Love this lordish hotel! The concierges are in general kind and if not, they are compliant with high quality standards. They all speak english and breakfast is nicely served on the rooftop in front of a great landscape view in the middle of Downtown Santiago. Cleaning service is a bit slow thought laundry service is quick and your clothes are well groomed. The Bar Rodrígo and the Restaurant in 7th floor have an international menu with continental flare and drinks are really cool.

Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The area itself is not good. Very old hotel in dire need of an update (avocado green wallpaper), the bar less than a block away and traffic from the street were very noisy. WiFi is inconsistent. Whole area felt very unsafe. Lots of homeless people nearby.

Good for those on a low budget.
The host was excellent and very helpful. I had a late check in at 11pm and an early check out at 5am but he was very good about it. I left too early for breakfast and they dont do a boxed breakfast. Their was no communication before arrival although I sent a few messages. The room I had was very basic, the bedroom facing the street so traffic and noise from people leaving bars is quite loud.

Perfectly located. All staff very friendly and ultra helpful. Lovely top floor restaurant with views over park. Great evening meals,very reasonably priced. Lovely evening bar with live music but not Sundays. Suggest wine bar Boca Nariz with a massive interesting range of quality wines, fairly reasonably priced. We are going back to stay at least twice in the near future.

The location is convenient for arriving by car and is centrally located, at the foot of the hill with a park. The place is fairly quiet and offers a good place to rest. Parking is available for free within a 5-minute walk, thanks to a special agreement.
The Chilean breakfast was good and modest, with ham, cheese, scrambled eggs, and coffee. There were few issues with the cold; there's air conditioning, though it's a bit dated, like the decor, which takes you back in time. The staff is helpful, although not all speak English.
Although the neighborhood isn't well-known, we didn't have any problems or feel unsafe. Santiago is all particular, it is an experience.
