I visited with a group and really enjoyed the stay. The hotel has a unique character and offers a nice, comfortable environment. Everything ran smoothly, and it was a great experience overall. I would definitely come back again.

The best things about this hotel are the very attentive staff, and a beautiful location. Unfortunately, the facilities are ancient and not well maintained. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the A/C (see picture) was broken, noisy, and just not working well.

This hotel is located in a great neighborhood. The staff is very helpful and always available. Breakfast is great ! The pool area is very relaxing and clean.

Very charming, comfortable, and perfectly located, with delicious included breakfast. The beds and comfortable and the thick walls and shades mean a good night sleep. There’s a daily ‘wine hour’ and it’s quite social—a mix of people stay here, but while I was visiting it felt like a New England book club reunion.

If I like Santiago, 50% of it comes from this hotel! It is so nicely decorated and stylish. The rooms are very modern and delicate. Hotel staff are very professional, making us feel very safe and welcomed. Highly recommended - it’s one of the best hotels in Chile in our view.

We stayed for 2 nights in Feb and found the hotel delightful. The French style courtyard is so peaceful, despite the city around you. We enjoyed the complimentary teas, coffees and delicious snacks available from 4pm each day, and had a really nice breakfast ( which we ate in the courtyard). Peaceful vibe in what is probably the prettiest street in Santiago. Friendly staff who take care of your every need - close to public transport, airport, and all things you would want to do in Santiago. Beds extremely comfortable, no scrum over the breakfast buffet. Have breakfast in the lovely courtyard garden where you can here the birds sing over the sound of the fountain.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is located in a charming mansion and the rooms are spotless clean. The staff was always available whenever we needed anything and even packed breakfast for us prior to our early departure on the last day. Wonderful boutique hotel in heritage residence from 1912. Garden, library and honor lounge are beautifully preserved. Convenient location and access. Very helpful and very pleasant staff. One complaint only- air conditioner was intermittently noisy.

As practically all reviews say the hotel itself is very good. Valuable adds-on are: - an excellent location, very close to Plaza Brasil and the walking distance to La Moneda. - a garden at the rear, nice place to relax in the evening - some good restaurants nearby like Las Vacas Gordas

The hotel is in a nice area and works for a basic stay. That said, the rooms and facilities are quite dated, and breakfast starting at 7:30am makes it less convenient for travelers with early schedules. Fine for the price, but there is room to improve.

Great experience during Covid! We felt safe and comfortable staying at the Reyall. They had many protocols in place, no complaints in that regard! The staff was very friendly and organized. We stayed here for one night. Our stay was flawless. The room had air conditioning, hot water in the shower, a delicious breakfast, and excellent staff.

The cleaning staff is Missing in action. The normal stuff is missing. Lamps none. light switches in strange places. Wooden floors with zero mats! Hanging hooks in the bathroom None. Great door locks !

I’ve stayed here multiple times and find it to be excellent value for money. The location is very convenient — the metro is only a short walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. Aside from the somewhat basic bedding—no blankets, and a very simple breakfast—everything else was really comfortable. Especially the small lounge downstairs, with coffee, tea, a microwave, and a kettle—completely self-service…it was quite nice. I've really fallen in love with this little hotel.

This must be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in santiago, the room was so small it even felt claustrophobic. The bathroom was the worst. Small shower, no soap, no shampoo or conditioner, no towels, nothing. I had to go to the reception to ask for some towel. And the poor guy looked like he was about to faint, he was tending to all guests on his own because he was the only person on duty at night....

The reception was incredible, the attention received by the staff and the speed in resolving problems too. The location is wonderful, we did everything on foot. Coffee is delivered to the room, it's not quite a feast. Because it is a hostel, there are other guests who do not understand the rule of keeping it clean, but we had no problems with noise or mess.

This hostel is great if you love to party and nothing else. It’s very noisy all night and the rooms aren’t clean while being super hot. The beds are sooo uncomfortable, smell foul, and I didn’t even have a fitted sheet. The front desk staff are really nice though!
