Nice, easy stay at Hotel Ismael. The room was smallish but clean & comfortable. We had a small air-con issue at first, but the staff were really helpful & quickly moved us to another room. I had a 20hr stop over in Santiago and from the time I did my booking the hotel was very helpful to organise a Taxi for my airport pick up as I hate navigating that in a new country much easier this way. Eurotel El Bosque is a 4* hotel in Las Condes, the business area of Santiago. It is surrounded by 5* hotels. We only stayed one night before traveling through Chili and the hotel fitted the bill perfectly. The room was well fitted and quiet, the bed was comfortable and I slept like the dead. This was a fantastic hotel in a great location in the Bellas Artes neighborhood of Santiago. It is a small boutique-type hotel, so not a lot of amenities like pool, gym, etc., but it's quiet, located directly across the street from the Bellas Artes museum, and walkable to many nice neighborhoods. Good location. Walkable to many good areas. Decent breakfast. Had to ask multiple times for the free bottle of wine. When I finally got it they could not provide a wine opener to open it. Apparently they only have one for the entire hotel to share?Took two days to get it so wasn’t really able to enjoy the wine. . Friendly staff and Ubers easy to catch. This is a lovely, well tended hotel that is very centrally located. The rooms are spacious, the beds and pillows are sturdy and comfortable, and there is ample desk area in which to work. It's a terrific little oasis. And staff keep the place spotless.

The hotel is in a good, quiet location that's great for walking. The staff are also very friendly. However, the towels are much older. The floors are also old and noisy.

Good stay with iffy wifi. The location was great and I was extremely thankful that they have an elevator. The one thing that I didn’t love was the WiFi. It was super spotty in my room and would drop and make you re-verify your access frequently.

An excellent hotel in a really fun area

Nice hotel with friendly staff - it looked like they were undergoing renovations while they were there, so not all of the amenities were available. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Although we arrived in Santiago really early and had to self-quarantine, they allowed us an early check-in and made sure we had everything we needed. This is a great choice of a hotel to stay in Santiago. They gave us a suit which was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. The service was very good and the hotel offers breakfast until quite late in the morning which was a great choice. There is a terrace at the top floor with excellent views of the city and the mountains. I recommend this hotel.

What you expect for this price. I would not mind coming back to stay again. Breakfast was good. Room was very comfy and big. Everything i needed. Score could have been better if they had cleaned the room earlier. Now it was not cleaned when I came back from my birding tours. Up early and you do not want them to come clean the room in the late afternoon when you want to relax.

Stayed at Hyatt Place Santiago/Vitacura for a long weekend and it was a fantastic stay. The rooms were very spacious, great views and very clean. But above all the service was great! I really want to thank Carlos for his incredibly attentive care and great suggestions throughout our stay!

Great hotel to stay in. They do not clean rooms everyday so ask at the reception if you want that. The breakfast is one of my favorite breakfasts in a hotel and they got plenty of delicious food. If you are trying to get in the morning of a workday out of the garage, it is pretty busy, but you’re not going to wait more than 2 minutes longer than usual.

Staff, although speaking Spanish only, was helpful and communicated throughout the check in process. Location was very good, near restaurants and minimarkets, as well as a Metro station, which provided ready access to sightseeing spots. The Cristobel Hill was 30 minutes away, and from there, one could take the gondola.

Central location. Lengthy checkin. Pool was the main reason for booking this property. The pool was closed and seems to have been closed for many months.

The apartments are spacious and have everything you need for your stay: a kitchen, refrigerator, dishes, cups, and glasses. The one I stayed in had a large living room, two bathrooms, a bedroom with two beds, and a fairly large walk-in closet. The building has 24-hour security and is conveniently located near the subway and several restaurants.

Almost excellent... It just needs better accessibility for wheelchair users entering and exiting the building. An access ramp is essential! We loved everything else and highly recommend it!

Our stay at Carménère Hotel was first class. It's a small intimate hotel and that was its charm. It was located in a safe neighbourhood a short walk to many restaurants. The staff could not have been more helpful and the breakfast was home cooked, the best we have enjoyed in a month of travels in South America. Highly recommended.

The location was close to bars , parks, restaurants and the room was spacious and cosy. The hostel was a nice one also, with free coffee and tea and a kitchen and a smoking area and a hangout area aswell. Recommend for a few nights for sure.
