Honestly, I'm so incredibly satisfied! The location is fantastic, and transportation is super convenient—you can spot it right away. The staff member, Tammy, was exceptionally warm and patient. She even helped me print documents, working quickly and meticulously. Her service was thoughtful throughout, making everything effortless for me. The experience was absolutely top-notch, definitely five stars!

This hotel in Guanyinqiao is a hidden gem! It's so convenient, right next to tons of delicious old restaurants. The best part is the excellent stay experience; it truly felt like a home away from home. Jimmy provided great service and deserves praise – he's very thorough and has a wonderful attitude. Frank was also fantastic! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Chongqing.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a plethora of delicious food options in the nearby Guanyinqiao community. The robot delivery service is incredibly fast, and the complimentary chocolate chip cookies are a delightful treat!

The hotel's location is great, and security guard Qi Feng is very warm and friendly. Because it was raining, he proactively asked if I needed a taxi and even walked me to the door with an umbrella – he's a truly wonderful person. However, the cleaning staff are far too noisy. Around 8 AM, they repeatedly open and close about four or five doors along the corridor leading to the fire exit, making incredibly loud noises. This has woken me up early for two consecutive mornings. I hope this can be improved, as it was the same last year when I stayed, and it really affects guests' rest.

I was very satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was great – I slept soundly all night. There was plenty of hot water, and the internet connection was stable. Jackie was friendly, polite, and very responsive to all my requests, providing excellent service. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good. Overall, it was clean, quiet, and comfortable, offering amazing value for money. It's suitable for both business and leisure travel, and I genuinely recommend it!

My kids went to Chongqing for spring break, and Chongqing really is an 8D magical city. We were exhausted from exploring every day, so it was great to come back to a comfortable and relaxing hotel environment. A special shout-out to Jackie, who communicated with us in advance about our needs and made sure everything we requested was prepared. Xiao Tang was also wonderful; she reminded us that we could contact the hotel directly for anything we needed. Qi Feng, from the lobby security team, was exceptionally helpful. My mom had to leave a day early by herself, and he not only helped her with her luggage but also called a taxi for her. The swimming pool staff deserve huge praise too! My kids basically went swimming every day, and we adults didn't even need to supervise them. They were incredibly responsible, constantly keeping an eye on the children, which allowed us to get some much-needed rest. We stayed at the hotel for three nights, and by the last day, my kids didn't want to leave, saying they wished they could stay longer!

For this price and location, I'd give it 10 stars if I could. The staff, from the security guards at the entrance to the breakfast service staff, were all fantastic. The hotel even upgraded my room for free and cleaned it spotlessly every day. Even with my tablet left in the room, everything remained untouched, and my dirty socks were even neatly arranged – nothing went missing. It's only a 10-minute walk to Guanyinqiao Food Street and also 10 minutes to Haiguan Hun Dou Hua. No matter where you want to eat, delicious food is always nearby. Even if it rains and you can't go out, the hotel's food is just as amazing.

This was my first time staying here, and I had a really good experience. The hotel paid great attention to detail in all aspects. Staff even came to ask for my feedback, which was a nice touch. A special shout-out to the duty manager, Jackie, who called me while I was parking to ask if I needed any assistance. His service attitude was exceptional, and he even gave me some delicious cookies! I'll definitely consider staying here again if I get the chance.

We were really happy with our hotel choice this time. First, the location is fantastic, right on top of Starlight 68, which made getting around incredibly easy. There are so many great places to eat and things to do nearby. Second, the hotel service was exceptional, especially the front desk staff, Xiao Tan, who was super, super enthusiastic and very responsive – we were extremely pleased! Also, Auntie Yang from housekeeping was incredibly warm and thoughtful. She made sure we had plenty of water every day and gave us lots of helpful travel tips, even suggesting we drink yogurt to avoid an upset stomach. This stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The location truly can't be beaten; there are all sorts of coffee and tea shops downstairs, and we could just pop down to Cai Lan for brunch. Shopping at the mall was completely stress-free. The mall is literally downstairs, and behind the hotel is a whole street of coffee and tea places. The pool and gym facilities were excellent, and the whole family was satisfied. My husband even said we have to stay here again next time we visit Chongqing!
