I'm always touched by the genuine hospitality of this hotel. They gave me a lovely umbrella when it rained and a cute little fan in the summer. When I bring my boyfriend, they even give us a bottle of wine. It's truly so warm and touching! I've stayed here from Club level to Gold card and will definitely keep coming back until I reach Diamond!

The hotel's location is excellent, and I've stayed here multiple times. The front desk, guest services, and the cleaning staff are all wonderful; the aunties even greet you when they see you. There's a wide variety of food nearby, and it's close to the subway station, making it very convenient to get to nearby attractions.

Facilities: It was renovated from the former Xinhua Hotel, so the facilities have been updated. The rooms are a bit smaller compared to other hotels, but they're perfectly adequate, and the bedding is comfortable.

Cleanliness: Superb! The aunties clean very promptly.

Service: The guest center is incredibly responsive to all requests. I urgently needed some red envelopes (li shi feng) and hadn't prepared any, but the hotel provided two, and they were beautifully packaged.

I will definitely prioritize staying at this hotel again on my next trip to Wuhan.

This hotel is great, I'd recommend staying here. To the left, there's a food street, and to the right, Northwest Lake – it's really pleasant to take a stroll after a good meal. The room facilities are relatively new and very clean, and all the staff are very enthusiastic. Parking is also super convenient.

I booked the Wuhan Xinhua voco Hotel (Wansongyuan Food Street store) through Trip.com, and my overall experience had significant shortcomings, especially with the air conditioning issues. The hotel is a renovated old five-star, and its location is indeed convenient, right next to Wansongyuan Food Street, making dining and getting around very easy. However, there are prominent drawbacks: the room size is on the smaller side, leaving limited space to move around once luggage is open; there's no direct elevator from the underground parking, so carrying suitcases up the stairs was particularly strenuous and very inconvenient for guests. The most criticized aspect was the air conditioning—it barely responded when adjusted. Neither the cooling nor temperature control had any effect. Upon inquiry, I was told it might be due to an incomplete renovation of the old building's AC system and aging equipment. I spent the whole night feeling stuffy and hot, which significantly impacted the quality of my rest. The hardware maintenance and basic comfort didn't meet standards. I hope the hotel can specifically address the air conditioning system and related facilities to improve the guest experience.

I know this is the style in China, but the pool is open for people outside the hotel, the area is quite dirty and rundown with a local swimming instructor even smoking in the locker room.
Otherwise staff very friendly
