I messed up this time. I should have used this group-buy voucher the day before, but they said I needed to book even earlier. Although I managed to book it yesterday, I realized I might have missed out on something. In the end, I only stayed for one night. I'm not sure if negotiating at the time would have led to a better outcome.

I came to Wuhan alone, and the rainy weather wasn't doing much for my mood. But then I met the lovely Jessica at the front desk. Her service was so thoughtful; she upgraded my room and patiently answered all my questions. This short trip at the InterContinental truly made me feel at home.

The hotel facilities are complete and new, very clean, and the bedding is comfortable. It's located by the Yangtze River, offering a quiet escape from the bustling city with great views. The front desk service was excellent, and it's great value for money. Highly satisfied!

An amazing trip! At the InterContinental Wuhan, on my very first night, I saw a red moon rise from the riverside! The front desk agent, White, upgraded my room to a higher floor for free, and the river view with the full moon absolutely blew me away. I've been to Wuhan so many times, but this is the first time I've felt the Yangtze River's night view was this beautiful!

I booked in a hurry and forgot to reserve breakfast, but the front desk surprisingly and thoughtfully provided two days of breakfast for me... I almost felt a bit embarrassed 😅.

Surprises kept coming! On the morning of my last day, during breakfast, the sun 🌅 suddenly appeared without warning, emerging from the misty river to see me off!

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was incredibly spacious, much larger than I expected! The toiletries provided were also of good quality. From the room's balcony, you could see the Yangsigang Yangtze River Bridge.

The hotel is amazing. The service exceptional. Ken was our first contact with the hotel at Checkin and went above and beyond to assist us. He was so professional and curtious and when we asked of different things to do in the city without hesitation he gave us great tips. The room was huge and the view espectacular. Without a doubt stay here again. It’s definitely a 5 star hotel

Loved my experience at Intercontinental. The location is great if you’re trying to have some quiet time. It’s not in the center or busy area. Spent 3 days here solely to relax and it had a marvelous view of the bridge and the Yangtze River.
Great pool and gym as well. Breakfast was good but they didn’t have much to offer for their buffet dinner so we opted to have it in a different place.
It’s worth it, I’d definitely stay here again. 😊
