so that the rest of the guests could sleep early if necessary.

Excellent staff at this hotel. We are a Provincial Sports Team that stays often at this hotel when we have High Performance Training at the INS. The front staff work diligently at ensuring that requests are met, when available. When our team comes back, they always have great reviews about the staff, hotel, rooms and overall accommodations. A good place to stay for anybody who has work to do east of downtown.
Special praise to the restaurant "Le toit rouge", excellent breakfast and also dinner.
Family Stay (2 Days, 2 Nights)
Check-in was quick and painless. Parking, however, was straight out of The Hunger Games. We were warned it was “limited due to construction,” but didn’t realize “limited” meant “musical chair for car” spot. So we left the car parked the entire stay, terrified that if we moved it, we’d be banished to some sketchy, overpriced lot.

Very convenient and well-located (in relation to the metro and airport). The room was very spacious. My only minor regret is that the pool wasn't open yet.
This is my second time staying here and it was just as lovely as the first time. I had to book this last minute since the Airbnb I had booked did not work out as needed. The staff was friendly upon arrival and listened to my requests. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. I will always come back to this hotel whenever I come back to visit Montreal.
Super convenient, with the subway right next door.
Clean tidy but walking to my hotel unit was a bit too far felt like a maze, near by have a few fast food chain, the giant orange juice spot was incredible 👍
It is truly a great hotel in Montreal, offer free parking compared to $30 downtown hotel parking. Surrounding restaurants are perfect! Definitely going back!
I don’t know if this would be a 4 star hotel in my opinion. It’s a good hotel, although a bit aged and the location is okay in my opinion. It is close to a Walmart and a few food locations, and it is close to a train station.

Right across the street from Notre-Dame Basilica of Montreal, this hotel was located in the perfect old Montreal area. Very clean large guest rooms, great amenities including an excellent spa (Rainspa), and lovely service.
The service was excellent, the staff were all very kind, attentive, and greeted us every time we entered. The room was large, and clean, the bed was comfortable, there were 1.5 baths, it was like an apartment. The concierge email was also super responsive. We bought our room through the Black Friday discount and we would really loved it!
Traveled there from Ontario and every staff member was bilingual which was amazing. Beautiful spacious room, building exterior was beautiful old architecture, and the location was perfect for many attractions. Stayed for the weekend in January (-20*) and walked everywhere with no issues. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton was nothing short of exceptional.
We especially enjoyed lounging by the rooftop pool and relaxing at the St. James Spa.

We had an extraordinary experience in January and I've been meaning to write a review ever since. We'd just gotten some incredibly good and hopeful health news - so as we walked up to the host stand of the Lounge, just inside the door, and I was crying. The oldest existing Ritz-Carlton, it boasts a unique brand identity. The lobby is decorated in a classic and elegant style, while the rooms are luxurious. I highly recommend the restaurant on the first floor; the ambiance is elegant and the food is delicious.

I have been to every 5-star hotel in Montreal and I always thought that they were great, but the rooms were a little lacking, especially with the price. With my first stay at the W Montreal in their penthouse, we were shocked to find easily the best hotel room in all of Montreal. It had:

Our experience at this hotel was nothing less than spectacular. We arrived at 1:30am tired and were welcomed by Kia who was a breathe of fresh air. She provided us with a list of restaurants and activities to do in the area. Many on point!

We had a nice time, and the room was great. The cleaning crew did not make up our room after the second night, which was disappointing. Also, I learned that because I booked through *******, the hotel would not honor my Bonvoy Status. That was also disappointing. Still, it is a nice hotel. We did enjoy the friendly service. It has a pretty solid gym too!

I really enjoy staying at this hotel and there are many things it does very well. The rooms are always comfortable, clean, and well organized, which makes every stay relaxing. However, I am very disappointed...
Incredible place. Very friendly staff. Quick service. Valet service was amazing. The smell throughout the hotel is amazing. The restaurant was beautiful and food was so good. Didn't get to experience the spa services this trip but intend to go back again. It's nice that they are pet friendly as well!
We had a great stay. Great location and the overall experience. The service at the reception was fantastic - wonderful people, always here to help. The valet team was so nice, too. We loved our stay. Everyone who works here was really nice to use, and we had a great view of the city, which fun to watch the world go by. It is right across the street from China Town, and an easy walk to the Old Port and the water. Highly recommended. :-)

The location is excellent. It’s like walking distance to everywhere in downtown. In my three days trip, we barely take any transport when we’re roaming around in downtown area. And the staffs are super friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again next time!!
On Trivago, your hotel shows up when you filter for free parking! Except when you select your room, there's no indication that parking is free. It's only during the reservation process that you mention parking costs $35 + tax. Please change this; I find it unprofessional!
Oh, and please select a better range of beds! The bed had a very deep dip in the middle, it might be broken!

Room is dusty. Not sound proof, I could hear dog barking at night and noise from other rooms. We used their parking but didn’t provide me with invoice and just deducted it from my visa after check out. It would be nice to email me the invoice so I know what I paid for?
TLDR: Convenient location right off hwy 15. Check-in/out process pleasant. Rooms were clean, reasonably well equipped kitchenette. Make sure you remember to borrow the access card to use the elevator to get down to the parking level after check-out. I forgot, but another guest held the door for me. I had a great experience in staying at Hotel Chrome. Room was clean. Next room had their TV on 24/7 that was annoying at some point.

The location is unbeatable — you can literally walk to the church, Chinatown, McGill, and even the Underground City. Everything's right at your doorstep.
This is in a great location, the front desk employees were professional and helpful with information. Valet parking only. Front Lobby area smelled a bit funky, but our room smelled very clean. Beds and pillows were okay and seemed clean. Bathroom sink had a drainage issue, shower was clean. Thank you
Staff was so helpful and friendly. Rooms were large, clean and well set up. Love the boutique vibe.
2 night stay for a girls week. Staff were so efficient and pleasant to deal with. Rooms were spacious and clean. I will stay here again
Everyone was amazing from the front desk and valet to the maid service and the breakfast matron.
The rooms are amazing!
Clean & spacious room. Friendly staff.

The room is clean, toilet clean, i like the soap provided. The setvices also good, i requested to checked out at 1pm, they allowed. The location also near downtown, old port by walking. I used bus 747 to the YUL airport, the bus pickup point also near arounf 350m only from hotel.
I read the review before said a lot of homeless but near hotel during I stay njust 1-2 only but not near hotel. Rocommended...
Decent place, breakfast wasn't included but room was good
Great service from the start of my stay. We reached a bit early and receptionist was kind enough to check us in without any delay. Valet parking service was blessed especially given the parking issues in the area. Car was parked underground which helped during winter months and valet service staff were great. I really enjoyed the lounge area especially because of coffee machine and tea. Just one suggestion...
The drive to Montreal was smooth and pleasant.
When I arrived, I was instantly filled with excitement. Back in Ontario, there hadn’t been any snow, so stepping into Montreal’s midnight Christmas scene—covered in sparkling white snow and freezing air—felt magical. It was a completely different experience.
But once the initial thrill faded, reality set in. I couldn’t find a parking lot, and when I...
The hotel is at a very convenient location. It’s not that new but very cozy and clean.
They have 24hrs coffee, tea, water, which is really great.
And the welcome gift (snacks) is really helpful if you arrives late but don’t want to eat outside or heavy.
