i have had experiences in this hotel over two times . the staff showed smart and passion even front desk or the labours . especially the foom service. feeling very well

Very satisfied with this established hotel. The room facilities are a bit old, but the location is truly excellent. The toiletries provided are also quite good, and the room type even comes with a bathtub. Plus, there are charging stations downstairs, which is really convenient!

Surrounded by retro vibes for a day! The hotel itself is a massive photoshoot location; you don't even need to find the perfect angle, just stand anywhere and it looks great. From check-in to check-out, the front desk agent Xiao Zhen was professional and attentive, always with a warm smile! Pretty good! The decor is very unique, with a retro style that gives off an old Shanghai vibe. It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, so getting around is convenient. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

Excellent! During my stay, Xiao Zhen from the staff actively helped with my luggage, gave clear directions, and responded quickly to my requests. Her attitude was gentle and considerate, and her service was professional and thoughtful, with great attention to detail. I booked two rooms and carefully reviewed the photos before making my selection. Upon arrival, one room matched the description and images, but the room assigned to me did not even have a desk or workspace and was smaller than what was shown on the platform. I requested a room change, but the staff informed me that the room I booked does not include a desk.

In the first room was a strong smell of smoke. We asked to change the room and they gave us a room with air purifier. View was good. Location is amazing. Room is not exactly dirty - but the curtains were dusty. In general - I would come back again.
