Facilities: Well-equipped with a spacious and well-designed layout, very comfortable.
Environment: The overall environment is clean and tidy.
Service: Excellent service! I was able to store my luggage, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, proactively asking if I needed anything. I had a very comfortable stay, and the room even had a sea view.

Environment: Located in the bustling area of Sanya Bay, so convenient for transport, but nothing else particularly stands out.
Service: No one helped with luggage, especially since there's no ramp at the entrance – that's a definite minus!
Breakfast was mediocre, not much variety, and you had to cook your own noodles.
