The room was quite spacious, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety. The subway station is right next to the hotel, and the price is very reasonable! Highly recommend.

Service: Very attentive, with a dedication you'd expect from a classic, established hotel. Facilities: Excellent, though showing a charming patina of age. Cleanliness: Very clean, no unhygienic corners. Environment: Right in the city center, extremely convenient, excellent location.

Booked this hotel for the May Day holiday. The location is great, with parking downstairs and close to the metro station, making it very convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were very helpful, the room was clean and odor-free, and the window view was also excellent.

When I first checked into my room, the shower head didn't work, though I must say the staff repaired it very quickly after I reported it. The hotel has an excellent location. Even though it's an older five-star hotel, it's very well-maintained in all aspects. The front desk staff, Ah Sen, provided great service too. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

This is by far the worst hotel from the Somerset and Ascott brands. On the first night, after lathering up with shower gel, the hot water suddenly cut out. When I called the front desk, the person said it might be a water pump issue.
