Exceptional! Great rooms and really kind staff. The hotel is well located, at only 700 meters from Constanera Center. The room for the breakfast is a bit tiny, I’d recommend attending early.

Very good, very convenient to nearby shopping malls, the service attitude of the front desk is also very good.

Our 11-night stay at the Holiday Inn Express, Las Condes, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we experienced outstanding service from the entire staff, with special recognition to Juan and Javiera at reception. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to accommodate every request—always with a smile—set a new standard for hospitality. Having traveled extensively and stayed in numerous hotels, I can confidently say this was the best service we have ever received.

The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, cafés, and shopping malls, making it a convenient choice for both business and leisure travelers. The premises are impeccably maintained, with cleanliness evident throughout the property. Our room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, and the bed was exceptionally cozy, ensuring restful nights.

The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations, offering a wide selection to suit all tastes. The restaurant staff was truly outstanding, consistently replenishing food items, maintaining spotless tables, and ensuring coffee and refreshments were always available. Their attention to detail and efficiency were impressive. Housekeeping also provided excellent service, keeping our room fresh and tidy each day.

A noteworthy discovery during our stay was the tour vans frequently parked in front of the hotel. After a few days, we learned they were a taxi service available to guests, offering rides at competitive rates similar to Uber or regular taxis. This was an excellent and convenient option, and I would suggest the hotel provide signage or inform guests about this service at check-in.

Overall, I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express, Las Condes, for anyone seeking a comfortable, well-located, and service-oriented hotel in Santiago. Our experience was outstanding, and we would happily stay here again.

I had to stay due to a business trip. it's an average hotel, nothing out of the ordinary. Breakfast offerings could be better (too simple and lacking, in my opinion) Location is great, there's lots of mall and restaurants near that you can go on foot. If you're going solo or in couples trip its a great place to stay.
