The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and they offer laundry service. The room was clean and well-equipped. It was quiet, ensuring a good night's rest.

When I tried to check in about 3pm they told me that they have to check me on the police and It takes 1 hour. They gave me room on floor "3A" which is a reap floor with a low ceiling. the running rats on the low ceiling all night so I couldn't sleep, the rooms are very dirty, more than sure than staying there equal disease. I requested a room. Change and they showed me the next room but I refused because it was dirty too. They **fered me one more that I accepted, I stayed for a long time in the new hotel room floor 16 and 2 times someone knocked on the door and tried to sell pineapple and try to open the room door with a handle and electric fob so I decided to leave the hotel. In the new hotel around the park I stayed one night without problem but the next day there was a new reception and some stars doing construction jobs like digging upstairs and from central AC we started Poppin. Peace ** "cancer making material" in the hotel only people who show their hands for me. When I go downstairs by elevator l, inside the lift elevator there was very dirty plasterboard that smelled like a virus. I think those people are **** ** **** that should be eliminated from global Turist eco systems as fast as possible. I went to the police station in Guangzhou airport and reported it

For my trip to Guangzhou, I chose the Home Inn Shangxiajiu Hotel, and it was a truly great choice! 📍The location is absolutely fantastic! The beautiful Liwan Lake Park is right outside the hotel. Opening the window in the morning, I can breathe in the fresh air, then head downstairs for a cup of coffee☕, and the day begins beautifully✌🏻. A 10-minute walk brings you to Yongqingfang, a vibrant area with its charming arcades, small shops, and museums. It's a truly charming place to explore. Want to experience the charm of Guangzhou's Old West Gate, sample authentic local snacks, or go shopping? Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street is a super convenient walk away! While the room wasn't large, it was well-designed, fully equipped, and clean. The front desk staff was also very friendly, eager to answer questions and always smiling. 😸 I highly recommend this hotel to families!

The room was dirty and ru- downed. Big tobacco smell everywhere. I don't recommend this hotel despiste its nice location.

I encountered a frog-sized cockroach in the hotel bathroom, which scared me a bit. However, the hotel gave me a fruit plate as the upstairs was under renovation, which was quite nice. There is a park at the door and it is very close to Yongxingfang. There are many snacks at the door.

The exquisite design of the reading area in the business district is impressive, and the blessing of the hotel's homemade lemonade makes me enter the summer at once🌿🌿The guest room is spacious and bright, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. It feels like sleeping at home. I don’t recognize the bed at all🛏️The service is impeccable, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and the front desk lady takes the initiative to help plan the itinerary. In addition, the hotel has a superior location and convenient transportation. The surrounding attractions Liwan Lake and Yongqingfang are within walking distance. There are also many places to eat around, and there is a Dian Du De and 711 downstairs. Whether it is a business trip or a family trip, this is the best choice! Highly recommended, looking forward to enjoying this comfort again next time!
