JI Hotel in Sanya

The manager's service attitude was excellent, and overall, the hotel was decent. The room was spacious, but the cleanliness definitely needs improvement. As soon as I entered the bathroom, there was a strong smell of urine, and to my surprise, there was an empty, used bottle left in the room. After changing to a different floor, things were much better, which suggests it might be due to different cleaning staff on each floor and insufficient training. However, this hotel is in a quiet location, has large rooms, and the manager is very friendly. With a little more staff training, it would be a really great hotel!

The hotel is brand new, very clean, and the service is excellent. The environment and hygiene are superb. The breakfast offers a great variety, and we even received a souvenir upon check-out. Plus, they have robot service – fantastic!

This is a newly opened hotel, very spacious and clean. I slept so well the first night that I extended my stay for another night. I've always been a fan of JI Hotel; the lobby has a faint tea fragrance, and they even give out complimentary snacks upon check-in. A special shout-out to Xiaogao at the front desk – she was beautiful and gentle.

The hotel environment is very good and clean, and the front desk service ambassador, Xiao Gao, is very enthusiastic.

The first impression upon checking in was simply how "new" everything felt. From the building's exterior to the interior design, everything exuded a sleek, modern style that perfectly matched my aesthetic preferences. The moment I entered the lobby, a subtle tea fragrance enveloped me, instantly melting away travel fatigue and creating an incredibly comfortable atmosphere.

Then there's the staff service, which was impeccable. Their response time was super fast, and every request was met with a prompt and helpful reply – truly attentive and thoughtful. What surprised me most was the hotel's setup. Whether it was the layout for daily activities or the placement of various amenities, everything was precisely designed for practicality, with no unnecessary elements. Everything felt incredibly intuitive and easy to use. The lighting design in the room was also exceptional; the "light without direct glare" effect was both cozy and gentle on the eyes, making for a particularly comfortable night's rest.

I specifically came to attend a performance, and the hotel's location was absolutely perfect – very close to both the airport and the performance venue. They even helped arrange a shuttle service, saving me the hassle of navigating transportation. The entire experience was flawless, without a single complaint. The next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

PS (Personal taste) I think the best takeout nearby is this Hainan Bingsu!!!

Excellent stay! The room was very new, and the breakfast was delicious. Great value for money. Xiao Gao at the front desk was incredibly warm and professional. We had a fantastic two-day experience.

Cozy and comfortable, the room was quite spacious. It's not right on the beach, which makes it very quiet. The hotel has only been open for about a month, so there were no unpleasant smells. We even received some complimentary Hainanese pastries for their grand opening, which was a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located not far from Sanya Bay, about a ten-minute drive.

The hotel is clean, and the service is warm and friendly. It's very convenient for laundry, and it's close to the airport. I'll definitely come again.
