Great stay. I arrived early because of my train and they still allowed me to check-in early which I really appreciate because I wanted to shower so bad after a long train trip. They also gave us some souvenir for GEM concert! Room was clean and it has all the amenities we needed. We also loved that it was close to the subway station around 9min walk so after the concert we could come back comfortably. Breakfast was tasty too.

The room having a washing machine was super convenient, and it was very spacious. All the amenities were new and clean. The hairdryer in room 2016 was a bit weak and noisy, which was a minor issue, but other than that, it was a great experience.

There's a convenience store and plenty of food and drink options downstairs, which is really handy. It's also just a short walk from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient. Friends coming to the Universiade Center for a concert should definitely consider this place. Even food delivery is brought right to your door by a robot. All in all, it's extremely convenient!

Came here for G.E.M.'s concert. The hotel is really close to the venue, so we didn't have to squeeze onto the subway after the show. It was just a 10-minute walk back, super convenient! Plus, the price was reasonable, and we had a very comfortable stay.

The hygiene was good, and the air conditioning wasn't like those that swing between too hot and too cold, making it impossible to find a comfortable sleeping temperature. The front desk staff was also excellent; they understood that we were excited and staying up late after a Joker Xue concert, so they gave us a late check-out.

The room was clean and tidy. The washing machine and hairdryer were super powerful. It's very close to the venue, which was great for the concert. I could just walk there. No worries about not getting a taxi after the show. The front desk even gave us each some merchandise. Next time I come for a concert, I'll definitely stay here again. There's a really delicious beef noodle shop downstairs too.

Very Nice location near subway. Good for concert with about 1 km walking.

Surround with restuarant and macdonald.

The room is very nice just the floor not really clean. Have to wear slipper all the time. And not much amentities.

The hotel is very close to the Universiade Sports Center, which is super convenient. Plus, the view from the window is great; you can see the main road. They even have robot delivery for room service, and the cleanliness is pretty good too.

On the afternoon of the 21st, I wanted to try the local rice noodles nearby and coincidentally discovered many eateries in the vicinity, all super close to the subway station. So, I decided to cancel my booking at another hotel and check in here instead. I initially thought it would just be a 'make-do' kind of stay, but to my surprise, the room exceeded my expectations! It's not overly luxurious, but when I checked in, the cleaning lady had just finished, and the room had a reassuring scent of disinfectant. Everything I needed was there. As I was on a business trip, I feel this place would be a great option for concert-goers, especially since it's only one subway stop away from the Universiade Sports Center – super convenient.

The gentleman who assisted me at noon on the 21st was incredibly patient. When I arrived, he was patiently helping another guest with an inquiry. My room wasn't ready yet, but he constantly followed up on its status for me. Excellent service! Although there are many office buildings downstairs, the hotel has dedicated elevators, so it barely caused any inconvenience.

Came here for Nicholas Tse's concert. Arrived at the parking lot entrance at 5 PM and had to show my reservation to get in. Unexpectedly, they upgraded my room and gave me concert merchandise. It's convenient to get to Universiade Sports Centre, whether by shared bike or on foot. I'll definitely come again if I have the chance.
