Good nice

The price is cheap and the environment is not bad, making it a suitable temporary place to stay.

I have contradictory feelings about this experience. First, the service, excellent. The staff spoke English and was always available for any inquiry or need. The location couldn't be better, just in front of the metro, and an area of restaurants and some convenience stores. There is a shared bathroom and laundry, with free detergent and shampoo, and toiletries can be provided by just asking the staff.

The installations are ok and everything is just perfect except for one thing: the hygiene. Not only the bathroom was pretty much dirty and smelly all the time, most likely because of residents than because of the staff, but there were bugs on the courtains that are next to each bed!

I found out just as I was closing them to go to sleep. We asked the staff to solve it ASAP late at night, but the bug problem persisted for pretty much all my stay, and I handled it on my own. Since I just went there to sleep, I tolerated it. There were also food scraps on my bed the moment I arrived, which I didn't complain about since I understood it is a shared space, and the price is pretty much the best deal in the area.

Overall, the value/price relation is pretty good and I would certainly come back, but improvements are urgently needed.

This hostel offers the best value for money in the area; if it claims to be second, no one dares to claim to be first. Crucially, its location is excellent, close to Shenzhen North Railway Station and Hongshan Metro Station. The management and service are top-notch; I see the staff coming every day to clean and change the linens. I'll definitely come back.

I absolutely loved this hostel! It was very quiet and conveniently located near Hongshan Metro Station, making transportation easy. There are also many shopping areas nearby. The owner was incredibly kind. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen. Highly recommended!

There are 12 people living in one room. It’s better to turn on the air conditioner in such a humid and hot weather.
