The location of the facility may not be the most convenient but the hotel offers great value for the prices. I booked for three nights and enjoy the whole stay. Nice staff and good services. The AC in the room was a bit loud but that’s probably the only complaint.

The service attitude of the front desk staff needs improvement. It felt like the guests owed them wages, or rather, the hotel owed its employees wages, which explains their attitude.

The hotel has a very good location and the transportation is very convenient. Ms. Lin Tianyi has good service. The room is comfortable and warm, and the service is warm and thoughtful. The hotel's buffet breakfast was rich and delicious, making it a very pleasant stay.

Seriously, who gets it?! I stayed in my dream room at Tian Min Yipin ✨ It was a Japanese-style wooden tatami room, and as soon as I walked in, there was a faint, soothing woody fragrance, with super cozy warm lighting.

The lobby has a great atmosphere, and the room is clean, cozy, and comfortable. It's also close to the subway station.

Overall, the room was quite good, cozy and clean. However, it was a bit small and felt a little cramped. But the location was excellent, making it very convenient for getting around, and the surrounding facilities were also comprehensive.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The location is convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the service was warm and attentive with great attention to detail. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit and would recommend it to friends traveling to the area.

The location is so good. It is near the Metro. Cleanliness is average, as per the price

Hygiene: Clean Service: Enthusiastic Facilities: Complete Close to the subway station, making it convenient and quick to get around. The projector in the hotel has a very clear and large screen, and the 24-hour hot water supply was very comfortable. It was an excellent experience.

There's an employee named Washington who deserves 10 stars for his excellent work and service. He's also helpful, speaks fluent English, and tries to assist without being asked. I highly recommend this hotel, especially because of this outstanding employee.

The room is spacious, and the surrounding amenities are complete. It's also very close to the subway station, which is great!

The staff is friendly and helpful, it's clean. Very conveniently placed.

The service is good. The rom is clean but the carpet is a little bit dirty. We change to laminated floor. The location is close to subway station. The hotel is close to a primary school. It is a little bit noisy around 8am on the side of the school.

The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was quite good. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around.

The stay was very good and clean

The location of the hotel is too far from subway, it needed 20 mins walk. No facility at all. The breakfast provided was no good, it was not inside the hotel, we need to go outside fast food shop nearby, the food choice was very limited. The only thing was good, the front desk colleagues were very helpful and kindness.

I felt so-so about this hotel. I've stayed at other properties from this chain before and they were fine, but this one felt really old. The wardrobe was damp and smelled musty. Plus, it's located in a building, so the elevators get super crowded during rush hour. The most annoying thing was the fridge – why have a fridge if you don't even plug it in? I opened the cabinet, and there was no outlet inside...

I've stayed at Lavande many times. The facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene, environment, and service are all excellent. Parking is very convenient, right downstairs. The staff are very welcoming. After a two-day stay, I left my charger in the room. I called the front desk, and they initially hadn't been notified of any lost items from the room.
