Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Good enough breakfast. Location is not so good if you will be taking cars in rush hour, but the Metro is very close…
Convenient location to hop on/off with lots of restaurants around. Service is great with good breakfast.
We loved our stay at Solace Hotel. Great amenities and the location is perfect in the Providencia area of Santiago. Modern rooms with all the amenities - we appreciated the free soft drinks and water. There is a rooftop pool, restaurant and bar. Unfortunately the pool was having some maintenance issues during our stay but we still enjoyed the surrounding patio with comfy loungers. We would definitely...
At the center and more convenient
When we check in, the room looks clean, but at night time the smell came from bathroom, it smelled awful. It made me feel want to vomited. I changed the room at last. I booked three nights, we stayed in this room for two nights, I can’t put up with the smell in the middle of nights, I went to reception to request for change a room, they kept telling me it happens sometimes, I hope they can fix up this...
Solace Hotel helped to make our Santiago trip memorable.
Our favorite feature was the free latte/coffee machine in the lobby. We frequented it often!
Everyone in the hotel is customer service focused. Most everyone speaks great english.
The front desk helped us with a late night transfer to the airport and kept our bags handy on checkout day.
We had a favorite waiter on the rooftop bar - he was...

Great hostel in an awesome location! The vibe is super cool and social, making it easy to meet people and enjoy the atmosphere. The rooms are clean and well-kept, which made the stay really comfortable. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fun place with a great energy!
One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. It's a converted luxury manor. The facilities are complete, and the breakfast was excellent!
The room was very clean and comfortable. There are also many shops nearby, which made everything very convenient.
This is a great hostel in the middle of Santiago. We stayed twice! Very walkable. Very good staff who check in with you and are helpful. Excellent tours. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but everything you need. They have a lot of activities for the younger crowd. Bar crawls and disco outings etc. The hostel has tons of areas for relaxing and or working. There’s quiet places and social...
We had a huge layover on Santiago Airport after what was already a red-eye flight, and so we went to Providencia for just a day and they were ever so kind to let us occupy one of the rooms in their common area to lay our tired heads to rest and take a well-needee shower. It was quiet, large very well equipped and staff was just incredibly friendly. Highly recommend, these people clearly aim to provide...
Best hostel we have stayed at this far!!!! such a perfect location close to the best neighbourhoods walking distance. The staff are all so friendly and accomodating. Perfect mix of social at night and chill during the day. Great amenities like a fitness area, stocked kitchen and chill space. Really enjoyed my stay and made my time in Santiago even better!

Great location! There's a fantastic Chinese restaurant right downstairs and another one across the street. It's also very close to the CBD. The environment feels safe, the service is excellent, and the hygiene is top-notch. They change the bed linens promptly.
The location is fantastic, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient.
The hotel is a 25 to 30-minute drive from the airport and conveniently located near Line 1 of the Santiago metro. It is also within walking distance of Sky Costanera, restaurants, cafes, and markets. The ambience is nice with a lot of green while being easily accessible.
Room and bathroom are spacious, well-maintained, and clean. Amenities in the room are plenty and workable. Service is up to the...
The hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained, and it is conveniently located. Staff are friendly and professional, breakfast is reasonable good. The property also offers a small rooftop clean pool, along with a small gym. I must say we had a very pleasant stay and would choose this hotel again when visiting Santiago.
Great, 24-hour friendly service. Rooms are a bit old, but spacious and comfortable.
I have only kind things to say about this hotel. It’s got a great location. The staff was nice. My room was clean and the staff cleaned well very day. Breakfast was modest for a Sheraton but nonetheless it did the trick. It had all the essentials. I recommend you say here if you’re coming to Santiago.

I was first time visited ^
Hotel room sizi big good~
Restaurant many kind menu
All food delicious ~

The hotel location is great, right next to the Plaza de Armas. However, the hotel is a bit old.
Second stay here. It's conveniently located, close to attractions, and they offer luggage storage.
The hotel is in a bustling area, really lively, and very close to the attractions – you can just walk there. Especially convenient for getting to the Central Market, where you can enjoy seafood and a wide variety of fruits.
Grt comfortable bed and room spacious.breakfast fantastic anything and everything you can think off.
Security on front of house and bar staff/breakfast team excellent 👏
My stay at Alma Cruz was overall a very pleasant experience, and I would gladly return.
The hotel has a beautiful classic elegance, with stunning décor that thoughtfully reflects Chilean culture and identity. Despite being an older property, it is exceptionally well maintained, spotlessly clean, and full of charm. We had such a great stay at the Singular. No complaints at all. The breakfast was great every morning, fresh.
Have to give a shout out to my main man Martin, concierge. He came through for us BIG when Hertz tried to rip us off on our car rental. He got us all sorted out in 24 hours. Its truly that kind of above and beyond service that leaves a memorable impression. Cant thank him enough
Wow! We had a great stay at Singular Santiago. The location was near a cool neighborhood with many tasty restaurants nearby and not far from the airport. The staff members were awesome. Issues were resolved immediately. They were so helpful and happy to help. Food and drinks in the hotel were good as well. The gym was serviceable. Pool was nice. Price was fair. I would stay there again without a doubt
We stayed one night and loved it. The room was spacious, air conditioning strong, beautiful bathroom and comfy bed.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The bellman Jorge was a highlight, he was joyful, kind and had great suggestions for us.
We felt safe walking the neighbourhood around the hotel.
We recently stayed at The Singular Santiago and loved its spot in the heart of the lively Lastarria neighborhood. It’s an ideal base for exploring the area’s cultural scene, cafés, and charming streets.

My husband and I loved this classically elegant hotel. Extremely clean and beautiful rooms with very high quality linens. Great location in the Lastarria neighborhood. Good restaurants nearby.

I found this hotel on Ctrip after a last-minute flight change. It's not far from the airport, so I booked a taxi at the airport counter and arrived in about ten minutes. The room was quite large, and while the facilities were simple and a bit old, they were clean. There was no bottled water in the room, but you could get some from the restaurant at breakfast. There was free Wi-Fi, but the signal was...
I stayed one night there. Everything was so clean and they had an acceptable service.
Free transit to the airport is scheduled and on time.
Just as I was about to miss my flight, the young man at the front desk immediately called a shuttle bus to take me to the airport as fast as possible. Because I had taken a taxi, the elderly driver took the wrong route, going a long way down the highway and leaving me stranded in a remote area. It wasn't until half an hour later that I managed to hail an Uber to go back to the hotel to get my luggage
The food was good (dinner)and the breakfast average.
People were courteous. The location is good for people waiting to fly. A bit remotely not many thing around.
Great location with everything you need inside the hotel. Klif the receptionist was wonderful!!
Hotel Diego de Almagro Aeropuerto is an excellent option for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and quality service near the airport.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet, making it easy to rest before or after a flight. The beds are comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is very well maintained.

Its old. The construction is old and the decoration is old. So if you are looking for an edgy and design hotel, nope. This is not it…
But it delivers. For the price… staff are helpful, breakfast is basic but good enough, and the location is very good.
Service is good, location is excellent walking distance to tallest building with many shopping needs, Bath facilities are a little bit dated. For the price paid it is good value.
The hotel is a bit old for my taste, maybe need a refresh. Also please know that the parking is not in the hotel, is about 500 meter away from it
To say that this was a 5 star hotel experience is to belittle the elegance and professionalism of our stay. Easily at least 15 star stay. Our first encounter with Don Roberto set the stage for the exceptionally high level of service we would be blessed to receive here. Don Roberto interceded on our behalf when we arrived having issues paying our first cab driver via credit card when his portable card...
Good spacious rooms. Nice bathroom.
It has a small fridge and a kettle.
They could supply with tea and coffee in the room. It’s strange that they provide kettle but no tea.
Restaurant - good breakfast but every day food is the same. I stayed for 7 nights and breakfast becomes repetitive.

Relatively upscale type hotel for a reasonable price. Staff were very helpfuls. Rooms were comfortable. Lovely pool and sauna area with a view in top level. Breakfast was great - buffet style. We had a four-night stay in a twin room with my brother-in-law. The room was clean and spacious enough for two, and it was serviced daily.

Stay for 2 nights from Christmas Day.
The location of the hotel is unbeatable and it is really convenient in terms of walking distance to many places, parks, walls, f&b. Many eating options around even when you are feeling lazy. The hotel itself, I will say it is just basic. I don't think it is bad for the affordability. I stayed in a twin single room. Was there with my teenage son. Air-conditioning...
We stayed at Nova Park last time and it was an awesome experience.
Everything was perfect, from the facilities to the service.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.
We had a nice stay. The rooms are well-equipped, and a smart TV is available. The hotel is centrally located in the city, making many places easily reachable on foot or by taxi. We do not recommend the food at the attached restaurant,it was not good.
Hotel Novapark is in a great location with walking distance to many of neighborhoods, some with good restaurants.
The breakfast buffet had variety. Fruit, cereal, eggs, cheese and multiple types of bread.
Our room faced the inside atrium. This was not ideal. We heard all the happenings of the lobby. Our sleep was very impeded and had very little natural light to be buoyed to get up!

Delightful staff, very accommodating. Rooms are very nice.
I stayed at this hotel in January 2026. The room I was allocated had a double bed, desk and 2 chairs (i.e. it was spacious). There was a separate bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. The room was clean and comfortable with an efficient AC. Whilst is it some way from the nearest metro (at least 30mins walk) there is a bus stop nearby. There are of course taxis and Ubers available. Had to wait at check-in after booking through *******, as the hotel had not received the information through the system.
The hotel is overall pleasant; could use some upgrades, as changing the room doors and including streaming services instead of cable TV.
Would recommend.
We enjoyed the breakfast, the gym and the location. The room was ok, i dont like carpets on the floor. Staff was very nice at the breakfast.
Excellent location in Vitacura, in a very safe neighborhood. The rooms were spacious, clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was super friendly. Can very much recommend this place if you’re looking for an upscale stay in Santiago.
Really good hotel; staff was superbly efficient. Great food at the restaurant with top service. Perhaps the only issue I had was the rather low water pressure in the shower, which was deemed as ok by the maintenance crew

A repeat visit to a charming hotel
A repeat visit to our favourite hotel in Santiago. It has charm and friendliness and is in a safe part of the city within walking distance of numerous cafes and restaurants. Also the riverside sculpture park is an easy walk. The hotel has an extensive breakfast selection with an early start if required.
Nice and elegant hotel. Excellent location. Personnel is quite friendly (don Hugo at reception, for example). Rooms and climatization is excellent. I have recommended this hotel to several of my friends. One minor thing that I think should be improved: The cards system used to open the room's lock needs to be fixed. I had to go to reception several times to have them replaced or reprogrammed.
Very good location, very convenient for daily travel, dining and shopping. The breakfast is not very diverse and is relatively simple. The hotel helped to contact the minibus to the snow mountain, which was a very good experience.

Excellent, very quiet, and the front desk staff were very attentive and helpful, especially at breakfast; the fruit and yogurt were delicious and plentiful. We booked a king room but were upgraded to a suite, which was fantastic.
The room facilities were average; don't expect too much. The room only provided one bottle of water, an unsealed glass bottle, which is something to be wary of. The main issue, however, was the front desk service. Three people attended to me (South American efficiency, you know what I mean). Aside from a friendly and attentive woman with curly hair in the morning, the other two were absolutely disastrous...
The location of the hotel is excellent: it’s in Providencia, one of the best neighborhoods in Santiago, yet still within walking distance of the downtown area. Magnolia is one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. It’s design is a gorgeous yet unusual mix of modern and traditional. The rooms are very comfortably sized and appointed. The food is excellent. The service is superb. There is nothing not to like about this hotel.

This is an historic hotel. The architecture makes for strange room layouts- many bedrooms have no window to the street- in one room the bathroom had the window, in another small room you had a window onto a very small inner space. Apart from that the rooms were comfortable and quiet.

Really great. Interesting building and rooms. Floors are terrific. Cage elevator too. Comfortable beds, good breakfast, and helpful staff. Rooftop has essentially a plunge pool, cold - was not heated when we were there. Sat up top in afternoon for a bit on lounges under tent, lovely. Great location to across large street and up hill or into Italia or Lastaria.
Well located, staff were amazing. Rooms are a reasonable size and the bed was huge: I had a room on the inside: no natural light which was a shame.
Great stay overall. let's break it down:
Hotel: Fantastic really cute rooms and staff went above and beyond. Average breakfast experience but fine.
Roof top bar: Absolutely amazing: 10/10. We had fantastic snacks, the pisco sour is amazing, the non alcoholic limonade is absolutely awesome too. And the view is stunning. Even if you're not staying at the hotel, at least grab a drink!

Nice hotel with very good breakfast buffet. Very helpful staff, close to big shopping center
Excellent service by all staff, especially Tiare at the front desk! The room was very clean and we enjoyed the Old World atmosphere. The breakfast was superior, offering not only the regular fare, but an assortment of meats, cheeses and desserts.
Huge room, very clean, lots of amenities and super nice staff! The only reason I’m not giving the full 5 stars is because the wifi barely worked during our two nights there.
Other than that we loved our stay there!
Really lovely reception staff, variable room sizes 611 was great,610 not so good. 507 really not pleasant. Breakfast is limited and not particularly fresh or tasty. Great location.
Let’s just say that we came crashing in at 12:40 am with the previous 4 locations we found having no room. And they were so accommodating.
Wifi can be a bit slow in the room but outside, it is fast and reliable.
Breakfast was good and had a nice variety, and even lactose free milk, which is a blessing to us lactose intolerant people.
Rooms are modern and comfortable with a clean bathroom.

Santiago, El Manantial 1781 (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
This is a hard place to review. The staff was fabulous, then they tried to charge me for an extra day, thankfully I caught it.
The grounds are beautiful with the hotel tucked back behind the road in a very green tree/plant area. Beautiful outdoor art work and trains.
Then we get to the rooms themselves. It's clear they are putting there money elsewhere. EVERYTHING is old in theses room. The bathroom...
A little oasis, helpful owner and staff, beautiful swimming pool, even helped me clean my hire car. The security lady was especially helpful and shared her love of the Beatles. Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and wandering in their garden with lots of surprises including a train! We had a lovely balcony
Property is a great facility based on location and value for money.
This place has so much potential. It is a gem inside the city but you can tell no money has been put on it for a while. First and foremost the place is clean and the people are nice. But the gardens are not well kept and the rooms may need an upgrade. However it is still has a halcyon feeling that you get from the moment you drive in. This place would be a 5 star hotel if they spruce up the place and...
Excellent place to stay with family
The hotel is far away from the main road and is quiet. The facilities are a bit old, the rooms are small, and the price is exquisite. Breakfast is disappointing, but breakfast abroad is generally like this, there is nothing worth looking forward to.
