If you have overnight stay in Guanghzou, dont think too much and book this wonderful hotel. It is 8 mins drive from airport, they arrange both pick up and transfer back to airport. Rooms were huge, very clean and you can find any amenities necessary for just 25 Eur per night. Airport pick up points are mentioned on the website, you just need to call once you are done with immigration, and they will pick you up in 10 mins. Highly recommended

Conveniently located near the airport with a free shuttle, but no clear information about pickup — you must call the hotel for details. Front desk staff speak limited English. Rooms were hot upon arrival with balcony doors left open, letting in warm air, and it took a long time for the AC to cool them down. This appears to be their standard practice. When I requested a cool, ready room, the front desk simply gave me another key to a different room that was also hot with windows and doors open. Who would pay for hot room to rest?

booked a night at Ausotel because our flight arrived at midnight. plus point is that the hotel provides shuttle service from airport to the hotel. i managed to call the hotel via the trip app to arrange when i landed. might be more convenient if you have a china number; otherwise, data would suffice cos the trip app allows calls. journey to hotel was pretty quick although we waited some time before the shuttle arrived. bfast was not bad, bed was a comfort, and toilets were all well equipped. it was overall a pleasant stay.

For short stay while you transit or dont want stay too far away from airport this is a good hotel for stay. The room were big enough, especially for family, air conditioner also are good. But if you want to look for food and drink arouns you, there are not much choice to see. U need to prepare the food n drink before you stay in this hotel.

The shuttle bus service is awesome, making it easy to get to and from the hotel, and to the subway from T2.
The room is spacious, and we were able to get a late check-out for our late afternoon flight. The breakfast was average. The bedsheets were clean, but the bath towels could be fresher.

The hotel is great. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They have a shuttle to the airport which is absolutely amazing and convenient. The bed is super soft and comfortable. The room came with a balcony overlooking a beautiful view. The shower is nice and big. An overall wonderful stay!

This is the 1st time I claimed like this. The man staff at reception in the evening on 14 Apr 2025, he is very very very poor support, he doesn't have service mind. I tried to ask him in English about dinner but he didn't try to understand and he didn't use translator, he just told "no no no" only and his face is not OK. Why your hotel selected him for this job? He should do his job in the kitchen
