The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and tidy.

The hotel is clean, has good air quality, and the service is incredibly thoughtful. They give out small gifts to children during check-in, and offer complimentary glutinous rice ball soup in the evenings. The hotel also has an open-to-the-public breakfast downstairs and a lunch service on the second floor starting from 20 yuan for two meat and two vegetable dishes. The environment is beautiful, catering to a variety of needs. It's conveniently located and the accommodation is quiet.

Xiao Chen at the hotel provides excellent service; he's dedicated, professional, and attentive. I always stay here whenever I visit. The hotel is very clean, the soundproofing is great, and the staff are wonderful. I'll definitely keep coming back.

Li Xin and Xiaoyu at the front desk were very warm and attentive. The hotel's location is excellent. We had a very satisfying stay.

As soon as I entered the room, there was a foul odor, like a stuffy smell from the furniture. The windows could only be opened a tiny bit, so there was no ventilation. It seemed to be central air conditioning, and the AC in the room couldn't be turned off. Even in the middle of winter, I felt hot just wearing a single layer of clothing in the room and would wake up sweating at night. The room was stuffy and stinky. I booked a deluxe single room, and the front desk said they upgraded us to an executive single room, even asking me to leave a good review. In reality, the room was small and cramped. Even if it were a deluxe single room, the setup was terrible.

The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the high-speed rail station, and there's a subway station nearby, making travel quick and easy. Front desk staff, Xiao Ye, Xiao Wan, and Xiao Li, provided excellent service with a smile. We even received a small gift upon check-in. Highly recommend!

This hotel offers incredible value for money, a definite five-star rating!
1. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, and the hygiene was impeccable.
2. The staff provided warm and attentive service, always ready to help, making for a fantastic experience.
3. The bathtub was a huge bonus; a bath after a long day was so relaxing and stress-relieving!

Front desk staff Xiao Zheng and Manager Zhou were both very enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel's location is also convenient. It was a great stay.
