Tralkan B&B in Santiago

Old and precarious facilities.
On the first day we stayed in a room that was very noisy. We complained and went to another, better room, without noise at night. Old and precarious facilities. Simple breakfast.

It was the bad part of the beautiful trip to Chile
1- Good location- 1km from the subway
2- bad accommodation (it's a very old house, with wooden floors, with rooms, some have bathrooms and others don't, and so they use a communal area, it's more like a hostel)
3- Very bad shower, those really old ones, that come off the wall and become a “shower”, even with the shower door locked, water leaks and wets the whole bathroom (there is no drain to drain it)
4- Bad cleaning, the bathroom is always wet, they don't change the towels or the floor towel.
5- Very simple breakfast, but it is practically not eaten, as the tours leave very early.
6- The front door of the house had problems, on the first day I spent 30 minutes trying to open the door, and it was already 10:10 pm (a local resident heard it and came to open it, and told me that the key had a “little secret”, that is, every day it was a struggle to get it to open.
7- If you pay more than R$120.00 per day, it is not worth it.

Terrible
The person who greeted us had a very harsh attitude, as she laughed at us in a mocking manner. They wanted to charge us an extra percentage apart from what the website said (where it said taxes and other things were included) even though we were paying in cash.
We wasted an hour waiting for a response and on top of that, they didn't give us any solution. Terrible experience
