Great hotel, main restaurant was delicious and breakfast as well.
Staff were exceptionally helpful. Great location. Room was well presented & clean. Breakfast was good & staff attentive. Also options for dinner were great. Would definitely stay here again & recommend to others visiting Santiago.
staff very attentative, meals very good. very good boutique hotel. already booked to go back
Safe neighborhood, hotel taxis available, great restaurant and comfortable hotel. Pool is for dipping. Room was adequate and overall a very good value.
Many options for the included breakfast, including eggs. Staff were exceptionally helpful. The decor of the lobby and rooms was beautiful. The location feels very safe with a guard in front and easy access to the rest of town. Highly recommended
Restaurant Is very good and good choice of breakfast

I visited with a group and really enjoyed the stay. The hotel has a unique character and offers a nice, comfortable environment. Everything ran smoothly, and it was a great experience overall. I would definitely come back again.
The best things about this hotel are the very attentive staff, and a beautiful location.
Unfortunately, the facilities are ancient and not well maintained. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the A/C (see picture) was broken, noisy, and just not working well.
This hotel is located in a great neighborhood. The staff is very helpful and always available. Breakfast is great ! The pool area is very relaxing and clean.
AMAZING experience. The gentleman who checked us in made our entire night after a rough day. Some of the best customer experience I’ve ever had. Such a cute little hotel too!
Eager to please ... reqyested to change room due tonoisy air conditionning and given 3 options.
Staff always friendly and easy to talk to
Good breakfast but a few additional options would be appreciated (alt to scranbled eggs)
Very quaint hotel, though the rooms need a tad update and tlc (tender loving care). The lobby and surrounding very neat, but then the rooms need update

Very charming, comfortable, and perfectly located, with delicious included breakfast. The beds and comfortable and the thick walls and shades mean a good night sleep.
There’s a daily ‘wine hour’ and it’s quite social—a mix of people stay here, but while I was visiting it felt like a New England book club reunion.
If I like Santiago, 50% of it comes from this hotel! It is so nicely decorated and stylish. The rooms are very modern and delicate. Hotel staff are very professional, making us feel very safe and welcomed. Highly recommended - it’s one of the best hotels in Chile in our view.
We found this hotel very stilish and elegant yet welcoming and confortable. Great service and atmosphere, in a perfect location. Breakfast is very yummy and enjoyable. We could not recommend any better.

Very cool hotel. Great balcony and bar overlooking great neighborhood and restaurants. Enjoyed wines hour.
The staff at Castillo Rojo was super helpful and friendly - really great service orientation. The hotel was charming and the inner patio was a cool place to wind down after traveling that day. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was good, nestled in a colorful neighborhood with many eateries and near the base of Cerro San Cristobal (a must-visit in Santiago). Didn't check out breakfast...

We stayed for 2 nights in Feb and found the hotel delightful. The French style courtyard is so peaceful, despite the city around you. We enjoyed the complimentary teas, coffees and delicious snacks available from 4pm each day, and had a really nice breakfast ( which we ate in the courtyard). We wanted to mention Paz, who was extremely helpful in getting us a doctor’s appointment and recommended /booked...
Peaceful vibe in what is probably the prettiest street in Santiago. Friendly staff who take care of your every need - close to public transport, airport, and all things you would want to do in Santiago. Beds extremely comfortable, no scrum over the breakfast buffet. Have breakfast in the lovely courtyard garden where you can here the birds sing over the sound of the fountain.
We only stayed on short night at Le Reve, but it left such a great impression that we wished we could have stayed longer. Our room was spacious and spotless, the bed was super comfy and the shared spaces felt elegant, welcoming and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the charming courtyard and the Honor Bar - both thoughtful touches that added to the experience. The location is fantastic and...
Everyone and everything was perfect, a gem of a place with great breakfast and afternoon tea. Walking distance from some good restaurants
Extremely charming small hotel on a cute little street in Providencia. Fabulous, luscious little courtyard for drinks or breakfast. Extremely helpful and gracious staff. Wonderful breakfast.
Very friendly staff, clean rooms.
Loved the complementary coffee and snacks in the afternoon.
Breakfast can be improved: fruit and bread quality were mediocre.
Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is located in a charming mansion and the rooms are spotless clean. The staff was always available whenever we needed anything and even packed breakfast for us prior to our early departure on the last day. You can have your morning coffee in a beautiful garden or in a lovely lobby while you wait for your eggs, a perfect start of a day. We simply loved it
The staff was amazing—they provided excellent information about sightseeing, how to stay safe, and dining options. They also prepared a great takeaway breakfast for an early flight and were incredibly prompt in responding to messages. Finally, the property is stunning.
We had a lovely two night stay here for our honeymoon. The room was clean and spacious, the bed comfy, and the location was perfect - good for exploring the city, but nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
This is a gem in Santiago. It is centrally located. There is a great atmosphere and a very cozy interior design. The room is not big, but in turn, it is nicely furnished and has air conditioning. The breakfast is incredibly delicious, and there is a good selection. I can highly recommend the omelet. The staff are friendly and have given good advice on places to eat. There is a cozy garden where you...
Wonderful boutique hotel in heritage residence from 1912. Garden, library and honor lounge are beautifully preserved. Convenient location and access. Very helpful and very pleasant staff. One complaint only- air conditioner was intermittently noisy.
As practically all reviews say the hotel itself is very good.
Valuable adds-on are:
- an excellent location, very close to Plaza Brasil and the walking distance to La Moneda.
- a garden at the rear, nice place to relax in the evening
- some good restaurants nearby like Las Vacas Gordas

The hotel is in a nice area and works for a basic stay.
That said, the rooms and facilities are quite dated, and breakfast starting at 7:30am makes it less convenient for travelers with early schedules.
Fine for the price, but there is room to improve.
Good location near restaurantes and comercial center
Santiago Stay
Stayed here many times … on a quiet street … close to shopping / restaurants etc ..
Transportation is convenient. Environmental health is recommended
Will stay again next time
in safe area
Few Days in Santiago !!
Great location .. fantastic breakfast and staff are very helpful with early and late check out !! Ideal location !!! Parking , wonderful outdoor courtyard .. walking distance to shopping and restaurants …
Great experience during Covid! We felt safe and comfortable staying at the Reyall. They had many protocols in place, no complaints in that regard! The staff was very friendly and organized. Breakfast arrived at our room (a Covid protocol) right on time and was delicious! (So much food!!). There was a small table with 2 chairs in our room that we were able to eat at comfortably. The bed was a dream...

We stayed here for one night. Our stay was flawless. The room had air conditioning, hot water in the shower, a delicious breakfast, and excellent staff.
The cleaning staff is Missing in action. The normal stuff is missing. Lamps none. light switches in strange places. Wooden floors with zero mats! Hanging hooks in the bathroom None. Great door locks !
I’ve stayed here multiple times and find it to be excellent value for money. The location is very convenient — the metro is only a short walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. The staff are also really helpful, which adds to the overall positive experience.
It’s not a 5-star hotel, so don’t expect luxury facilities, but if you’re after a clean, safe, and comfortable place...
Aside from the somewhat basic bedding—no blankets, and a very simple breakfast—everything else was really comfortable. Especially the small lounge downstairs, with coffee, tea, a microwave, and a kettle—completely self-service…it was quite nice. I've really fallen in love with this little hotel.
Everything was great for the price, for sure! I liked everything. It wasn't flashy or fancy, but it was decent. It was loud, and the shower took some getting used to, but the water was hot! Overall, the price/quality matched what was advertised.
This is a good choice for business travelers who aren't too picky, and the price is reasonable.
Breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM. Just give your room number and the staff will prepare it and bring it to you. It usually consists of sandwiches, some fruit, yogurt, and custard. Coffee powder, hot water, and orange juice are also provided.

This must be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in santiago, the room was so small it even felt claustrophobic. The bathroom was the worst. Small shower, no soap, no shampoo or conditioner, no towels, nothing. I had to go to the reception to ask for some towel. And the poor guy looked like he was about to faint, he was tending to all guests on his own because he was the only person on duty at night....
Good location in the city. Close to many attractions. Service was good. Boutique hotel with good arrangement.
Great location, very friendly staff… Everything was great except for the slight smell in the room.
It's not so bad. Not bad, not good.
Rooms have plenty of space, hotel looks antique and charming. Just around the corner you have a shop and a place for a beer or dinner. Breakfast is good
The room is small, as small as it gets. There's no closet. The WiFi isn't great. Cleanliness is a C-. The breakfast is modest.

A good place in terms of value for money. The manager was very friendly and helpful in any situation.
The area is quite good, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies.
The rooms are very nice, especially if you're traveling alone.
Excellent.
Tralkan B&B is a perfect example of a 2-star hotel. I reserved it through Delta, and received instruction to contact the property via whatsapp to confirm the reservation. They send you a link to pay for some of the stay up front, and expect to pay the rest in cash (dollars or pesos) when you arrive. I am traveling with skis, and the staff were able to safeguard my bags while I went out for a few hours...
The first thing is that it is NOT a hotel as advertised on the website, it is a kind of hostel, therefore there is no 24-hour reception, which is not specified on the website.
Each guest has a key and if it is left open or closed, no one controls it.
There are people who book and arrive in the early morning, and ring the bell, knock on the door, even a patrol car had to be called because there was...
The reception was incredible, the attention received by the staff and the speed in resolving problems too. The location is wonderful, we did everything on foot. Coffee is delivered to the room, it's not quite a feast. Because it is a hostel, there are other guests who do not understand the rule of keeping it clean, but we had no problems with noise or mess.
Convenient, walkable and transportation
Okay, nothing luxurious or super comfortable. but ok and close to everything.

The place is really quiet and confortable. The breakfest is very good and the staff is very helpful. The only problem I had was with the shower (it was very hard to make the streams of water come down, they were a mess). I was at room 7.
Favorite place we stayed our entire trip! Room is a good size, breakfast is AMAZING and made to order. Eggs, ham, cheese, bread, yogurt, juices, teas, coffee, and more. Also very quiet. Slept so well here. Staff is very attentive, too.
Very decent little hotel in quiet area, yet 20mins from Bellavista on foot.
Breakfast was a real minimum effort offering though, lacking in fresh produce.
Nice, stylish, clean. Great helpful staff. Close to great restaurants.

This place was a bit like home in Santiago for me. Good location, short walks to the metro station due to current closures of some stops, really nice breakfast with crepes and awesome social atmosphere. Made friends here everytime I returned (4x😅). also best and cheapest laundry service as you just get to chuck your clothes into the massive washer and dryer yourself for little money. great opportunity...
Natalie at the reception is very friendly and helpful. She was one of the folks I communicated with by email when the whole riots in Santiago broke out. They assured me that the city was getting to normal. The staff is very friendly. I arrived way early due to my early flight from LA, but they let me stay in the living room and take a nap (after barely slept a wink on the plane of 10 plus hours) while...
For a hostel so desperate to improve their online ratings, they don’t seem to be trying hard. The facilities (such as kitchen and shared bathrooms) are messy and dirty. For example, during my three night stay the soap in the female bathroom was empty the whole time. And, worst of all, the majority of the staff (most of whom are volunteers) simply don’t care about the guests. They’re loud, rude, and...
This is a nice and maybe a little too quiet family hostel. The rooms are all clean and a little fancy. Staff is attentive and polite. The crowd was older some with small kids which was a bit annoying. It's a good place when you want to check out the center for a day or two...
Pareceu legal, fiquei apenas 1 noite. Mas fui bem recebido de forma geral
So fiquei uma noite. Mas meu quarto era ao lado da recepção que era muito barulhenta.
Great value for money, super friendly staff and well cleaned! I managed to get a space to park my van in their nearby hostel partner, which was super appreciated too!
Super friendly & full of character with a fab little pool in a great location ! Staff really helpful & rooms quaint with lots of open spaces and garden
This hostel is great if you love to party and nothing else. It’s very noisy all night and the rooms aren’t clean while being super hot. The beds are sooo uncomfortable, smell foul, and I didn’t even have a fitted sheet. The front desk staff are really nice though!
I had a lovely stay for 6 days here as a solo traveller. The atmosphere is really nice and the other guest were very friendly and keen to spend time with me. They have free pasta on Wednesday and I think on monday and friday they hold other event(alcohol and bbq). They had 24/7 service. The bathrooms are usually clean but there was often no toilet paper or the bin was full. I also recommend using female...
Decent place, comfy beds, nice pool and jacuzzi, good social atmosphere, lots of activities, friendly staff, offers free pasta nights once a week, can rent a bike, well located, mix of dorms and privates, good bar, not overpriced, overall decent place
Thanks to Nacho and the chicos for a great experience, had loads of fun and a was well looked after. The pool and the bar were amazing for such a cheap price. They do social events that are great for meeting people and having lovely food and great craic. Highly recommend

Cheap and good accomodation. Wifi, locker and bed good enough to sleep a couple of nights. Include a common bathrooms and meal service. A bad point is that there are not plugs inside of rooms. If you need to charge a device you to do it in some plug of the living room.
Park car available.

Nice and cozy place, situated in a quiet street! The floors tend to squeak a lot (which is quite inconvenient when you check in at 1 AM)... BUT! The price is really reasonable and the breakfast buffet on the rooftop is great!
Would definitely recommend to a friend!
Quaint and cute, has the basics well covered. Great service and central location. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars.
Great location, but the facilities are a little old. The breakfast was ok. If you don't want to spend much, this is a good option.
