The service was excellent! We stayed during the May Day holiday and the service was really attentive. Manager Hans even gave us a complimentary breakfast, which was incredibly rich and easily comparable to popular breakfast spots outside. The afternoon tea at the executive lounge was also exquisite, but we were simply too full to fully enjoy it. It also happened to be my birthday, and although they didn't have chocolate cake, they still brought us some small pastries. I also heard the pool is quite good. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and hopefully, I'll get to try the pool then!

This hotel has a classic service style that feels comfortable without being overly enthusiastic. The location is excellent, with three subway lines right downstairs, making it very convenient for getting around.

A bit old but the service is standard, and the location is great. I wasn't a fan of the toiletries' scent. The room size was good, and staying on a higher floor was comfortable. Breakfast was nothing special, neither good nor bad.

Our stay was excellent! We arrived in Wuhan a day early because we couldn't get train tickets for the May Day holiday, so we booked an extra night at the hotel. We checked in very late, in the early hours of the morning.
The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. They combined our bookings, which saved us the hassle of checking out and then back in again the next day. They also kindly offered us complimentary breakfast for April 30th.
The hotel breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of Wuhan's local specialties. The lounge, however, offered a more limited selection. If you're looking for a wider spread, I'd recommend dining on the first floor.
The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. On the first day of the May Day holiday, they even wished us 'Happy May Day' as we left the hotel.
Staying at the Shangri-La is definitely a great choice when visiting Wuhan.

I actually came down with a fever during my stay at the hotel and had to borrow a thermometer from the front desk. The service was excellent, as expected from a long-standing five-star hotel. However, the facilities are quite outdated and don't really live up to current five-star standards. The restaurant was also incredibly crowded, making me feel like their May Day holiday preparations weren't quite adequate.

My first time staying at the Shangri-La in Wuhan. I was greeted with such warmth from the moment I walked in. The staff at the front desk, especially one young man, was incredibly helpful and professional. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety. Overall, a perfect experience.

The service was excellent. As soon as we got out of the car, the concierge staff enthusiastically helped us with our luggage and even opened the car doors for us. The environment was lovely, clean, and tidy, and the breakfast was varied and delicious.

The hotel's location next to MixC shopping mall is incredibly convenient. The service was absolutely fantastic; they even gave me a complimentary breakfast, which was a lovely touch. I had a great experience and will definitely stay here again!
