I had a 20hr stop over in Santiago and from the time I did my booking the hotel was very helpful to organise a Taxi for my airport pick up as I hate navigating that in a new country much easier this way. And also a tour for the afternoon.

The room was really big and spacious, little kitchenette and there was also a balcony on my room which I didn’t get a chance to use.

Bed was comfy enough and shower was hot!

Safe in room to keep your valuables.

It was an easy walk to the shopping complex and also the tour bus.
Felt safe in this area.

They were able to hold my luggage whilst I did the tour and were helpful with things I needed.

My taxi was late the next day for pick up but this is not the hotels fault and I was able to make my flight (after running to the gate!) 🤪 due to a massive passport control line to!

Would stay again as good price for what it was. I booked on bookings.

I stayed for one night, for working purposes. I went to bed early, around 9 pm, and at 10.30 pm a man entered my room and I got scared and started asking him to leave, he kept asking for my name. I called reception, they told me it was another guest. He said he was staying in my room, and without checking or anything, the hotel people gave that person the key to my room. WTH. And their response was "Oops, I'm sorry". Doing that is crazy dangerous.

READ THIS REVIEW. The hotel uses fake photos of the facade and rooms. You book and pay for one room, only to be given a different, inferior one. There is NO SECURITY at this hotel; during my stay with friends, a high-value theft occurred. Furthermore, a hotel employee broke into a friend's room when he knew she would be alone, knowing she didn't speak the language. She changed hotels the next morning. This absurd fact was reported to the hotel, and NOTHING was done. The employee remained there to break in and take advantage of other guests. The security lock on the room door also doesn't work. There are no security cameras in the hallways. Another thing they hide in the photos is the fact that the shower is inside a bathtub. Don't make the same mistake I did when choosing this hotel, as the photos and reviews are misleading.

The stay was good, with a good breakfast and very friendly staff. Just one piece of advice for those staying at the hotel: don't keep anything valuable in the safe because it's highly likely to be stolen, as happened to us and other travelers. Luckily, I have the records of my complaint and that of other travelers.

Excellent location and value
The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of everything... the Tombalada subway station is two blocks away, and there's a shopping mall and many restaurants in the area, as well as convenience stores, a pharmacy, and currency exchange bureaus.

The hotel is apartment-style, but it serves breakfast, which includes a good selection!

The room is spacious, separate from the living room/kitchen and bathroom, and very clean. The hot water and heating system are very efficient.

It has a minibar, and the tap water is drinkable, according to the reception.

Excellent value!

EVERYTHING was truly a disappointment! The photos are deceptive. Given the cold weather in Santiago at this time of year (July), they have an old split-screen TV in the room, and the tile floors are FREEZING! In one photo, there were all kinds of amenities in the bathroom. We only had a shower cap and soap. I waited two days for them to give me conditioner, a disgrace. And the breakfast! Instant coffee, unbelievable, peach juice. When I asked if they had orange juice, they told me no, and there were whole oranges in the fruit bowl. And the people in charge of breakfast, besides being very unfriendly, made noise in the kitchen, spoke loudly with the door to the dining room open, and disregarded the guests' conversations. I would highly recommend the kindness of Alexsandra at the front desk and the housekeeping staff on our floor, the 5th. After all, this is a hotel NOT to be recommended and one to be forgotten!

Eurotel El Bosque is a 4* hotel in Las Condes, the business area of Santiago. It is surrounded by 5* hotels. We only stayed one night before traveling through Chili and the hotel fitted the bill perfectly. The room was well fitted and quiet, the bed was comfortable and I slept like the dead. Breakfast was standard. I would be happy to return

This place is terrible. Only 40 minutes we ordered they realized they didn't have raviolli, and the place wasn't even crowded. The fetuccinis were over cooked, and they didn't want to change the bill, even though the fetuccinis were cheaper than the raviolis we first ordered.

My bag was stolen from under my chair at this Cafeteria while I was having lunch with three companions. I suspect the waiters were involved as there was a lot of distraction over the orders and with plates given to the wrong person. The really annoying thing is that the bag contained personal belongings which would be of no value to anyone. Please be warned.

Seriously, seriously bad. The food was inedible - I ordered prawn pasta which had prawns about the size of my fingernail, was chronically overcooked (literally a slab of pasta melted together into a block) and dripping in oil. On top of all this, it was seriously expensive compared to other much better restaurants in the area. AVOID.
