Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is right above Futian High-Speed Rail Station, which made traveling to Hong Kong incredibly convenient. I could get to the station just ten minutes before my train

' The sophisticated room layout, the substantial yet aesthetically pleasing soft and hard furnishings, and the incredibly solid construction quality and maintenance… all live up to the Shangri-La's prestigious reputation

The room is spacious and well-maintained, even if it's not brand new, making for a pleasant stay. There's a large park right below the big glass windows, complete with tennis courts

It's incredibly convenient, as you can access Futian Station right downstairs. Dining is also a breeze; breakfast is plentiful, and the Xiangfang restaurant in the lobby offers great value for money for lunch and dinner

Right by Futian High-Speed Rail Station, which was super convenient coming from Hong Kong by high-speed rail. There are plenty of attractions, shopping malls, and subway lines nearby, making it perfect for sightseeing

The only downside is that the bed was incredibly soft, which was really uncomfortable for a pregnant woman like me – I barely slept a wink all night

I highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel!

Reviews here are mixed but my experience is great so far! Bed comfy, clean, nice towels, tea, internet works (tough for me only with wechat, not by room number and not by sms code) Yes staff don't speak English well but that was almost funny, they tried tough😄 I think people smoke everywhere, but I knew that about China before, my room didn't have any smell tough

The room was very comfortable, especially the pillows – they were amazing! The cleanliness was also good, and all the room amenities were convenient. The breakfast quality was decent too

What really stood out was the incredibly convenient transportation; right across from the hotel entrance is Fuxing Station on Line 11, making it the best choice for getting to the airport and train station

The room was decent. The breakfast, for a mid-range hotel, was actually quite good. It's right across from a subway entrance, which makes transportation very convenient.

They even thoughtfully provided complimentary game tokens, which was a lovely little touch. The overall facilities were clean and upscale, and the service was attentive and impeccable

The room's comfort was top-notch, with an amazing variety of pillows, including latex and buckwheat options, so you could choose exactly what you needed for a perfect night's sleep

But this hotel is still in perfect condition, and there's not a trace of odor in the rooms – that's a testament to their excellent management!

Coming from Hong Kong, my stay at the Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian was a fantastic experience

The service was prompt and responsive to customer needs. I want to particularly praise the gym and the pool. The gym is very well-equipped, so much so that even a lazy person like me would want to go twice a day

Coco Park, a beautiful indoor and outdoor shopping center with many dining options, is also just a 5-7 minute walk away. The service at this hotel is excellent 👍

Second time in Shenzhen, and the Sheraton truly surprised me! The room was lovely, my older child traveling with me absolutely loved it – so clean and tidy! The hotel breakfast was also excellent! And what's more, the front desk lady was incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive!

There are also tons of shopping malls nearby, so you'll never have to worry about finding food or entertainment. Plus, the hotel has direct access to the G-level of the subway station

The hotel's location is excellent, with incredibly convenient transport links; the subway station is right outside, and there's an underground parking garage, making both getting around and parking stress-free

Service: I absolutely have to highlight this! If you're big on hotel service, you can't go wrong with this place. We arrived quite early after flying from Nanjing to Shenzhen, and there was a huge temperature difference

On vacation in Shenzhen, I missed my return flight. For the first few days, I stayed at the Kaisa Marriott (far from the airport, by the sea), but I didn't want to travel back and forth and risk missing another flight

The service, hygiene, and facilities at Four Seasons are all good. There are many restaurant options nearby. On weekend nights, the KTVs in the vicinity can be quite loud and go on past midnight

While it's comparable to the Four Seasons Shenzhen in terms of location and facilities, I still prefer the Shenzhen property; it just feels so comfortable and natural

The weather was great, and it only took a ten-minute walk to Futian High-speed Railway Station! The surrounding transportation is also very convenient!

And during our stay, she always checked up on us to see if we liked everything or if there was anything we wished for. I booked a room, but because of my own preferences, I asked to see other rooms - higher categories

Coming from Hong Kong, I booked this hotel online. The lobby is quite high up on the 23rd floor, and my room was on the 27th. The receptionist, Beta, was very enthusiastic and provided me with all the hotel information

The mall next door has a wide variety of restaurants, so you can find anything you're craving. The front desk staff were very attentive and gave a thorough explanation of everything

I had a business trip to Shenzhen, and this hotel is located in the best location, Huangqian. The hotel is close to the metro, has a pool on the 4th floor, which is great for relaxing, and also has a gym

Appreciate their lovely birthday decoration for me. Love their daily fruits replenished. Clean room and all the accessories are well replenished and well maintained room

The room is bigger than average which also means large carpeted area which rather smelly. The room has permanent cigarette smells (probably from years enduring smoking guests) and window cannot be opened

you even get complimentary noodles in the evening, but most of all NO CIGARETTES SMELL! Which is very common in China!  I stayed at the UrCove in Shanghai and I had to check out early because the smell of cigarettes was too much in the hallway and coming through the vents but not once did I smell that here so this reason alone makes this hotel perfect for me

This place is strategically located if ure into tech shopping and fashion. The hotel is attached to a mall, so it is very convenient even if you don't feel like exploring. They great food options around the area

The air con was very very loud so we turned it down. This then meant the room was still muggy. So, basically, both me and the wife slept terribly. The room itself was nice enough

Location-wise, it’s very convenient. Being in Futian CBD means you are close to many attractions and key areas around Shenzhen, whether you’re sightseeing, shopping, dining, or travelling for business

My boss wouldn't be happy! My favorite is the complimentary white fungus soup upon arrival! Regarding dining, I hope the breakfast menu could have some variety daily

However, for nearly 3000, if no equipment is used, wouldn't the absorption be slightly less effective? Finally, the price has gone up from around 2800 to 3500

The room is acceptable and value for money. We are on 14th floor which is fine, but some friends staying on 9th Floor said the rooms are a bit stuffy with some humid smell.

First of all, had an excellent stay at the Park Hyatt over the past 3 days. The service from the moment I got out of the car was superb and felt the warmth and amazing hospitality during the entire trip

As this is a business trip under an invite, I do not know ho ugh the stay costs—but wow, this is as 5-star as it gets! Best bathrooms with heated toilets, best toiletries, best view of Shenzhen from 40+ stories, and tasteful decor of subdued opulence

Pretty good! The decor is very unique, with a retro style that gives off an old Shanghai vibe. It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, so getting around is convenient

I did not check their smoking policy before I checked out, so, I can't say one way or the other if it was the hotel's fault with their air system or if there were guests clearly not adhering to the no-smoke policy

Also, there were lots of shops and restaurants that were within walking distance, so lots to do around the hotel. The reason I took off 2 stars is because their air quality wasn't the greatest

I recently stayed at REZEN HOTEL for a few days, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the reception staff

Stepping inside, a feeling of warmth instantly enveloped me. A large bed with crisp white linens dominated the center of the bedroom, complemented by wooden furniture and warm lighting

One of our favorite spots is the wooden deck overlooking the city — a perfect place to sit quietly, breathe, and listen to the sounds of nature. Traveling with a 2-year-old can be challenging, but not here

The check-in process was also handled by very friendly and attentive front desk staff. Staying here wasn't just a simple accommodation; it was an immersive slow-living experience, a true return to nature

Relaxing and quite enviornment - the wood house was super cool and we really enjoyed our stay. Very helpful staff members and its just 20 minutes taxi ride to Seaworld so you can enjoy the evening fun.

Our son absolutely loves the surrounding nature adventure park, with its walking paths, rope bridges, hiking challenges, natural playgrounds, pink sand areas, and even a pottery studio

I had breakfast on the 8th floor and I can tell that the view is amazing. you'll find a large choice of food and drinks, both Chinese and Western food. Fresh juice and really good fruit jams.

Front desk staff Sandy and Joey provided exceptionally warm and thoughtful service. There are even little birds in the lobby, which creates a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend!
