Great hotel! It's really close to the airport and the subway. If you're going to the exhibition, there's a rooftop walkway which is super convenient and makes it a short walk.

The only downside! The front desk booked us an ice and snow activity, but I guess they weren't familiar with the process because they arranged a car for us but didn't give us the voucher! This caused us to be stuck outside the scenic area for a long time, unable to get in!

Facilities: Clean and hygienic. Environment: Standard and normal. Service: The buffet was mediocre. Planes often fly low overhead, but the soundproofing in the room is quite good. It's quite spectacular to see the planes up close.

The best thing about this hotel is its convenient location. It's right above Shaibu Station on Metro Line 3, which is a huge plus, especially on rainy days as you don't get wet. This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Shenzhen. It's super convenient to get to from the airport via the subway. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the staff are all incredibly welcoming. Plus, Raffles City Mall is right downstairs, which is a huge bonus!

Very good. The hotel is a bit old, but it's perfect for long business trips; it feels more like a home than a hotel.
