Every time I visit Guangzhou, I stay here. It seems like an older 5-star hotel, so the price is great and the facilities are comprehensive. The surrounding area is very convenient with plenty of restaurants, dim sum places, cafes, and convenience stores. The downside is that it's a bit far from Guangzhou's popular tourist spots, but it's close to the airport. It's ideal for those looking for a pure relaxation-style vacation or for people traveling by car. Also, the elevator shaft might be older, as there's a faint smell of machine oil in the elevator well late at night and in the early morning.

Not only are the hotel facilities subpar, but the service is absolutely terrible – I honestly don't even know where to begin. I asked for a weighing scale, and they didn't have one. When I called the front desk, they didn't respond. When I called again, they actually yelled at me! I'm here to stay at a hotel, not to be treated like this. And they even played dumb. I have no idea how they train their staff on etiquette.

When I took a shower, the water kept switching between cold and hot. The doorknob in the bathroom was incredibly sharp; I bumped my arm and it hurt for half an hour. If I had hit my head, it would have been a disaster. How can a hotel cut costs to this extent? The sink faucet was so stiff I had to use a lot of force to turn it on. Are these basic facilities not maintained at all? It was an extremely poor stay, beyond description. I don't understand how Trip.com could possibly rate this as a 5-diamond hotel. It's truly unbearable. I had originally planned to stay another day, but I'm definitely switching hotels!

The room was spotless, and I'd definitely stay here again. It's conveniently located, and the overall style is minimalist yet elegant, feeling bright and inviting. It's a great spot, and quite affordable too. I'll certainly recommend it next time my friends visit Guangzhou.

My stay this time was absolutely terrible, with problems cropping up right from check-in. Despite ample room availability, my first room was at the very end of the corridor. After I moved to a new room, its toilet was also broken. Maintenance didn't respond promptly after I reported the issue, ultimately forcing me to switch rooms for a third time. Furthermore, the promised robot delivery of my room card never happened. I waited a long time only to still have to go to the front desk to collect it myself, and the staff offered no apology. Throughout this entire ordeal, only the cleaning staff proactively helped resolve issues. The front desk service was chaotic and incredibly inefficient at handling problems, severely impacting my overall experience.

The hotel is well-located and easy to find, being very close to both the subway station and the highway. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean, tidy, and had no unpleasant odors. Overall, I was very satisfied.
