Compared to other Ascott properties, the room wasn't huge, but the facilities were excellent. Having a kitchen and washing machine was super convenient when traveling with kids. The small living room had plenty of international channels on the TV, which was a nice touch. Plus, it's right outside Taikoo Li! We didn't have to wait too long for a table at Tao Tao Ju, which was fantastic!

Overall, it's pretty good. It might be more suitable for families, but the service is still nice. The location is excellent, right across from Taikoo Hui, making it very convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining.

Excellent stay! The staff was incredibly friendly & polite throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to help us to check in and find places to go and dine (sorry I forgot their names a lady and a man) very friendly. Assist us to order food late at night, which we truly appreciated Mr Sun and the doorman, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommend for their outstanding service!!!

Booked a one-bedroom apartment, very comfortable for a family stay – it really felt like home! The transportation was incredibly convenient, and the facilities were very complete. It had just been renovated though, so there was a bit of a strong smell. Eating out was super easy too; the food court at Taikoo Hui had some great options!

Perfect for families with two kids! The space is generous, giving the children plenty of room to play. Both rooms have double beds, and one is extra-large, which perfectly solved the unique problem of both my kids wanting to sleep with Mom! The robot delivery service is a fun touch for food delivery, and there are tons of convenience stores and restaurants nearby if you want to eat out, or it's super easy to order takeout – plus, there's a dining table and tableware provided! The washing machine has a dryer function, which was a lifesaver for our long trip with limited clothes. The location is fantastic, making it easy to get around for food, fun, and using the subway.

Had a good stay here. Service was excellent, and it was easy to talk to the staff here. My family and I enjoyed our stay here, and if we ever travel to GZ again, we will choose here.

The decor is simple and practical, and the service is consistently good. They only provide hand soap instead of bar soap, but that's not a big issue. Overall, it's very comfortable. The hotel's location is also excellent; Taikoo Hui is right across the street, and across Tianhe Road, you'll find Bingsheng Restaurant, making dining very convenient.

There was construction work going on in the building from some of the businesses, and I was informed about it when I checked in. The breakfast was a bit basic, and parking spaces were a bit tight.
