Pretty good. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chongqing. The hotel is very quiet, and the staff are incredibly attentive and detailed in their service. The location is convenient too. Looking forward to my next stay! Hahahaha.

The location is great, making it super convenient to get to Guanyin Bridge or Jiefangbei. The hotel is right off a wide road, so it's easy to catch a taxi, and it's also very close to the light rail station. The lobby concierge service is excellent; they'll help you with your luggage. The front desk staff are also very friendly and quick to resolve any issues we had. The room was standard. Overall, the experience was well worth the price. If I have the chance to visit this area again, I'd definitely book here.

The room was quite clean and quiet at night. There's ongoing construction in the surrounding area with several hoardings. The breakfast had a good number of dishes, but the variety wasn't extensive. The service, however, was very good and responsive.

The hotel was excellent! The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the concierge, Yukio, was especially warm and helpful. Our room experience was fantastic, and we even received cookies upon check-in. The room facilities were great, and it's a truly beautiful hotel. Outstanding value for money!

A year later, the hotel is still the same, the service is just as good, but Nanping has changed so much! I wonder if I'll need a GPS next time I visit? 😂

The hotel is very close to the subway station, making travel incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and even gave us a free room upgrade. We also received a welcome gift upon check-in. The room was clean and odor-free, and the pillows were very comfortable. Next time I'm in Chongqing, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

Extremely disappointing stay. Reason for the low rating #1: The laundry service severely impacted our plans. The clothes weren't returned by the evening on the same day as stated on the laundry slip, even after multiple calls to rush them. Reason for the low rating #2: The laundry quality was very poor; the clothes weren't clean.

My stay at the Hilton was absolutely fantastic, thanks to Merlin and Eggy at the front desk! 👍 When I arrived, I was greeted with such warmth and a sunny smile. The check-in process was incredibly efficient and smooth. They also thoughtfully introduced me to the hotel facilities and local attractions. They answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly, which made me, a first-time visitor, feel completely at ease. Such excellent service really kicked off my trip on a high note – definitely a big thumbs up!

I happened to be on a business trip for Christmas, here for a conference, and stayed at this hotel. The Christmas atmosphere was really strong, and the environment was very good. They even gave me cookies when I checked in! 🍪

The service was excellent; everyone I met greeted me warmly. The room was also quite spacious, and the soundproofing was decent. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would consider choosing this hotel again next time.

It is a new hotel occupying a commercial area. The room is new and you need room key card to the room. The breakfast is OK and nothing to write home about. The suite is wonderful. Yet I prefer it's sister hotel in north of the city.
