Loved my stay here. I booked hotel panamericano in a distress because the hotel I had originally booked was terrible. The rooms were spacious, and had free water and snacks. The bathroom could use an upgrade however I was very grateful for a hand shower with the toilet. The hotel staff were also exceptionally helpful and were able to get me a packed breakfast as I was leaving very early for the airport. I also urgently needed a taxi and they arranged one in a very short time. Overall an excellent stay!

The staff was very helpful with any inquiry we had. The breakfast was very good with lots of selection. The hotel was centrally located and very affordable. I would recommend staying there.

Our stay at Hotel Panamericano was excellent . The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. The foods are great except Coffee.

The cleaning lady entered the room despite the sign "don't disturb". Majority of food was not available at already 9 at breakfast even though the breakfast last until 10:30. They just stop replenishing.

Lovely, helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. FANTASTIC breakfast. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby.

The only reason I’m not giving the full 5 stars is because the wifi barely worked during our two nights there.

Other than that we loved our stay there!

Really lovely reception staff, variable room sizes 611 was great,610 not so good. 507 really not pleasant. Breakfast is limited and not particularly fresh or tasty. Great location.

Let’s just say that we came crashing in at 12:40 am with the previous 4 locations we found having no room. And they were so accommodating.

Wifi can be a bit slow in the room but outside, it is fast and reliable.

Breakfast was good and had a nice variety, and even lactose free milk, which is a blessing to us lactose intolerant people.

Rooms are modern and comfortable with a clean bathroom.

This was a great deal for three people sharing a room with three single beds. The beds were very comfortable, clean room, perfect location. I only rated it a 4* because little things the hotel could do to make the stay even more comfortable. One thing was the window curtains. They wouldn't close all the way so even though they had blackout curtains behind it still woke us up early in the morning. Also, there was a question of privacy with the building pretty much in front and the windows not closing completely. But we figured out a way to close it with a chair against the wall holding them together. Another thing was the drawer in the bathroom that would absolutely not stay shut. That was just a little bit annoying. Everything else was perfect and I still recommend people to stay here.

The location is perfect, and the service is truly amazing. They'll do anything for you. The rooms aren't great, but the service and location make up for a lot. It's a fantastic hotel for exploring the city.
