I've to this comfort inn many times.
It is consistently well maintained.
Clean rooms
rooms
Attentive and friendly staff.
The included breakfast is plentiful with good variety.
Nice big parking lot for RVs, buses, trucks.
Rooms are bright and cheery.
As always, looking forward to my next visit.

Does not state no elevator. Does not accommodate disabled. They will charge you 10$ to have a 1st floor room because you are not able to get your luggage up the stairs. I did find someone to help me but, are their no laws requiring disabled accommodation without additional charges in Canada?

Night staff lady was extremely rude! Made the end of my long day driving feel crappy.
Morning staff was nice however. Room was clean and updated. Was verrrrrry expensive. Too expensive. Breakfast was decent.

At check in I was given a room on the 2nd floor. My adult son is a paraplegic and uses a wheelchair. I asked where the elevator was only to be informed that there wasn’t one. I told them that I could not carry him up the stairs. I was forced to pay an additional $10 to get on room on the main level. This is totally unacceptable. The entrance into the main lobby isn’t completely wheelchair friendly either. There is a 2-3 inch lip that my son needed help getting in. I would not stay here again.

Our room was clean and updated. The room felt cozy and warm. It was very quiet except for the sound of doors closing. There were two hockey teams staying at the hotel during our stay and we didn't hear anything! Easy free parking and the location is near everything. Bilingual guest facing staff, but not all staff are bilingual, so be prepared to use your phone to translate. We would definitely stay again.

I have no idea why this inn has any negative reviews!! to each their own, I guess… I’ve traveled a lot in my life and stayed in more hotels than I can count, and this place is a hidden gem. The staff is lovely and provides great customer service all around. The bed and towels were excellent, parking was always available, and the breakfast was amazing… The team runs a well oiled machine!! everything is fresh, and they never run out of food. I highly recommend this little hotel for the staff and the breakfast alone. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a great experience!!

Room was as described. Front desk was very helpful with an early check-in. Parking was easy to find and accessible through sliding door in our room. Room was clean and had microwave and coffee maker in room. Breakfast had many selections including eggs, potatoes and sausage and was many options available even 30 mins before end time in a full room on weekend.

Rooms are fairly clean, reception staff is very welcoming and helpful. Water should be provided in the rooms.
Breakfast staff is barely present and tables are not cleaned right away.
Overall good experience but breakfast could be much better.

The asian/vietnamese service and food are both amazing in every aspect. Simple ingredients excellent taste. Try everything and if you like spice, ask the owner to heat it up their way.
