Bad review! Bad review! Bad review! I've booked rooms on Ctrip many times, but this is the first time I'm writing a bad review. The room facilities are outdated, and the carpet is filthy. It's not worth the price! We were a family of three and checked in here while doing some business nearby. After checking in, we asked the front desk clerk where breakfast was and if we needed a breakfast coupon. The clerk said it was on the second floor and we could just swipe our room card. But when we were having breakfast that morning, the waiter in the second-floor restaurant said we had an extra person and would have to pay an extra breakfast. They said one breakfast would be 68 yuan per person. Since there were three of us, and we didn't want to spoil the fun because one of us wouldn't be able to eat, we reluctantly paid for breakfast. However, when we got to the dining area, we found many empty plates. It wasn't worth the 68 yuan at all. We didn't want to argue with the waiter, so we just ate a little, but I still felt ripped off! This is all the food for the 68 yuan breakfast, so I wanted to share this to warn future guests! The key point is that we weren't told we would be charged an extra breakfast fee when we checked in, and the high breakfast fee wasn't backed up by a rich breakfast! I don’t know what the Ctrip rating criteria for 4.6 points is???
