They were especially helpful when we needed directions or transportation, always making sure taxis were arranged for us and that we knew exactly where we were going. The level of service was truly outstanding, and I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. I can’t wait to come back again.

Thank you as well to the bellman who helped carry our shopping upstairs and to the gentleman who kindly opened our taxi door — every member of the team was so lovely and attentive.

This was hands down the worst and most frustrating hotel stay I've ever had. There was a complete lack of service awareness throughout, and the management was unbelievably chaotic.
The front desk staff were incredibly arrogant, barely acknowledging me during check-in and giving dismissive answers to any questions. Housekeeping was non-existent; I had to call multiple times for anything, and even then, requests were ignored. The worst offender was the housekeeping manager, who was rude and difficult, offering no solutions to issues and only making things harder for guests. They showed a complete lack of basic professionalism for someone in the service industry.
The dining experience was equally disappointing. The breakfast selection was pitifully small. The staff seemed more interested in meticulously checking children's heights to see if they were over 1.2 meters, rather than providing any actual service. Food items were not replenished promptly; several times, if you arrived a bit later, there was nothing left. One day, they even ran out of plates! There were hardly any staff to be seen in the restaurant, making for a truly dismal dining experience.
What's even more ironic is how enthusiastic the hotel was when it came to making money. When it involved restaurant spending or recommending guests to other eateries within the hotel, the staff were incredibly active, charming, and helpful. In stark contrast, any service needs from actual guests staying at the hotel were met with indifference. It felt like they were only interested in extracting money from guests. This mercenary and misguided business model was truly an eye-opener.
I paid to stay at a hotel, not to be treated poorly. From the front desk to housekeeping to dining, everything was a complete letdown. The management was harsh, the staff were lackadaisical, and there was absolutely no service whatsoever. They clearly have no idea what 'service' means. I genuinely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at all costs!
