Check in was beyond awful!! Not only could the front desk clerk not find my reservation, even after showing him my confirmation, he made me pay again in full for the night!! Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. The Manager sorted out the problem the next day, but it started the stay on a very bad note. The included breakfast was ok, fruit salad, pastries, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal etc. but no hot items like we enjoy at the Marriott, Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn which we will be staying at next time. First and last time at this hotel. The room itself was pleasant and clean

I stayed at the Days Inn Trois-Rivières and found the location to be very convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities and main roads.

The staff were very nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which made a positive difference.

That said, the property is starting to show its age, particularly in the rooms. An update or renovation would go a long way in improving the overall experience.

Overall, a decent stay thanks to the friendly staff and good location, with room for improvement on the facilities.

We stayed for 1 night as we were driving back to Ontario from Atlantic Canada. We found the room to be reasonably priced, modern and very clean. The staff were also very friendly.

Disappointing breakfast. Limited selection and not very nutritious. Very small and outdated premises.

The child's wallet was left in the room and we didn't find it. The hotel notified Ctrip. The housekeeper called me and I thought it was a scam call saying that we didn't lose the money. It was not until three or four days later that we found it. The hotel manager also helped to keep the wallet and mailed it to us. It was a very comfortable experience. I would stay there again if I had the chance. The hotel also has Chinese services and several Chinese employees. People are very nice.

My husband and I had a great time on our little getaway. The hotel is ideally situated close to everything and close to downtown. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Loved the pool and hot tub. The only thing I missed was a treadmill in the exercise room. I am not used to the elliptical. Definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back.

Myself and my daughter came in so I could get a tea for the road trip. We are from the western provinces so she is super excited to experience the Quebec cities and towns. The young man behind the counter changed from speaking French to English when he realized I did not speak french. We came in with smiles and we're left feeling shocked and confused as I saw my tea bag being dragged across the floor before going into the cup then he continued to prepare the tea. He had a Cheshire grin as he handed me my tea. Sadly, we left the tea on a nearby counter and quietly exited the establishment. Why was this done? I was nothing but polite.
