The location is convenient, but the ongoing construction around the property creates considerable noise and makes the entrance a bit difficult to access. The staff, however, is extremely professional and genuinely helpful — willing to go above and beyond their responsibilities. They also accommodated an early check-in for us, which was greatly appreciated. The buffet breakfast offers a decent selection. The only concern we faced was an unpleasant smell in the room, although the room size itself was quite decent. Orla at front desk is extremely professional and cooperative. .

Highly recommend, especially if you book in advance. There's ongoing subway construction right outside the hotel, but it doesn't affect access. You might want to call the hotel ahead of time for directions, as it can be a bit tricky to find. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and proactive; they guided us when we went out and even upgraded our room to a suite, plus gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers. The service truly deserves a thumbs-up. The hotel environment itself is quite upscale, standing out as unique in the area.

Great hotel location, very convenient for getting around, and it has parking. A bit noisy though, as there's subway construction nearby.

The location is a bit out of the way, but getting around by taxi was fine. The staff were all very proactive and provided excellent service. The room was spacious enough, but the bathroom light switch was difficult to operate, and the shampoo had a strange smell. Breakfast was good, though there weren't many seats, but the staff actively helped people find tables. Overall, at nearly 1000 a night, the value for money isn't great. My expectations were probably too high! The service was good, but the facilities definitely need an upgrade.

An absolutely wonderful hotel, I had such a comfortable stay. The front desk staff and all other hotel employees wore suits 🤵🏻‍♀️ and were incredibly attentive and polite. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast every day was delicious. They even provided complimentary snacks. The room also had mosquito repellent, and the soap was a generous size and good quality. Although there was subway construction downstairs, the hotel's soundproofing was excellent, so it didn't disturb my rest at all. It's also very close to other subway exits, making travel convenient. Overall, a perfect 💯 experience!

It's really hard to find a hotel with free parking near a metro station in Guangzhou. There's subway construction going on downstairs, but the front desk guy was really nice. He put us on the ninth floor, so we barely heard any noise. My child even said it was the best service they'd ever had at a hotel. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and our room had lots of free snacks. They even gave us a gift bag when we checked out. It was a really great stay!
