A standard hotel, well located, for a basic stay.
Great hotel, excellent location.
Safe area, great breakfast, good location close to metro
Great location, price, breakfast included, wifi in room worked perfectly, and they let me check in very early for free. A bit older building but that’s fine.
I like the place, it was affordable and convenient, the staff is amazing but the dishes at the restaurant and bath area in rooms need to be more clean .
Excellent location in a safer area of Santiago

Great experience! We stayed for three nights at Ismael Hotel. The first night of arrival was very late at night, and the front desk greeted us efficiently. Loved the modern decor of the hotel and our room. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot. The free breakfast buffet was excellent, with fresh fruit and eggs. The hotel is located in an excellent area next to a green park (one of my posted...
This place is truly amazing!
From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We reached around 10:30 a.m. and politely inquired about the possibility of early check-in. Not only did they accommodate us at no extra charge, but Marcelo also kindly invited us to enjoy breakfast that morning. Many places wouldn’t allow early check-in — let alone include breakfast — so this level of hospitality...
Excellent location with a park opposite and balcony rooms. Quiet with great staff always willing to assist.
Nice, easy stay at Hotel Ismael. The room was smallish but clean & comfortable. We had a small air-con issue at first, but the staff were really helpful & quickly moved us to another room. Breakfast had a good spread & the location is great….lots of eateries within easy walking distance. Overall a pleasant stay & we’d happily come back.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ismael in Santiago! Great Location! Walkable neighborhood! Great breakfast too!
Pool was not heated, which was a bummer.
Location was awesome! Close to parks, metro and museums. All within a short walking distance. The Sky Costanera was 5 stops away on the metro. Viña Cousiño Macul Vineyard an easy excursion on the metro. Many areas to explore on foot. The entire hotel staff was great. Front Desk was very helpful in giving directions and offering suggestions. Breakfast was good and the Coffee and Espresso was...

Love this lordish hotel! The concierges are in general kind and if not, they are compliant with high quality standards. They all speak english and breakfast is nicely served on the rooftop in front of a great landscape view in the middle of Downtown Santiago. Cleaning service is a bit slow thought laundry service is quick and your clothes are well groomed. The Bar Rodrígo and the Restaurant in ...
The restaurant was good, but the room and bathroom in particular were dirty with lots of mold
Great location, spacious room, friendly & attentive staff. The piano bar at night is a blast. I’ve been staying here for 29 years and will definitely return
Rooms are old indeed but good energy. Location is great and staff is super nice!
Very much appreciated the helpful and friendly staff.
There is a great bar "Don Rodrigo" in the premises and at short distance of the barrio Lastarria that offer many great options for dining and drinking

Good location and helpful staff.
Excellent location. Reasonable breakfast. Very expensive transfer, more than double Uber...$44.
Excellent location and value
The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of everything... the Tombalada subway station is two blocks away, and there's a shopping mall and many restaurants in the area, as well as convenience stores, a pharmacy, and currency exchange bureaus.
The hotel is apartment-style, but it serves breakfast, which includes a good selection!
The room is spacious, separate...
I had a 20hr stop over in Santiago and from the time I did my booking the hotel was very helpful to organise a Taxi for my airport pick up as I hate navigating that in a new country much easier this way. And also a tour for the afternoon.
The room was really big and spacious, little kitchenette and there was also a balcony on my room which I didn’t get a chance to use.
Bed was comfy enough and shower...
Eurotel El Bosque is a 4* hotel in Las Condes, the business area of Santiago. It is surrounded by 5* hotels. We only stayed one night before traveling through Chili and the hotel fitted the bill perfectly. The room was well fitted and quiet, the bed was comfortable and I slept like the dead. Breakfast was standard. I would be happy to return
One of the better hotels in this neighborhood. Very clean, very well controlled, very decent breakfast. I am a repeat customer.

This was a fantastic hotel in a great location in the Bellas Artes neighborhood of Santiago. It is a small boutique-type hotel, so not a lot of amenities like pool, gym, etc., but it's quiet, located directly across the street from the Bellas Artes museum, and walkable to many nice neighborhoods. It felt safe and the staff was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. The room was large, clean and quiet....
Good location. Walkable to many good areas. Decent breakfast. Had to ask multiple times for the free bottle of wine. When I finally got it they could not provide a wine opener to open it. Apparently they only have one for the entire hotel to share?Took two days to get it so wasn’t really able to enjoy the wine. . Friendly staff and Ubers easy to catch. Close to subway and historical center.
Beautiful hotel and room. Staff were super nice and helpful. Great location.
All the staffs are very nice. I appreciate their kindness and smile.
I also liked the atmosphere of the hotel.
This is a lovely, well tended hotel that is very centrally located. The rooms are spacious, the beds and pillows are sturdy and comfortable, and there is ample desk area in which to work. It's a terrific little oasis. And staff keep the place spotless.
The hotel is in a good, quiet location that's great for walking. The staff are also very friendly. However, the towels are much older. The floors are also old and noisy.

Simple but clean and quiet. Friendly staff.
I loved staying here during our trip! Everyone was very nice and welcoming. They cleaned the rooms well and efficient. The location was great and I felt more than safe. It was my first time in Santiago and I hope to return soon! Thank you to the hotel staff. You guys were great!
Good stay with iffy wifi.
The location was great and I was extremely thankful that they have an elevator. The one thing that I didn’t love was the WiFi. It was super spotty in my room and would drop and make you re-verify your access frequently.
An excellent hotel in a really fun area
Nice hotel with friendly staff - it looked like they were undergoing renovations while they were there, so not all of the amenities were available. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay if you are leaving king for a quiet place that is within walking distance of great restaurants and parks
We (couple) stayed there for three nights and absolutely loved it! Although we arrived in Santiago really early and had to self-quarantine, they allowed us an early check-in and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was big and spacious and with the terrace it was everything we were looking for to do our quarantine. After we were able to leave and explore the city the staff was always happy...

The hotel was decent overall, though the rooms are definitely a bit outdated. A couple of the lights in our room didn’t work, and it would have been nice to have a small fridge or a kettle. Super awesome and inviting
Myself and my party arrived super early 5:30 A.M on Jan 13th
And while we were informed we couldn't check in until 2pm post booking,

Excellent staff and facilities
Staff could be trained better how to handle cx requests. Why when I ask nicely I get a rejection and when raising my voice I got what I wanted? If the option was available from the first place....they just made a fool out of themselves and prove their lie that the option wasn't available.
Breakfast was ok... Nothing more.
The location is very centric.
Shower was good. Hotel very dated.

This is a great choice of a hotel to stay in Santiago. They gave us a suit which was very spacious with a very comfortable bed.
The service was very good and the hotel offers breakfast until quite late in the morning which was a great choice. There is a terrace at the top floor with excellent views of the city and the mountains. I recommend this hotel.
What you expect for this price. I would not mind coming back to stay again.
Breakfast was good.
Room was very comfy and big. Everything i needed.
Score could have been better if they had cleaned the room earlier. Now it was not cleaned when I came back from my birding tours.
Up early and you do not want them to come clean the room in the late afternoon when you want to relax.
Stayed at Hyatt Place Santiago/Vitacura for a long weekend and it was a fantastic stay. The rooms were very spacious, great views and very clean. But above all the service was great! I really want to thank Carlos for his incredibly attentive care and great suggestions throughout our stay!
Great hotel to stay in.
They do not clean rooms everyday so ask at the reception if you want that.
The breakfast is one of my favorite breakfasts in a hotel and they got plenty of delicious food. If you are trying to get in the morning of a workday out of the garage, it is pretty busy, but you’re not going to wait more than 2 minutes longer than usual.

Staff, although speaking Spanish only, was helpful and communicated throughout the check in process. Location was very good, near restaurants and minimarkets, as well as a Metro station, which provided ready access to sightseeing spots. The Cristobel Hill was 30 minutes away, and from there, one could take the gondola.
Central location. Lengthy checkin.
Pool was the main reason for booking this property. The pool was closed and seems to have been closed for many months.
Excellent accommodation. Practical and efficient. The apartment is extremely nice, large and comfortable. It was very clean and organized and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The host was always very helpful and friendly, and the building staff were always friendly and courteous. I highly recommend it.
The apartment and location are great, close to points of interest and transport. I would definitely stay there again.
Practical and efficient! It's a complete apartment, with a kitchen equipped with the basics, a small living room and our apartment even had a small balcony. For us, who traveled with the goal of exploring the cities, Rho was great for what we needed, a comfortable bed and a simple but efficient bathroom. Good place to stay at affordable price
Excellent location, top-notch bed, great shower!
Breakfast was good. And very secure with a 3-story garage. Highly recommended.
The apartments are spacious and have everything you need for your stay: a kitchen, refrigerator, dishes, cups, and glasses. The one I stayed in had a large living room, two bathrooms, a bedroom with two beds, and a fairly large walk-in closet. The building has 24-hour security and is conveniently located near the subway and several restaurants.
Almost excellent... It just needs better accessibility for wheelchair users entering and exiting the building. An access ramp is essential! We loved everything else and highly recommend it!

With it's entrance hiding down a secure arcade, this was a little tricky to find, but felt safe with the bell and cameras (and gates closing after dark). Great cost benefit relation. The rooms are very nice and the breakfast is fantastic. Looking from outside, the building is very old and does not look good, but inside there is nothing to complain about.
The hotel is quite old, the rooms may not be the best, but the service is really great, they helped me with all my requests and even put 2 beds together so I feel more comfortable. This place is worth to consider if you don't mind the rooms are old but still comfy.

Cute hotel on private street. Offers great breakfast for small fee. Rooms are basic but very clean.
I cannot say enough good things about Casa Noble!!!! The location is stellar, the people are so heartwarming and helpful, the cost is competetive, and the breakfast is out of this world. Seriously, this was my favorite 'home' in Santiago.

A very small boutique hotel located in a very nice neighborhood in Santiago, near a large park, and convenient for going downtown. Very friendly staff. The complementary wine glass was great, although a bit too generous. Nice garden to hang out after a day in the city.
Nice, quiet, and clean hotel. The staff was very accommodating. We got in really early and they let us sit in the courtyard a bit. We also had an early departure flight and they still made us breakfast. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and found the walk from there to other sites within Santiago very doable and safe. Would stay here again!
Fantastic personal service from the staff. They couldn't have been more attentive, making our stay feel like we were staying with friends. The garden courtyard available to guests is a very relaxing sanctuary enabling guests to unwind and chill out. Rooms are well equipped with comfortable beds and well appointed ensuits. Breakfasts are fantastic, with a large range natural food to cater for all tastes...
Fantastic little gem in Barrio Italia. Everything about it was amazing from the rooms, breakfast and the very friendly staff. We walked to all the main sights - pleasant through the parks, and plenty of choices to eat nearby. The hotel was clean and quirky and we really enjoyed our welcome wine.
